Abstract
透明墨水有如下課題:容易因熱而引起微凝膠化且有貯藏穩定性降低的可能性,進而若透明墨水經時產生微凝膠則噴墨噴出性降低。作為解決方法,提供一種光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,於組成物中含有0.05質量%~5.0質量%的光聚合性化合物、光聚合起始劑、及平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm的無機填料,且可見光透過率為30%以上。
Description
本發明是有關於一種光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物。
作為光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,專利文獻1中所記載的組成物已公知。此種組成物為透明墨水組成物中不含著色顏料或體質顏料,且僅包含硬化性的成分及硬化劑等添加物的組成物。而且,藉由將透明墨水組成物印刷於使用了彩色墨水的記錄物表面的更上方,可對該記錄物表面賦予無光調。 另外專利文獻2中所記載的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物不含金屬粉末或著色劑,且於印刷包含金屬粉末的墨水之前印刷於記錄媒體上,藉此可提升記錄媒體的平滑性,且使由包含金屬粉末的墨水帶來的光澤感或高級感優異。
另外如專利文獻3中所記載般,藉由於光聚合性噴墨著色墨水中調配二氧化矽(silica)來提高硬化物的硬度且提升耐摩擦性已為公知,進而如專利文獻4中所記載般,於光硬化型噴墨墨水中調配作為無機系紫外線吸收劑的氧化鋅、氧化鈰、金紅石型氧化鈦,可有效防止由紫外線引起的變色褪色亦為公知。 [現有技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決的課題] 關於藉由以發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode,LED)等為光源的光進行硬化的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,藉由使丙烯酸酯進行自由基聚合而形成硬化塗膜,因此要求高反應性。另一方面,若具有高反應性則存在由熱引起的反應性亦變高的傾向。此時,對熱的穩定性降低,且墨水的貯藏穩定性惡化。因此,需要一面提高對光的反應性,一面降低對熱的反應性。 尤其是透明墨水容易因熱而引起微凝膠化且有貯藏穩定性降低的可能性,進而若透明墨水經時產生微凝膠則有噴墨噴出性降低的可能性。 [解決課題之手段]
本發明者等人發現,藉由採用 1. 一種光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,於組成物中含有0.05質量%~5.0質量%的光聚合性化合物、光聚合起始劑、及平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm的無機填料,且可見光透過率為30%以上; 2. 如1所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,無機填料為二氧化矽及/或氧化鋁; 3. 如1或2所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其含有具有胺基及/或酸基的顏料分散劑; 4. 如1至3中任一項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,於光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物中,作為光聚合性化合物,以具有醯胺基的單官能單體與丙烯酸苄酯的合計量計而含有50質量%~75質量%; 5. 如1至4中任一項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,具有醯胺基的單官能單體為N-乙烯基己內醯胺及/或丙烯醯基嗎啉; 6. 如1至5中任一項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,25℃的黏度為10 mPa·s以下; 作為光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,可解決所述課題,從而解決了本發明。 [發明的效果]
根據本發明,設為包含特定組成的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,藉此利用紫外線、尤其是以發光二極體(LED)為光源的紫外線而產生的薄膜中的硬化性優異,並且提升了對熱的穩定性,故而可提升墨水組成物的保存穩定性。
以下,對本發明的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物(以下,亦稱為本發明的墨水組成物)進行詳細說明。 關於本發明,於含有光聚合性化合物、光聚合起始劑及顏料的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物中研究該顏料的平均粒徑與含量,藉此製成可見光透過率為30%以上的透明墨水組成物。
<光聚合性化合物> 本發明的墨水組成物可含有單官能單體或多官能單體作為光聚合性化合物。 (單官能單體) 作為單官能單體,可例示:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯等(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯;(甲基)丙烯酸異冰片酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸第三-4-丁基環己酯、ジシクロベレテニル(メタ)アクリレート、(甲基)丙烯酸環己酯等脂環式單官能單體;甲基丙烯酸苄酯等(甲基)丙烯酸芳烷基酯;甲基丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯、丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯等(甲基)丙烯酸烷氧基烷基酯;三乙二醇單丁基醚、二丙二醇單甲基醚等聚烷二醇單烷基醚的(甲基)丙烯酸酯;六乙二醇單苯基醚等聚烷二醇單芳基醚的(甲基)丙烯酸酯、甘油(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯等光聚合性單體;環氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯等光聚合性寡聚物;丙烯醯胺、甲基丙烯醯胺、二乙基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二甲基甲基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二乙基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二乙基甲基丙烯醯胺、N,N'-亞甲基雙丙烯醯胺、N,N-二甲基胺基丙基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二甲基胺基丙基甲基丙烯醯胺、二丙酮丙烯醯胺、(甲基)丙烯醯基嗎啉、N-乙烯基己內醯胺、N-乙烯基吡咯啶酮等具有醯胺基及/或胺基的單官能單體;(甲基)丙烯酸胺基乙酯、N,N-二甲基胺基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、N,N-二甲基胺基丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯等具有胺基的單官能單體等。該些單官能單體可使用一種或兩種以上。
單官能單體的含量較佳為於透明墨水組成物中為40質量%以上,進而佳為50質量%以上。另外,單官能單體的含量較佳為於透明墨水組成物中為90質量%以下,進而佳為80質量%以下,更佳為75質量%以下。 於單官能單體的含量未滿40質量%的情況下,所獲得的硬化塗膜有密接性降低的可能性。另一方面,於單官能單體的含量超過90質量%的情況下,所獲得的硬化塗膜有黏性、耐擦性降低的可能性。 該些單官能單體中,為了提升所獲得的硬化塗膜的黏性及硬化性,較佳為於組成物中以具有醯胺基的單官能單體與丙烯酸苄酯的合計量計而含有50質量%~75質量%。 作為較佳的具有醯胺基的單官能單體,可例示:N-乙烯基己內醯胺及/或丙烯醯基嗎啉。
<多官能單體> 作為多官能單體,可例示:於分子內具有2個光聚合性官能基及2個胺基的丙烯醯基化胺化合物、(甲基)丙烯酸乙烯氧基乙氧基乙酯、1,4-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、四乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化1,6-己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化雙酚A二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、環己烷二甲醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化環己烷二甲醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三環癸烷二甲醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、烷氧基化脂肪族二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三(2-羥基乙基)異氰脲酸酯三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化甘油三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二-三羥甲基丙烷四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。該些多官能單體可使用一種或兩種以上。
多官能單體的含量於透明墨水組成物中只要為15質量%以上即可,較佳為20質量%以上。另外,多官能單體的含量於透明墨水組成物中只要為50質量%以下即可,較佳為35質量%以下。於多官能單體的含量未滿15質量%的情況下,所獲得的硬化塗膜的耐擦性、黏性容易降低。另一方面,於多官能單體的含量超過50質量%的情況下,所獲得的硬化塗膜的密接性容易降低。
<光聚合起始劑> 作為光聚合起始劑,可採用醯基膦系光聚合起始劑或三嗪系光聚合起始劑等的任意者。 醯基膦系光聚合起始劑為包含醯基膦基的光聚合起始劑,三嗪系光聚合起始劑為具有三嗪結構的光聚合起始劑。該些光聚合起始劑於450 nm~300 nm的波長全域中具有光吸收特性,受到該些特定波長的光(紫外發光二極體(Ultraviolet-Light Emitting Diode,UV-LED))的照射而使透明墨水組成物聚合、並進行高分子化。
作為醯基膦系光聚合起始劑,可例示:2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、2,6-二甲氧基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、2,6-二氯苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、2,3,5,6-四甲基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、2,6-二甲基苯甲醯基二甲基氧化膦、4-甲基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、4-乙基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、4-異丙基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、1-甲基環己醯基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、雙(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基)-苯基氧化膦、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基苯基膦酸甲酯、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基苯基膦酸異丙酯、雙(2,6-二甲氧基苯甲醯基)-2,4,4-三甲基戊基氧化膦、雙(2,6-二甲氧基苯甲醯基)-2,3,3-三甲基-戊基氧化膦等。具體而言,作為2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基-二苯基-氧化膦,可例示TPO(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide)(寧柏迪(Lamberti)公司製造),作為雙(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基)-苯基氧化膦,可例示豔佳固(IRGACURE)819(巴斯夫(BASF)公司製造)等。
作為三嗪系光聚合起始劑,可例示:2,4,6-三氯-均三嗪、2-苯基-4,6-雙(三氯甲基)-均三嗪、2-(對甲氧基苯基)-4,6-雙(三氯甲基)-均三嗪、2-(對甲苯基)-4,6-雙(三氯甲基)-均三嗪、2-ピペニル-4,6-雙(三氯甲基)-均三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-苯乙烯基-均三嗪、2-(萘-1-基)-4,6-雙(三氯甲基)-均三嗪、2-(4-甲氧基-萘-1-基)-4,6-雙(三氯甲基)-均三嗪、2,4-三氯甲基-(胡椒基)-6-三嗪、2,4-三氯甲基(4'-甲氧基苯乙烯基)-6-三嗪等。
光聚合起始劑的含量較佳為於透明墨水組成物中為5.0質量%以上,進而佳為6.0質量%以上。另外,光聚合起始劑的含量較佳為於透明墨水組成物中為15.0質量%以下,進而佳為12.0質量%以下。於光聚合起始劑的含量未滿5.0質量%的情況下,透明墨水組成物有UV-LED硬化性容易降低的可能性。另外,藉由設為該範圍而於硬化塗膜中不易產生黃變。另一方面,若光聚合起始劑的含量超過15.0質量%,則透明墨水組成物藉由進而調配光聚合起始劑而產生的硬化性的效果不會提升,且容易過量添加。
再者,本實施形態的透明墨水組成物較佳為調配5.0質量%~15.0質量%的醯基膦系光聚合起始劑,亦可於性能不降低的範圍內併用其他光聚合起始劑。可自所述光聚合起始劑中使用一種以上或兩種以上,進而作為其他光聚合起始劑,亦可併用噻噸酮系光聚合起始劑、α-羥基酮系光聚合起始劑等。
<平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm的無機填料> 作為本發明中所使用的平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm、較佳為平均粒徑1 nm~100 nm的無機填料,較佳為體質顏料,進而,較佳為使用二氧化矽、氧化鋁、碳酸鈣,進而佳為二氧化矽與氧化鋁。再者,該些無機填料可使用一種,亦可併用兩種以上。 而且視需要對該些顏料進行粉碎,並將其平均粒徑設為1 nm~200 nm、較佳為1 nm~100 nm。再者,此處所提及的平均粒徑為藉由以下方法測定所得的值。平均粒徑是使用日機裝公司製造的麥奇克(Microtrac)UPA-150進行測定。 將平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm的無機填料以成為0.05質量%~5.0質量%、較佳為0.05質量%~3.0質量%的方式調配於本發明的透明墨水組成物中。若調配量未滿0.05質量%,則無法提升對熱的穩定性,且保存穩定性差,容易產生微凝膠。於調配量超過5.0質量%的情況下,自重過濾試驗結果及其促進試驗結果不良。 另外即使將平均粒徑設為未滿1 nm,亦無法期待對熱的穩定性的進一步提升,另外難以製造此種粒徑極其微細的無機填料。 另外於平均粒徑超過200 nm的情況下,難以均勻地分散於墨水組成物中,並且無法提升對熱的穩定性,且保存穩定性差,容易產生微凝膠。另外,自重過濾試驗的促進試驗結果不良。 另外,作為所添加的無機填料的種類及其調配量,鑒於本發明的墨水組成物為透明墨水,將其可見光透過率設為30%以上、較佳為50%以上、進而佳為70%以上、最佳為90%以上。
(顏料分散劑) 另外,本發明的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物視需要亦可含有顏料分散劑。 顏料分散劑是為了提升顏料的分散性、本發明的光硬化型噴墨印刷用墨水組成物的保存穩定性而使用者,可無特別限制地使用自先前以來所使用的顏料分散劑,其中較佳為使用高分子分散劑。作為此種顏料分散劑,可列舉:碳二醯亞胺系分散劑、聚酯胺系分散劑、脂肪酸胺系分散劑、改質聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑、改質聚胺基甲酸酯系分散劑、多鏈型高分子非離子系分散劑、高分子離子活性劑等。該些顏料分散劑可單獨使用或將兩種以上混合使用。 於將所使用的所有顏料的量設為100質量份時,較佳為含有1質量份~200質量份的所述顏料分散劑。若顏料分散劑的含量未滿1質量份,則存在顏料分散性、本發明的墨水組成物的保存穩定性降低的情況。另一方面,亦可含有超過200質量份,但亦存在效果無差別的情況。顏料分散劑的含量的更佳的下限為5質量份、更佳的上限為60質量份。
(酮樹脂) 為了防止產生黏性,本發明的光硬化型噴墨印刷用墨水組成物中亦可含有酮樹脂。 作為所述酮樹脂,只要為溶解於所述光聚合性化合物中者,則並無特別限定,可使用公知的酮樹脂。 作為酮樹脂,較佳為具有羥基的酮樹脂,具體而言,例如可列舉:(1)對使苯乙酮等芳香族系酮化合物、環己酮或三甲基環己酮等脂環族系酮化合物之類的含酮基的化合物、與甲醛等醛化合物反應所獲得的酮樹脂添加氫而獲得的含有羥基的酮樹脂、(2)使異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯等聚異氰酸酯化合物與具有能夠與異氰酸酯化合物反應的取代基的酮樹脂反應而獲得的含有羥基的胺基甲酸酯改質酮樹脂等。該些分別可單獨使用,另外,亦可將兩種以上組合使用。 而且,該些酮樹脂為市售,具體而言,例如有贏創(Evonik)公司製造的SK、PZZ-1201等。 於含有所述酮樹脂時,為了防止產生黏性,較佳為所述酮樹脂的含量於光硬化型噴墨印刷用墨水組成物中為5.0質量%~15.0質量%。
本發明的透明墨水組成物可藉由現有公知的方法來製備。若列舉一例,透明墨水組成物例如可藉由將所述各成分及後述的任意成分全部混合並攪拌而製備。將所獲得的透明墨水組成物的25℃下的黏度調整為1.0 mPa·s以上。另外,透明墨水組成物的25℃下的黏度為10.0 mPa·s以下,較佳為調整為5.0 mPa·s以下。此種透明墨水組成物於藉由噴墨記錄裝置印刷時的噴出穩定性優異。尤其,此種透明墨水組成物於常溫下自噴墨記錄裝置的頭部的噴出穩定性優異,所述噴墨記錄裝置的頭部是為了實現節能化、高速化、高精細化而對應低黏度墨水所設計。
另外,本實施形態的透明墨水組成物可藉由現有公知的方法進行列印、硬化。若列舉一例,透明墨水組成物可藉由如下方法進行列印、硬化:所述透明墨水組成物於被噴出至基材或列印於基材上的印刷物(以下,亦簡稱為基材等)上之後,以UV-LED對著落於基材等上的透明墨水組成物的塗膜進行曝光並使其硬化。 作為基材,可無特別限制地使用於UV-LED硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物中自先前以來所使用者。具體而言,可例示:紙、塑膠膜、膠囊、金屬箔、玻璃等。其中,作為地板材料而使用,較佳為氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯等。
將本實施形態的透明墨水組成物例如供給至噴墨記錄裝置(噴墨印表機)的對應低黏度的印表機頭部,且自印表機頭部噴出至基材。所噴出的透明墨水組成物以膜厚成為例如1 μm~60 μm的方式著落於基材上。著落的透明墨水組成物藉由照射UV-LED而適當硬化。再者,作為對本實施形態的透明墨水組成物進行列印的噴墨記錄裝置,可利用現有公知的噴墨記錄裝置。此時,於使用連續類型(continuous type)的噴墨記錄裝置的情況下,較佳為透明墨水組成物進而添加導電性賦予劑且適當調節電導度。
<透明墨水組成物的任意成分> 繼而,對本實施形態的透明墨水組成物適宜地含有的任意成分進行說明。本實施形態的透明墨水組成物除了所述成分以外,為了表現各種功能亦可適當調配任意成分。例如,透明墨水組成物亦可包含界面活性劑、溶劑、染料、其他著色顏料等顏料、增感劑、顏料分散劑及各種添加劑。
(界面活性劑) 根據使用透明墨水組成物的噴墨記錄裝置的頭部,為了提升透明墨水組成物的噴出穩定性等,亦可適當調配界面活性劑。作為界面活性劑,可例示自先前以來於光硬化型噴墨印刷用墨水組成物中適宜地使用的矽酮系界面活性劑等。具體而言,作為矽酮系界面活性劑,可例示:聚醚改質矽油、聚酯改質聚二甲基矽氧烷、聚酯改質甲基烷基聚矽氧烷等。該些界面活性劑亦可併用。
界面活性劑的含量較佳為於透明墨水組成物中為0.005質量%以上。另外,界面活性劑的含量較佳為於透明墨水組成物中為1.0質量%以下。於界面活性劑的含量未滿0.005質量%的情況下,透明墨水組成物的表面張力變大,且噴出穩定性容易降低。另一方面,於界面活性劑的含量超過1.0質量%的情況下,透明墨水組成物容易含有氣泡,且噴出穩定性容易降低。
(溶劑) 溶劑亦可適當調配於透明墨水組成物中。作為溶劑,可例示:酯系有機溶劑、醚系有機溶劑、醚酯系有機溶劑、酮系有機溶劑、芳香族烴溶劑、含氮系有機溶劑等。另外,作為溶劑,可例示常壓(1.013×102 kPa)下的沸點為150℃~220℃的溶劑。
自透明墨水組成物的硬化性、環境問題等的觀點考慮,較佳為儘量不使用有機溶劑。因此,有機溶劑的含量較佳為於透明墨水組成物中為5質量%以下,更佳為2質量%以下,進而佳為不使用。
(其他顏料) 為了獲得各色的透明墨水組成物,亦可適當調配除平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm的無機填料以外的顏料。作為此種顏料,為通常的光硬化型噴墨印刷用墨水組成物中自先前以來所使用者,具體而言,較佳為良好地分散於透明墨水組成物中且耐候性優異的有機顏料或無機填料。具體而言,作為所述有機顏料,可列舉:染料色澱顏料、偶氮系、苯并咪唑酮系、酞菁系、喹吖啶酮系、蒽醌系、二噁嗪系、靛藍系、硫靛系、苝系、紫環酮系、二酮基吡咯并吡咯系、異吲哚啉酮系、硝基系、硝酮系、蒽醌系、黃士酮系、喹酞酮系、皮蒽酮系、陰丹士林系的顏料等。該些顏料亦可併用。 但是,於調配該些顏料時,必須不會妨礙藉由調配平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm的無機填料而產生的效果。
(增感劑) 本發明的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物中,為了促進對於以發光二極體(LED)為光源的紫外線的硬化性,進而於400 nm以上的主要是紫外線的波長區域中具有光吸收特性,可併用使用藉由該範圍的波長的光而表現出硬化反應的增感功能的光增感劑(化合物)。 再者,所謂所述「藉由400 nm以上的波長的光而表現出增感功能」,是指於400 nm以上的波長區域中具有光吸收特性。藉由使用此種增感劑,可促進本發明的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物的LED硬化性。 作為所述增感劑,為蒽系增感劑、噻噸酮系增感劑等,較佳為噻噸酮系增感劑。該些可單獨使用或將兩種以上併用使用。 具體而言,可列舉:9,10-二丁氧基蒽、9,10-二乙氧基蒽、9,10-二丙氧基蒽、9,10-雙(2-乙基己基氧基)蒽等蒽系增感劑;2,4-二乙基噻噸酮、2-異丙基噻噸酮、4-異丙基噻噸酮等噻噸酮系增感劑。作為市售品的代表例,蒽系增感劑可例示己二酸二丁酯(dibutyl adipate,DBA)、二乙醇胺(diethanol amine,DEA)(川崎化成工業公司製造),噻噸酮系增感劑可例示2,4-二乙基噻噸酮(2,4- diethyl thioxanthone,DETX)、異丙基噻噸酮(isopropyl thioxanthone,ITX)(拉姆森(LAMBSON)公司製造)等。但是,為了防止變色,最好不使用噻噸酮系增感劑。
(各種添加劑) 作為各種添加劑,亦可適當調配熱硬化性樹脂、光穩定化劑、表面處理劑、黏度降低劑、抗氧化劑、抗老化劑、交聯促進劑、聚合抑制劑、塑化劑、防腐劑、pH調整劑、消泡劑、保濕劑等。
如上所述,本實施形態的透明墨水組成物包含40質量%~90質量%的單官能單體、15質量%~50質量%的多官能單體、及5質量%~15質量%的醯基膦系光聚合起始劑。此種透明墨水組成物的UV-LED硬化性優異。 另外,所獲得的硬化塗膜對基材的密接性、耐擦性優異。 [實施例]
以下列舉實施例來進一步詳細地說明本發明,但本發明並非僅限定於該些實施例。再者,只要無特別說明,則「%」是指「質量%」,「份」是指「質量份」。 以下的實施例、比較例中所使用的材料如下。 <顏料分散劑> 阿吉斯帕(Ajisper)(註冊商標)PB821(味之素精密化學股份有限公司製造) <光聚合性化合物> 丙烯酸苄酯(大阪有機化學工業公司製造) 乙烯基己內醯胺1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯 <光聚合起始劑> TPO:2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基-二苯基-氧化膦(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide)(寧柏迪(LAMBERTI)公司製造) <添加劑> 畢克(BYK)-315(矽酮添加劑,畢克化學(BYK Chemie)公司製造) UV-5=順丁烯二酸二辛酯(克洛瑪化學(Kromachem)公司製造) UV-22=醌類聚合抑制劑(克洛瑪化學(Kromachem)公司製造) <無機氧化物> 二氧化矽(粒徑20 nm,奈米克利(NANOCRYL)C 140,贏創(Evonik)公司製造,分散於1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯中者,固體成分50%) 氧化鋁(粒徑80 nm,艾洛希德(AEROXIDE)Alu-C,日本艾洛斯(Aerosil),本公司分散,固體成分10%)
<氧化鋁分散物的調整> 於預磨機(ready mill)(珠徑:0.2 nm,填充率50%)中將10質量份的艾洛希德(AEROXIDE)Alu-C、1質量份的作為分散劑的PB-821、89質量份的丙烯酸苄酯研磨60分鐘,而獲得黏度4.9 cps、粒度分佈80 nm的固體成分10%的氧化鋁分散物。
<實施例1~實施例8及比較例1~比較例3> [光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物的製備] 以成為表1的調配組成(質量%)的方式將各成分調配並攪拌混合,而獲得實施例1~實施例8、比較例1~比較例3的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物。
[光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物的黏度的測定] 對於實施例1~實施例8及比較例1~比較例3中所獲得的各光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,使用E型黏度計(商品名:RE100L型黏度計,東機產業公司製造),於溫度25℃、轉子旋轉速度50 rpm的條件下,測定黏度。 實施例1~實施例8、比較例1~比較例3的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物的黏度為約7 mPa·s。
<可見光透過率> 可見光透過率是藉由紫外·可見分光光度計(商品名:紫外·可見記錄式分光光度計(UV-Vis Recording Spectrophotometer),島津製作所公司製作)進行測定。
<自重過濾試驗> 實施例1~實施例8、比較例1~比較例3的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物於剛剛製造後(初期)及60℃保存一個月後,使用2600目使各光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物40 g通過SPC濾光片架(filter holder)(f25 mm,柴田科學公司製造)來測定通過率。

根據依照本發明的例子即實施例1~實施例8,雖然為可見光透過率高的透明墨水,但即便於60℃下促進(保存)一個月後,亦具備與剛剛製造後的初期狀態相比幾乎未變化的貯藏穩定性。相對於此,根據無機填料的含量不足的比較例1、過量添加的比較例2、添加有平均粒徑大的無機填料的比較例3,60℃促進(保存)一個月後,發生了變質。於過量添加無機填料、或者無機填料過大的情況下,於剛剛製造後貯藏穩定性已經變差。

Claims (6)
- 一種光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,於組成物中含有0.05質量%~5.0質量%的光聚合性化合物、光聚合起始劑、及平均粒徑1 nm~200 nm的無機填料,且可見光透過率為30%以上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,無機填料為二氧化矽及/或氧化鋁。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其含有具有胺基及/或酸基的顏料分散劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項中任一項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,於光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物中,作為光聚合性化合物,以具有醯胺基的單官能單體與丙烯酸苄酯的合計量計而含有50質量%~75質量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,具有醯胺基的單官能單體為N-乙烯基己內醯胺及/或丙烯醯基嗎啉。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第5項中任一項所述的光硬化型噴墨印刷用透明墨水組成物,其中,25℃的黏度為10 mPa·s以下。
