499469 A7 B7 五、發明說明(1 ) 本發明係有關防火塗料其形成一絕緣層且係以在火災 事件中會碳化形成一泡沫層的物質,膜形成性黏合劑、發 泡劑和習用輔助劑與添加劑爲基質。 形成絕緣層的防火塗料也稱爲膨脹塗料,在暴露於火 災事件中普及的溫度時會發泡’且上述防火塗料的發泡會 過止,或至少阻礙,熱量通過到鋼構造元件、天花板、牆 壁、電纜、管件和類似者。 美國專利4,965,296 A1述及一種防火材 料其包括一防火塗料和導電材料。此防火塗料包括會碳化 且形成泡末的物質,會產生氣體的物質,膜形成性黏合劑 與恰當溶劑。合意時可含有常用的其它成分。 美國專利第4,8 7 9,3 2 0號述及一種類似的防 火組成物,不過加入陶瓷纖維材料取代導電材料。 美國專利第5,2 2 5,4 6 4號述及一種水性膨脹 調配物,其係以磷酸、三聚氰胺和磷酸銨的反應產物爲基 質,其加上季戊四醇,加上氯化烴類和其它化合物時,特 別是聚乙酸乙烯酯,預期得到改良的膨脹塗料。 有非常廣多種膨脹調配物可能'' Fire Retardants Formulations Handbook 〃 (防火調配物手冊)(作者:
