經濟部中央樣準局員工消費合作社印裝 266185 A7 ------------____ 五、發明説明(1 ) . 本發明係有關一種使相當小直徑之管零件(特別是由聚 偏二氟乙埽(PVDF)製得者)熔化接舍之方法及套管。其他 塑料如聚氣乙烯(PVC),純聚氣乙烯(CPVD),聚乙缔 (pE) ’聚丙晞(pp)乙烯氣三氟乙烯(ECTFE),全氟烷氧 垸(PFA),聚醚g旨酮(PEEK),聚伸苯硫化物(pps)等製 得之管亦可依據本發明彼此接合。 由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)製得之管熔化接合中使用所謂 <電動套管爲已知。此操作中,欲熔化接合之淑向排列管 零件係串聯排列,但維持某種間隙而可使由與欲熔化接合 之該管零件相同之材料製得之環插入。接著以插入其内之 電動加熱元件之方式使排列在對接周圍之電動套管加熱, 此引起在套管/管零件界面之塑膠表面軟化並随後使套管 與管零件熔化接合。但此熔化接合並未發生在沿著管間隙 疋管零件之間,在實務上該間隙仍存在且固此造成接合管 零件中發生後流動之顯著干擾。此外,許多情況中,電動 加熱元件曝露於管間隙區域中,因此有腐蝕現象。 迄今’具相當大管直徑之HPDE管線熔化接合所述之技 術,可用以熔化接合具其相當小直徑;pvDF管線系統。 在P V D F管之例中,由於上述之小直徑及伴隨之壁厚度小 ,因此當使用已知之電動套管熔化接合時,管零件在加熱 狀態下會塌下,而無法製得可再製之熔化接合品質之效果 〇 本發明I目的係提供一種在使用電動套管熔化接合可成 功地使特別是PVDF管與由塑料製得之管狀連接件熔化接 本紙张又度通用中國國豕標準(CNS ) A4規格(21〇><297公董) 4- 杜衣------II------.^ (請先KI-讀背面·之注意事項再填寫本頁) 266185 A7 B7 經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明( 合之上述方法。此外’本發明方法之套管將加以明確載述 〇 本發明達成之目的爲欲熔化接合之塑膠管零件係彼此對 接,塑膠管零件係在相當廣區域之對接接合下加教,其長 度爲管直徑之約。。至!^倍(視各例而定),由對接接合所 測定,其方法係利用塑料製得之電加熱套管,且熔化接合 至後者,#接接合之方向或相當有區域比相#寬區域加熱 更強,因而不僅在套管内表面與管零件之相鄰表面發生熔 化接合,在沿著對接接頭之管零件之對接亦發生熔化接合 〇 因此依據本發明之方法,特別提供—種使兩個管零件之 對接接合區域強力加熱,而確使管零件彼此對接,亦即彼 此更緊密或密接。除了套管内壁與由其覆蓋之管零件之外 表面間之圓筒熔接表面外,在整個管壁厚度上亦具有熔化 接合。結果,以加.熱線圈,金屬絲網等形狀提供之加熱元 件會完全被塑料覆蓋,因此確使免受腐蝕之完全保護作用 。因此管中之中段流動亦不會受加熱線圈之成份零件之污 染。 依據本發明,又提供排列在對接接合區域内塑膠管零件 内側之伸縮軟管接受約1至3巴(bar)之壓力,隨後使軟化 塑膠固化,並自接合塑膠管解開並移開。 本發明方法提供之伸縮軟管在套管之至少整個軸向長度 上可承受管零件之内壁,避免任何軟化塑料逸出流至管孔 中。此確實可避免干擾内部珠粒之形成。此外,由於其在 裝------訂------線 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) δ66ΐ85
