Claims (14)
- 열가소성 다층 복합물에 있어서,폴리아미드를 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 이루어진 막들 사이에, 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체를 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 중간막 뿐만이 아니라, 상기 중간막의 적어도 한 측면에, 폴리아미드 12, 폴리아미드 11, 폴리아미드 1010, 폴리아미드 1012 또는 폴리아미드 1212를 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 이루어진 인접막을 포함하고,상기 중간막 및 상기 적어도 하나의 인접막 사이에, 폴리아미드 6 부분의 중량이 60 내지 80%인 코폴리아미드 6/12, 블록 코폴리아미드 6/12, 폴리아미드 612, 폴리아미드 610, 폴리아미드 6과 폴리아미드 12 그리고 융화제의 혼합물, 폴리아미드 6과 폴리아미드 11 그리고 융화제의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 폴리아미드를 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 만들어지는, 접착 개선막이 제공되되, 상기 접착 개선막에 포함된 폴리아미드의 양은 중량에서 적어도 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선을 포함하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체의 중간막은 접착 개선막들을 통해 인접막들의 양쪽에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,다층 호스, 다층 파이프 또는 다층 콘테이너의 형태이되, 상기 다층 파이프는 적어도 소정 단면에서는 물결 무늬의 벽을 갖는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 접착 개선막은 폴리아미드 6의 중량이 65 내지 80%를 차지하는 코폴리아미드 6/12인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 접착 개선막에서 폴리아미드의 양은 중량에서 적어도 70%이고, 바람직하게는 중량에서 적어도 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서,폴리아미드 6, 폴리아미드 12 및 융화제로 이루어진 폴리아미드 혼합물에서 두 폴리아미드 성분들의 중량을 100으로 할 때, 폴리아미드 6의 함량이 중량에서 25 및 80 사이인, 상기 폴리아미드 6, 폴리아미드 12 및 융화제로 이루어진 상기 폴리아미드 혼합물, 또는폴리아미드 6, 폴리아미드 11 및 융화제로 이루어진 폴리아미드 혼합물에서 두 폴리아미드 성분들의 중량을 100으로 할 때, 폴리아미드 6의 함량이 중량에서 25 및 80 사이인, 상기 폴리아미드 6, 폴리아미드 11 및 융화제로 이루어진 상기폴리아미드 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 혼합물들 내의 상기 융화제는 폴리아미드들의 질김 특성을 개선하기 위해 사용된 충격력 수정 폴리머이고, 상기 융화제는 중량에서 30%까지의 양으로 상기 폴리아미드 혼합물들 내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 충격력 수정 폴리머는 탄성중합체(elastomer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 탄성중합체는 산-수정 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 공중합체(acid modified ethylene/α-olefin copolymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체 막 또는 상기 폴리아미드 막들의 하나는, 상기 폴리머 매트릭스(polymer matrix)의 중량을 100으로 할 때, 중량에서 0.5 내지 50의 양으로 갖는 막 규산염(silicates)으로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항에 있어서,(a) 폴리아미드 6, 폴리아미드 46, 폴리아미드 66, 폴리아미드 69, 폴리아미드 610 또는 폴리아미드 612를 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 이루어진 내막,(b) 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체를 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 이루어진 중간막,(c) 상기 중간막(b)과 상기 외막(a) 사이에 개재되어 그들을 연결하는, 폴리아미드 6 부분의 중량이 60 내지 80%인 코폴리아미드 6/12, 블록 코폴리아미드 6/12, 폴리아미드 612, 폴리아미드 610, 폴리아미드 6과 폴리아미드 12 성분의 중량을 100으로 할 때 폴리아미드 6 성분이 중량에서 25 내지 80인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 6과 폴리아미드 12 그리고 융화제의 혼합물 및 폴리아미드 6과 폴리아미드 11 성분의 중량을 100으로 할 때 폴리아미드 6 성분이 중량에서 25 내지 80인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 6과 폴리아미드 11 그리고 융화제의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 폴리아미드를 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 이루어지는 접착 개선막, 및(d) 폴리아미드 12 또는 폴리아미드 11을 주성분으로 하는 몰딩 화합물로 이루어지는 외막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 내막(a) 또는 막(a)의 폴리아미드들을 주성분으로 하는 부가적인 최내막(innermost layer)은 선택적으로 탄소 섬유들 및/또는 전도성 카본 블랙(carbon black)을 첨가제로 포함함으로써, 상기 내막(a) 또는 최내막이 전도성을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 다층 파이프는 연료관인 것을 특징으로 열가소성 다층 복합물.
- 인젝션 몰딩(injection molding), 공동 압출 성형(coextrusion), 압출 블로우 주형(extrusion blow molding), 프레싱(pressing) 또는 상기 캐이싱 공정(casing process)에 의한, 한가지 또는 복수의 단계들을 통해 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항에 따른 열가소성 다층 복합물을 제작하는 방법.
