A6 B6 五、發明説明(1 ) 本發明係關於發動機(特別是摩拖車)上的汽油運輸 導管。本發明的標題物一導管,是一種內層襯有聚偏氟乙 烯膜的聚醯胺導管。 就安全性和保護環境的因素考量,汽車製造商希望所 用的汽油導管能擁有下列的機械性質一阻抗性和撓曲性一 及較高的不滲透性。此導管要儘量使油品不致滲漏,也必 須要儘量使得他種添加物(特別是甲醇)不會滲漏。 目前,聚醯胺導管常被用於汽車工業上。在作爲導管 的應用上,聚醯胺是一種理想的材料,它們的機械性質極 佳,撓曲度也足夠,使得此導管在其運輸期間經過多次的 膂曲之後,仍然不致於龜裂。但在滲透性質方面,聚醯胺 導管不再能符合汽車製造商的需求。甲醇在汽油中的用量 越來越多,導致聚醯胺導管有溶脹的情況發生,使得導管 的機械性質變差,尺寸也產生變化。 爲了要克服這些缺點,並能保留聚醯胺所擁有的機械 性質,本發明的目的是提出一種其內壁襯有一層聚偏氟乙 嫌的聚醯胺導管。因爲聚偏氯乙烯的撓曲性不是特別好, 所以,此聚偏氟乙烯層越薄越好,以儘可能地保留聚醯胺 的撓曲性。 此用於發動機的汽油運輸導管的外徑以6至12毫米 爲佳,聚偏氟乙烯內層的厚度應介於1〇微米和1毫米之 間,而聚酿胺層的厚度應介於〇.8至1. 8毫米之間, 介於聚醯胺和聚偏氟乙烯之間的黏合中間層的厚度介於 1 0微米和1毫米之間。 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再塡寫本頁) 46 丁 經濟部中央標準扃员工消費合作社印製 表紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公货) 82.3. 40,000 麻件2^94627 % 82102307 ft專利中請案中文说明書修正頁 民« 84年3 Λ* -a_a. 修.
