本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种UV固化阻燃涂料。
背景技术
火灾是人类的重大危害之一,为防止火灾事故的发生,应用防火涂料对建筑、可燃性材料进行涂覆是一种有效的措施。防火涂料又称阻燃涂料,既具有装饰作用,更重要的是具有防火阻燃的功能。
常用的防火涂料多为水性或油性防火涂料,但普遍存在着一些问题。普通防火涂料一般需涂2-3遍,每遍间隔6-8小时,干燥需要几天时间;在干燥过程中,挥发性有机化合物会危害人们的身体健康;存在着对不同基材的附着力不够好、硬度不高等问题。
膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)是近年来阻燃领域最为活跃的研究热点之一,以磷、氮为主要成分,不含卤素和锑化物,对多种易燃聚合物都具有十分良好的阻燃效果。用此类阻燃剂处理的聚合物在燃烧或热裂解时,会在聚合物表面形成一层均匀的泡沫炭质层,该炭层具有隔热、隔氧、防止融滴产生的作用,能有效阻止有毒烟气和腐蚀性气体的产生及扩散,是一种可以实现无卤化的环保型阻燃剂。
紫外光固化技术因其具有节能、环保、高效等特点,被广泛应用于涂层、油墨和粘合剂等领域。
中国专利CN100376645公开了一种阻燃型紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯及其制备方法,该方法采用了三聚氰胺作为阻燃剂,增加织物的阻燃性能,以及延缓织物的燃烧进程,该涂料的颜色为白色。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种UV固化阻燃涂料,本发明的UV固化阻燃涂料阻燃性能优异,遇火时发生泡沫膨胀,形成蜂窝状防火隔热层,能有效地保护材料,达到高阻燃效果;同时具有UV固化速度快、环保无毒、附着力好、抗划伤耐磨等优点;摒弃了传统的三聚氰胺作为氮源的阻燃体系,制备出了高透明性的UV固化阻燃涂料,能够适用于木地板、纤维板、胶合板、内外墙水泥板等,扩大了其适用范围;同时阻燃体系的氮源是光固化树脂,参与光固化反应,有效增加了光固化体系的与阻燃体系的相容性。

一种UV固化阻燃涂料,该组合物的质量百分比组成为:
燃烧时能原位生成酸的化合物30-50%,
具有多个羟基的有机化合物5-15%,
UV光固化树脂20-40%,
活性稀释剂20-35%,
光引发剂1-3%。
作为优选,所述UV光固化树脂中含有含氮的UV光固化树脂。
具体地,所述含氮的UV光固化树脂为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯或氨基丙烯酸酯。
进一步的,所述UV固化阻燃涂料还包括0.2-1%的防沉剂。
具体地,所述燃烧时能原位生成酸的化合物为聚磷酸铵、磷酸铵、脲磷酸盐、焦磷酸铵或磷酸二氢铵中的一种或几种。
具体地,所述具有多个羟基的有机化合物为季戊四醇、三季戊四醇、甘露醇、木糖醇、焦糖、纤维素及其衍生物或双季戊四醇中的一种或几种。
具体地,所述活性稀释剂为单官能丙烯酸酯单体和双官能丙烯酸酯单体的混合物,所述单官能丙烯酸酯单体的质量百分比为UV固化阻燃涂料的5-10%,所述双官能丙烯酸酯单体的质量百分比为UV固化阻燃涂料的15-25%。
具体地,所述单官能丙烯酸酯单体为丙烯酸异冰片酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧乙基丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种;所述双官能丙烯酸酯单体为1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。

6.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种UV固化阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述活性稀释剂为单官能丙烯酸酯单体和双官能丙烯酸酯单体的混合物,所述单官能丙烯酸酯单体的质量百分比为UV固化阻燃涂料的5-10%,所述双官能丙烯酸酯单体的质量百分比为UV固化阻燃涂料的15-25%。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种UV固化阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述单官能丙烯酸酯单体为丙烯酸异冰片酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧乙基丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种;所述双官能丙烯酸酯单体为1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种UV固化阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮中的一种或几种。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的UV固化阻燃涂料的用途,其特征在于:所述UV固化阻燃涂料用于木地板、纤维板、胶合板、内外墙水泥板的涂装。
