Abstract
藉由射出拉伸吹氣成型機來製造底部無不良之中空成型體,以在拉伸藉由射出拉伸吹氣成型機來拉伸吹氣成型使離型時間點加快而成型之預成型體時,不會使預成型體的底部破裂,且不會使中空成型體的底部厚壁不均勻。
當製造中空成型體時,具有:射出成型步驟,係射出成型出預成型體;吹氣成型步驟,係吹氣成型預成型體,而得到中空成型體,其中吹氣成型步驟是使被冷卻到50℃至90℃的拉伸桿件的前端部接觸至在射出成型步驟所得到的軟質狀態的所述預成型體的底部,冷卻並向下推壓所述預成型體的底部,而吹氣成型出中空成型體。
Description
本發明係關於一種中空成型體的製造方法及射出拉伸吹氣成型機。
當製造合成樹脂製的瓶子或杯子等中空成型體時,通常會使用射出拉伸吹氣成型機。
此射出拉伸吹氣成型機,係具備:射出成型部,係以從射出裝置所射出的溶融樹脂來射出成型出預成型體;吹氣成型部,係將在射出成型部所射出成型的預成型體,吹氣成型為瓶子或杯子等之中空成型體;以及取出部,係將在吹氣成型部所吹氣成型後之中空成型體,送出至成型機外。
射出拉伸吹氣成型機的射出成型部,係具有射出成型模具,係具備:上模具(射出模芯模具)、下模具(射出空腔模具)以及唇型模具。另外,唇型模具會支撐射出成型後的預成型體,同時自射出成型部將預成型體搬運至吹氣成型部。
上述吹氣成型部,係具有吹氣成型模具,其具備缺口型的吹氣型模具及與吹氣成型部對位的唇型模具。
然後,吹氣成型部,係具備拉伸桿件,係用於拉伸被配置於吹氣成型模具之預成型體。藉由拉伸桿件,使預成型體的側邊(主體部)或底部被向下推壓,來使預成型體被拉伸。
另外,吹氣成型部,係具備吹入機構,係在使用拉伸桿件來進行預成型體之拉伸時,將吹氣氣體吹入到預成型體內。藉由吹入機構使預成型體膨脹,並將預成型體的側邊與底部壓貼在吹氣成型模具的內面,來賦形成中空成型體的形狀。
在吹氣成型部成型後的中空成型體,會被支撐在作為吹氣成型模具的一部分所構成的唇型模具,再從吹氣成型模具取下並移動到上述取出部。
然後,唇型模具會釋放中空成型體。藉此,位於取出部的中空成型體便會被送出至射出拉伸吹氣成型機的外部。然後,釋放中空成型體後的唇型模具,會再次朝射出成型部移動。
如此般,在射出拉伸吹氣成型機中,會在將射出成型部射出成型後的預成型體以唇型模具支撐的狀態下,離型並移動至吹氣成型部,並使用拉伸桿件來拉伸位於吹氣成型部的預成型體,同時進行吹氣氣體的吹入而製造中空成型體。
在預成型體的射出成型的熱型坯(hot parison)方式中,為了防止預成型體的底部被拉伸桿件刺破,會將預成型體的底部的厚壁成型為比預成型體的側邊的厚壁還要薄。
就此點而言,如專利文献1所示,即使在射出成型模具中,以相同溫度、相同時間來使被填充在射出成型模具的溶融樹脂的預成型體之底部與側邊被加以冷卻,也會因厚壁差使得底部被較快冷卻,而成為半硬化狀態。
然後,預成型體的底部的厚壁,係以預成型體的側邊的厚壁之1/2來設定為標準厚度。
在側邊的厚壁較薄的預成型體,例如側邊的厚壁為未達2.0mm的預成型體的情況,將其底部的厚壁設計為未達1.0mm,則此預成型體在進行射出成型時,便會容易發生流動配向,而使底部白化。然後,吹氣成型後的中空成型體的底部也會存在有白化後部分殘留的問題。
作為防止發生流動配向的措施,只要相對2.0mm以下的預成型體的側邊的厚壁,將底部的厚壁設定在1/2以上即可。
然而,在此情況下,預成型體的底部的厚壁較厚的部分,會使預成型體的底部比側邊軟。因此,底部在拉伸過程當中會過度拉伸,從而出現被拉伸桿件刺破的現象。
換言之,當預成型體的側邊的厚壁為2mm左右,並在射出成型部以一般的長度(時間)進行射出冷卻的條件下來射出成型預成型體時,離型後不久,預成型體的側邊便會因射出冷卻的作用使得硬化的程度較大。
因此當離型後在吹氣成型部進行拉伸和吹入時,預成型體的底部會先行持續拉伸,而被拉伸桿件刺破。
作為防止在吹氣成型時預成型體破裂現象之措施,會使冷卻迴路通過拉伸桿件的前端部,讓既定溫度的冷媒(如,水)加以循環。
根據此方法,在拉伸過程當中,拉伸桿件的冷卻後前端部會接觸至預成型體的底部,並冷卻底部的結果,便可抑制預成型體的破裂。
在專利文献1中,也舉出了使冷卻迴路通過拉伸桿件的前端部,以其拉伸桿件的前端部來冷卻預成型體的底部這點,顯示了使15℃至27℃的冷媒通過冷卻迴路。然後,顯示以拉伸桿件的前端部來冷卻預成型體的底部而成為半硬化狀態,以進行拉伸吹氣成型。

然而,例如,就使15℃至27℃的冷媒通過之拉伸桿件的前端部來冷卻預成型體的底部的方法而言,在吹氣成型時因預成型體的側邊與底部相比會相對容易拉伸,因此有著與側邊相比,成型後的中空成型體底部的厚壁會變得較厚之問題。
另外,專利文献1舉出作為防止預成型體底部刺破的措施,是在製品的吹氣成型時,將底部成型為較厚,作為其具體方法顯示有:使溫度調整至30℃至80℃後的拉伸桿件的前端部與預成型體的底部接觸的方法。
然而,此方法所進行之底部冷卻,係使拉伸桿件的前端構件接觸至預成型體底部及接續其的側邊(主體部)內壁,而將底部溫度調整至低溫。在此情況之下,因為是會積極地冷卻與預成型體的底部相連的側邊內壁,使得沒有直接受到前端構件的推壓力的部分也被額外地冷卻,這會妨礙底部周圍的拉伸,使得容器底部的厚度不均。
然而近年來,射出拉伸吹氣成型機為了縮短預成型體或中空成型體的成型週期,會加快從射出成型模具將預成型體離型的時間點。
然而,現在,加快從射出成型模具離型的時間點而成型預成型體的形式之射出拉伸吹氣成型機中,在吹氣成型部的拉伸桿件卻沒有設置冷卻機構。
然後,在吹氣成型步驟中,係不會進行拉伸桿件所致之上述般冷卻,便使拉伸桿件的前端部接觸至預成型體的底部,並以拉伸桿件的下降來下壓底部,同時進行側邊的拉伸。
在加快離型的時間點來成型預成型體的形式之射出拉伸吹氣成型機,會如上述般使預成型體的成型週期較短。
因此與在沒有加快離型的時間點的形式之射出拉伸吹氣成型機中的吹氣成型步驟相比,拉伸桿件的前端部與預成型體的底部接觸的每單位時間的次數會變多。
其結果,拉伸桿件在拉伸預成型體後,會在因預成型體的拉伸而被加溫的前端部之溫度恢復至原本溫度之前,便拉伸接著被搬運後的預成型體,而使得拉伸桿件前端部的溫度逐漸上升。
因此當拉伸加速離型而移到吹氣成型模具的預成型體時,溫度上升後的拉伸桿件的前端部便會下壓預成型體的底部。藉此,便會有預成型體的側邊在拉伸前,便使底部過度拉伸而破損之虞。
鑑於所述問題,本發明目的在於提供一種中空成型體的製造方法及射出拉伸吹氣成型機,其在拉伸吹氣預成型體時,不會使預成型體的底部破裂以及不會使中空成型體的底部的厚壁變得不均勻。
本發明係考量上述課題而完成者,以提供一種中空成型體的製造方法來解決上述問題,所述中空成型體的製造方法係具備:射出成型步驟,係射出成型出預成型體;以及吹氣成型步驟,係將所述預成型體吹氣成型,而取得中空成型體;所述吹氣成型步驟,係讓冷卻到50℃至90℃後的拉伸桿件之前端部接觸至該射出成型步驟所獲得的軟質狀態之該預成型體之底部,而冷卻並下壓所述預成型體的底部。
較佳地,在本發明中,係將所述拉伸桿件之前端部冷卻至70℃至90℃。
此外,較佳地,在本發明中,該射出成型步驟係包含射出冷卻步驟,係使所述預成型體接觸至射出成型模具並冷卻,以硬化所述預成型體的表層;進一步包括:預成型體搬運步驟,係將該預成型體從射出成型模具離型,並在接收來自所述預成型體的內層的熱量而使所述預成型體的表層軟化的狀態下,將所述預成型體搬運至吹氣成型模具。
進一步地,另外一種發明係提供一種射出拉伸吹氣成型機,以解決上述問題,係具備:射出成型部,係射出成型預成型體;以及,吹氣成型部,係具備拉伸桿件,係拉伸在所述射出成型部所射出成型的所述預成型體;所述吹氣成型部係具備冷卻機構,係將在所述拉伸桿件中接觸至所述預成型體的底部的前端部冷卻至50℃至90℃。
較佳地,在上述發明中,所述拉伸桿件的前端部會被冷卻至70℃至90℃。
[發明功效]
射出拉伸吹氣成型機的射出成型部所射出成型的預成型體之底部是柔軟的,但是依據本發明,在吹氣成型部進行拉伸和吹入時所發生的預成型體的破裂現象,會藉由於拉伸桿件的前端部設置使50℃至90℃的冷媒通過之冷卻迴路所構成的冷卻機構來加以抑制。
另外,雖然當拉伸桿件的前端部的溫度變得高溫時,預成型體的底部會容易拉伸,但例如加快預成型體從射出成型模具離型的時間點形式的射出拉伸吹氣成型機般,藉由設定較短的射出冷卻時間,便可調整預成型體的側邊與底部的拉伸平衡,使得中空成型體的底部的厚壁不會有差異。
接著,基於圖式之實施形態來對本發明進行詳細說明。圖1顯示實施本發明的射出拉伸吹氣成型機1,其具備:射出成型部3,係從射出裝置2供給溶融樹脂而射出成型預成型體;吹氣成型部4,係拉伸射出成型部3所射出成型的預成型體,並將吹氣氣體吹入而吹氣成型中空成型體;以及取出部5,係將在吹氣成型部4所吹氣成型後的中空成型體送出至射出拉伸吹氣成型機1的外部。
射出成型部3、吹氣成型部4以及取出部5係以既定的角度的間隔配置在具有唇型模具之未圖示的旋轉板的旋轉方向上。圖1的箭頭係顯示旋轉板的旋轉方向及唇型模具的移動方向。
透過旋轉板的旋轉,唇型模具會分別配置在射出成型部3、吹氣成型部4、取出部5的正上方位置。然後,唇型模具會以一定的旋轉角度來反覆進行旋轉和昇降。藉此,唇型模具會將預成型體從射出成型部3移到吹氣成型部4,再將中空成型體從吹氣成型部4移到取出部5。在取出部5中,唇型模具會將中空成型體釋放,釋放此中空成型體後的唇型模具會透過旋轉板的旋轉再回到射出成型部3。
(射出成型部)
射出成型部3係具有射出成型模具,係具備上模具(射出模芯型模具)、下模具(射出空腔型模具)、唇型模具。在下模具,或下模具與上模具的雙方係設有使調整為既定溫度的冷媒通過之冷卻迴路。將上模具與下模具關閉,而在高壓下被鎖模的射出成型模具所射出成型的溶融樹脂會與射出成型模具接觸而被冷卻。
然後,打開上模具和下模具,在預成型體被唇型模具支撐的狀態下使旋轉板上昇。進一步地,藉由旋轉板旋轉並使唇型模具移動,預成型體便會移到吹氣成型部4。
(吹氣成型部)
吹氣成型部4係具有組合唇型模具來成為分割模具下成對之吹氣型模具所構成之吹氣成型模具。另外,吹氣成型部4係具備:拉伸桿件,係會進入至在吹氣型模具之間被唇型模具所支撐之預成型體的內側;以及吹入裝置,係將吹氣氣體泵送至預成型體。然後,針對預成型體,進行所述拉伸桿件所致之拉伸和吹氣氣體的吹入,來吹氣成型出中空成型體。
吹氣成型後便打開吹氣型模具,同時藉由旋轉板的上昇使中空成型體離型,再使旋轉板旋轉而在被唇型模具支撐的狀態下使中空成型體移到取出部5。
(取出部)
在取出部5中會釋放唇型模具針對中空成型體的保持。然後,將被從唇型模具釋放的中空成型體從射出拉伸吹氣成型機1送出至外面。另外,釋放中空成型體後的唇型模具會因旋轉板的旋轉而移到射出成型部3,再被置入至上述射出成型模具。
(中空成型體的製造方法)
接著,說明本實施形態相關的中空成型體的製造方法。本實施形態的中空成型體的製造方法是使用前述射出拉伸吹氣成型機1,會對應於中空成型體製造步驟6,其中,唇型模具會一邊依序移到射出成型部3、吹氣成型部4、取出部5,一邊製造中空成型體。
更詳而言之,中空成型體製造步驟6如圖2所示般係包括:射出成型步驟7,係以射出成型部3射出成型出預成型體;吹氣成型步驟8,係將射出成型步驟7所成型的所述預成型體在吹氣成型部4拉伸,再藉由吹入吹氣氣體來對中空成型體吹氣成型;以及,取出步驟9,係將吹氣成型步驟8所成型的中空成型體在取出部5中藉由上述唇型模具的釋放而送出至成型機外。
(射出成型步驟)
作為本實施形態所舉出的射出拉伸吹氣成型機1是一種製造杯子形狀且廣口的中空成型體之成型機。然後,用於得到杯子形狀的中空成型體的預成型體係被射出成型為將唇部做成廣口的研缽狀。
在圖3中顯示出將研缽狀的預成型體15射出成型之射出成型模具10。如圖所示,射出成型模具10係具備下模具11;唇型模具13,係組裝在旋轉板12,並重疊於所述下模具11;以及上模具14,係透過唇型模具13下降而進入至下模具11側。
在射出成型部3反覆進行的射出成型步驟7係包含以下的多個階段(步驟)(請參照圖4)。
(符號a) 為了離型在前一個步驟所成型的預成型體15,解除鎖模力,而使射出成型模具10打開的階段。
(符號b) 使上述旋轉板12上昇,以離型成型結束的預成型體15,再使旋轉板12旋轉以將成型結束的預成型體15搬運至吹氣成型部4,同時以此旋轉板12的旋轉使在取出部5的唇型模具13對應至下模具11的上方位置的階段。
(符號c) 使上模具14穿過唇型模具13並與旋轉板12一起下降以鎖模,將鎖模力切換為高壓的階段。
(符號d) 確保射出裝置的噴頭之前進動作時間的階段。
(符號e) 從射出裝置射出溶融樹脂的射出階段。
(符號f) 冷卻階段。
另外,如前所述,組裝使冷媒通過下模11或下模11與上模14之冷卻迴路來設置未圖示的冷卻機構,使得下模具11與上模具14一直被冷卻。
如前所述,射出成型步驟7係具有由射出階段e及冷卻階段f所構成之射出冷卻步驟16。在射出階段e中,被送入至射出成型模具10的充填空間部分之溶融樹脂會接觸至射出成型模具10的內面並擴散到充填空間整個部分,再以加壓狀態來裝滿設定量的溶融樹脂。然後,在冷卻階段f中,結束溶融樹脂的送入後,接著便從射出成型模具10的內面側來冷卻預成型體15。
如此般,在射出冷卻步驟16中,會在進行溶融樹脂的充填後,使溶融狀態的預成型體15接觸至一直被冷卻的射出成型模具10。其結果,預成型體15的表層的部分便會硬化。
另外,在射出冷卻步驟16時,在預成型體15的內層會有高溫度的溶融樹脂(軟化狀態),而會成為來自內層的熱向表層側傳遞的狀態。
本實施形態的射出拉伸吹氣成型機1,會加快將預成型體15從射出成型模具10離型的時間點。當然,被搬運至吹氣成型部4的途中會確保直到預成型體的形狀不會崩壞的硬度為止,來確保射出冷卻步驟16的時間。
(預成型體搬運步驟)
進一步地,射出成型步驟7係包含預成型體搬運步驟17,係將從射出成型模具10所離型的預成型體15搬運至吹氣成型部4。
在此預成型體搬運步驟17中,預成型體15的表層會硬化,而能保持預成型體15的形狀。然而,因為是加快離型,故不會從射出成型模具10被冷卻,而來自內層的熱會傳達到表層側而在使表層的溫度上升導致軟化的狀態被搬運至吹氣成型部4。如圖4所示,每次將溶融樹脂射出至射出成型模具10,則在射出成型部3便會重複進行射出成型步驟7。
(吹氣成型步驟)
在圖5中顯示吹氣成型模具18。在圖示的吹氣成型模具18中,移到吹氣成型部4的唇型模具13會重疊在封模後的一對吹氣型模具19的上方。進一步地,使支撐拉伸桿件20的吹氣模芯型模具21重疊於唇型模具13,透過唇型模具13將拉伸桿件20下降至吹氣型模具19的底側。然後,在所述吹氣模芯型模具21設置供給機構22,來送入吹氣氣體以穿過所述拉伸桿件20的周圍。
當組裝於上述預成型體搬運步驟17中的旋轉板12的唇型模具13將預成型體15移到配置此吹氣成型模具18的吹氣成型部4,便對吹氣成型模具18進行鎖模。此時,被吹氣模芯型模具21所支撐的拉伸桿件20會進入至預成型體15的內側。
吹氣成型步驟8亦包含以下的多個階段(步驟)(請參照圖4)。
(符號a) 從打開的吹氣型模具19將中空成型體搬到取出部5的階段。
(符號b) 開始將打開的吹氣型模具19封模的開始階段。

(符號f) 從吹氣模芯型模具21使拉伸桿件20下降,以拉伸預成型體15,再吹入吹氣氣體而吹氣成型出中空成型體的成型階段。另外,拉伸桿件20會下降到既定長度後回到待機位置,又,在進行既定量吹氣氣體的吹入動作之後也停止供給吹氣氣體。
(符號g) 從吹氣成型模具18所成型的中空成型體的內部抽除吹氣氣體的排氣階段。
(符號h) 解除對吹氣成型模具18施加的鎖模力的吹氣型模具洩壓階段。
(符號i) 開模吹氣成型模具18的吹氣型模具開模階段。
更詳而言之,在吹氣成型部4中的吹氣成型步驟8係包含:上述階段a,係將在前一個步驟中所吹氣成型的中空成型體搬到取出部5;吹氣型模具19的封模開始階段b;以及吹氣型模具19的鎖模階段c。
又,在藉由此時的旋轉板12的動作,射出成型步驟7所射出成型的預成型體15會在被唇型模具支撐的狀態下位於吹氣型模具19的上方,並且藉由旋轉板12的下降,使得預成型體15配置於吹氣型模具19之間(階段d)。
進一步地,當預成型體15配置於吹氣型模具19時,經由使吹氣型模具19的鎖模力切換為高壓的階段e,再使吹氣模芯型模具21下降,使得拉伸桿件20位於預成型體15的正上方。然後,使拉伸桿件20下降並向下推壓預成型體15的底部來拉伸預成型體15,並使吹入裝置將吹氣氣體泵送至預成型體15,以吹氣成型出中空成型體(階段f)。
然後,抽除吹氣氣體,使預成型體內部為大氣壓力下的環境,並降低施加在吹氣成型模具18的鎖模力,以開模吹氣成型模具18(階段g、h、i)。
(拉伸桿件)
在實施形態的射出拉伸吹氣成型機1中,係於吹氣成型部4的拉伸桿件20之金屬材所形成的前端部(下端部)23設有冷卻機構24,透過冷卻前端部23來冷卻所接觸的預成型體15的底部,以抑制其底部的軟化,同時防止當拉伸時在底部的破損,藉由不會破損底部的下壓來拉伸預成型體15的側邊。
冷卻機構24係具有冷卻迴路25,如圖6所示,會經過拉伸桿件20的前端部23的內部來貫通。冷卻迴路25中流動有50℃至90℃的冷媒,每次接觸於預成型體15的底部時便會冷卻其底部。
如圖所示,組裝有拉伸桿件20桿件之支撐板26係具有返回到冷媒供應源的返回管路,並在桿件支撐板26的上面所重疊的組裝板27設有來自冷媒的供給源的入流管。
另外,如圖6所示,被桿件支撐板26支撐的拉伸桿件20的桿件本體28係形成為管狀。冷卻迴路25係將與組裝板27的入流管連通的導管30插入至從此桿件本體28的上部(桿件支撐板26側)到下部(前端部23側)的內通道29中,從組裝板27側將冷媒供給至導管30,再經前端部23而使冷媒在導管30的外面與內通道29的內面之間上昇,並到達桿件支撐板26的返回管路,以形成為從此返回管路使冷媒返回到供給源。
在此,較佳係將通過冷卻迴路25的冷媒的溫度調整為50℃至90℃。使冷媒被冷卻到所述溫度範囲,可抑制與拉伸桿件20的前端部23接觸的預成型體15的底部的軟化。其結果,預成型體15的底部便不會被過度拉伸。亦即,會抑制預成型體15的底部的拉伸,而使未接觸於拉伸桿件20的預成型體15的側邊適當地伸長,故可防止底部的破損。
另外,在本實施形態中,為了加快從射出成型部3離型的時間點,會使預成型體15的射出冷卻時間較短。因是在此狀態使預成型體15移到吹氣成型部4,故在預成型體15位於吹氣成型模具18的內部時,熱會從軟化狀態的預成型體15的內層傳達到表層,而成為使預成型體15的側邊容易拉伸的狀態。因此當拉伸桿件20的前端部23向下推壓預成型體15的底部時,會使預成型體15的整體側邊適當地伸長。因此,所得的中空成型體的底部也會在平面方向適當地拉伸,而在底部周方向的厚壁不會有很大的差異。另外,通過冷卻迴路25的冷媒的溫度較佳係調整為70℃至90℃。
相對於此,冷媒的溫度在低於50℃之情況,與所述溫度範囲相比,在底部周方向的厚壁往往會有差異較大的傾向。另外,冷媒的溫度在高於90℃之情況下,由於是使用相對高溫的冷媒,故會有使預成型體的底部軟化,而在底部周方向的厚壁有差異較大的傾向。
(取出步驟)
如圖2所示,當吹氣成型步驟8結束時,便移到取出步驟9。在取出步驟9中,中空成型體會以從開模後的吹氣成型模具18被支撐於唇型模具13的狀態抬起,再藉由旋轉板12的旋轉而供給至取出部5。然後,在旋轉板12停止後,使唇型模具13打開而釋放出中空成型體,再將此中空成型體送出至成型機外。
在送出至中空成型體的成型機外之後,便使唇型模具13關閉,朝射出成型部3使旋轉板12旋轉來結束取出步驟9。
[實施例]
在以上所說明的中空成型體的製造方法中,如下顯示具體的實施例。然而,本發明並不因下列實施例而被限定以及限制。
(中空成型體的成型試驗)
接著,使用縮短射出冷卻時間而加快離型的時間點之射出拉伸吹氣成型機1,以進行從研缽狀的預成型體成型出杯子狀的中空成型體的試驗。試驗條件如下。
(試驗條件)
使30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃各種溫度的冷媒(冷卻機構24)來通過拉伸桿件20的前端部23,並使用具備該等拉伸桿件20之吹氣成型部4來吹氣成型出預成型體15,而得到了重量25.2g的中空成型體。另外,將使用30℃冷媒的試料稱為比較例1,將使用40℃冷媒的試料稱為比較例2,將使用50℃冷媒的試料稱為實施例1,將使用60℃冷媒的試料稱為實施例2,將使用70℃冷媒的試料稱為實施例3,將使用80℃冷媒的試料稱為實施例4,將使用90℃冷媒的試料稱為實施例5。
在圖7中,顯示各試料的厚壁測量位置。在此,圖7是杯子狀的中空成型體的底面圖。從中空成型體的底面(底部)的外側延伸到中央的線則標上符號1~8。線號1~8係沿著中空成型體的底面(底部)的周方向按照順時針方向順序編號。另外,圖7的符號A~F係沿著符號1~8的各線(沿著中空成型體的底面的徑向)配置。亦即,藉由測量線號1~8的A部的厚壁,便可得知連接所有的線號的各A部的圓周區域的厚壁差(厚壁的差異)。關於B部~F部亦相同。在下表1~7顯示測量結果。另外,各表的數值都是以mm(毫米)為單位。圖7的中心位置的斜線部分是閘門位置,與中心位置同心的斜線部分則是立起的傾斜面部。

在各表的最右行記載「周方向的厚壁差」。在此,「周方向的厚壁差」是指線號1~8的A部的厚壁差(在A部中,最大的厚壁減去最小的厚壁的數值)、線號1~8的B部的厚壁差、線號1~8的C部的厚壁差、線號1~8的D部的厚壁差、線號1~8的E部的厚壁差、線號1~8的F部的厚壁差。另外,在各表的最下部所記載的「厚壁差的平均」係對應將前述的A部~F部的周方向的厚壁差的平均值(將A部~F部的厚壁差相加,再將此除以為測量區域的個數之6(A部~F部的6個)的數值)。
如表1~2所示,在比較例1,2中,周方向的厚壁差的平均為大約0.2mm。相對於此,在實施例1~5中,周方向的厚壁差的平均為0.1mm左右。亦即,顯示出與使用30℃~40℃冷媒的試料相比,使用50℃~90℃冷媒的試料的底部周方向的厚壁的差異(厚度不均)較少。尤其是,實施例3~5中周方向的厚壁差的平均為0.1mm以下,顯示出底部周方向的厚壁的差異(厚度偏差)更少。

Claims (5)
- 一種中空成型體的製造方法,係具備: 射出成型步驟,係射出成型出預成型體;以及 吹氣成型步驟,係將所述預成型體吹氣成型,而取得中空成型體; 所述吹氣成型步驟,係讓冷卻到50℃至90℃後的拉伸桿件之前端部接觸至該射出成型步驟所獲得的軟質狀態之該預成型體之底部,而冷卻並下壓所述預成型體的底部。
- 如請求項1所述之中空成型體的製造方法,其係將所述拉伸桿件之前端部冷卻至70℃至90℃。
- 如請求項1或2所述之中空成型體的製造方法,其中,該射出成型步驟係包含射出冷卻步驟,係使所述預成型體接觸至射出成型模具並冷卻,以硬化所述預成型體的表層; 進一步包括:預成型體搬運步驟,係將該預成型體從射出成型模具離型,並在接收來自所述預成型體的內層的熱量而使所述預成型體的表層軟化的狀態下,將所述預成型體搬運至吹氣成型模具。
- 一種射出拉伸吹氣成型機,係具備:射出成型部,係射出成型預成型體;以及,吹氣成型部,係具備拉伸桿件,係拉伸在所述射出成型部所射出成型的所述預成型體; 所述吹氣成型部係具備冷卻機構,係將在所述拉伸桿件中接觸至所述預成型體的底部的前端部冷卻至50℃至90℃。
- 如請求項4所述之射出拉伸吹氣成型機,其中,所述拉伸桿件的前端部會被冷卻至70℃至90℃。
