Abstract
本發明提供一種鞋材布料及工業布料的貼合製造方法,其不必使用以往所使用的黏合膠帶,而是能夠通過把加以熔融的黏合樹脂塗刷到所需圖案以陰刻的方式形成的滾筒式塗覆機的表面當中,並將其以轉印方法塗刷到經過所述滾筒式塗覆機的待黏底料上,再利用熱力和壓力將所述待黏底料黏合到布料上。
Description
本發明涉及一種鞋材布料及工業布料的貼合方法,更具體地,涉及對布料進行貼合時,能夠使裁邊發生頻率最小化,實現產品輕量化及製造成本低的效果的鞋材布料及工業布料的貼合方法。
廣為人知,在鞋材領域或者圍繞整個工業領域的黏合方法當中,所使用的黏合膠帶比起之前使用的溶劑型膠黏劑更加親善環境,且因其工程自動化等因素,黏合膠帶的使用量呈持續增長勢頭。
但是,為了將這些黏合膠帶黏合到待黏底料上,更具體地,為了貼合工業布料及鞋材布料,將黏合樹脂進行擠壓加工並製造成平板狀的膠帶,然後為了將此平板狀膠帶黏合到待黏底料(即,布料)上,需要對其進行裁剪之後,再利用注入熱力和壓力的壓合裝備將其與其他布料進行壓合。
使用上述方法對布料進行貼合,需要時刻裁剪黏
合膠帶,因此會生成多餘的膠帶裁邊,且為了進行壓合作業而不得已使用黏性處理紙,如此一來,還存在待壓合作業完畢後需要清除貼在膠帶上的黏性處理紙並加以處理的問題。

為了解決上述原有技術中所存在的問題,本發明的目的在於,提供一種可將黏合劑只塗刷到待黏底料的所需部位上,並且通過將其與布料進行黏合,使得裁邊發生頻率最小化,且實現產品輕量化及製造成本低的效果的鞋
材布料及工業布料的貼合方法。
本發明的另一個目的在於,提供一種在通過陰刻的方式形成多種模樣的圖案的滾筒式塗覆機的表面上,塗刷加以熔融的黏合樹脂,並將其轉印至待黏底料上後,再通過熱力和壓力將其黏合並貼合至布料上的步驟的鞋材布料及工業布料的貼合方法。
本發明的特徵在於,其步驟包括:塗刷步驟,把由聚氨酯類、EVA、尼龍、聚酯樹脂當中選擇的黏合樹脂加以熔融後,將其塗刷至以陰刻的方式形成所需圖案的滾筒式部分塗覆機的表面上;轉印步驟,將塗刷至所述滾筒式部分塗覆機上的熔融樹脂轉印至布料上;貼合步驟,將轉印所述熔融樹脂的布料和其他布料進行貼合。
根據本發明對鞋材布料及工業布料進行貼合時,不必如以往一樣使用額外的黏合膠帶,而是能夠通過把加以熔融的黏合樹脂塗刷到所需圖案以陰刻的方式形成的滾筒式塗覆機的表面當中形成所述圖案的陰刻部位上,以此不僅能夠實現產品製造成本低的效果,而且因其不必使用所述黏合膠帶,因此省去了裁邊及黏性處理紙的處理等不必要的方法,所以具有親善環境且縮短作業方法及產品輕量化的優點。
圖1是表示根據本發明優選實施例1的鞋材布料
及工業布料的貼合方法的順序圖。
以下,參照附圖詳細說明本發明的實施例。將在後面記敘的詳細說明當中,為了實現上述所述的技術方案,本發明將提示一個代表實施例。此外,可作為本發明的其他實施例則在本發明的構成當中通過說明來代替。
本發明所要展現的是,對鞋材布料及工業布料進行貼合時,不必使用以往的黏合膠帶來進行貼合,而是把加以熔融的黏合樹脂塗刷至所需圖案以陰刻方式形成的滾筒式塗覆機的表面上,並將其以轉印的方法塗刷至經過所述滾筒式塗覆機的待黏底料上,再利用熱力和壓力把所述待黏底料和布料進行黏合並貼合的方法。
如上所述,本發明所要展現的布料貼合方法是在對鞋材布料及工業布料進行貼合時,把黏合樹脂至塗刷至所需部位後進行布料貼合,如此一來,比起以往的利用黏合膠帶的貼合方法,不僅不會發生裁邊,而且也不必使用黏性處理紙,因此可以得知此方法是完全不會生成廢棄物的親善環境的布料貼合方法。
不僅如此,根據本發明的鞋材布料及工業布料貼合方法能夠通過使用少量的黏合樹脂來黏合布料,因此能夠賦予黏合完畢的布料輕量化,另外,因其把黏合劑只塗刷至所需部位,因此此貼合方法還能夠為產品製造成本降低做出貢獻。
下面,具體說明一下具有上述特徵的根據本發明的優選實施例。
根據本發明的布料貼合方法是用於鞋材布料的,優選地,適用於鞋的面革、鞋內底或者各種寢具類、服裝類布料,還適用於工業布料等的貼合布料,其不使用以往的黏合膠帶,而是將加以熔融的黏合樹脂塗刷到按照布料的圖案陰刻而成於滾筒式部分塗覆機的表面上,以此將布料和布料加以貼合的方法。
另外,本發明中所使用的‘滾筒式部分塗覆機’一詞是指在滾筒的表面上以陰刻的方式形成所需圖案(比如,鞋內底模樣的圖案在滾筒上陰刻而成,或者滾筒表面上耐克牌標誌陰刻而成)的意思。
即,所述滾筒式部分塗覆機是按照鞋材布料及工業布料的表面上所要形成圖案模樣,在滾筒式塗覆機的表面上形成陰刻而成的所述圖案。據此,本發明所展現的技術思想為,當貼合布料和布料時,把加以熔融的黏合樹脂塗刷到所述滾筒式部分塗覆機的陰刻而成的圖案上後,利用轉印方法將其塗刷到布料上,再將其與其他布料進行黏合並貼合的方法。
以下,參照圖1詳細說明根據本發明的優選實施例1的布料貼合方法。
參照所述圖1,將小球狀或者黏狀液體型黏合樹脂(優選使用PU或者TPU等的聚氨酯類、EVA、尼龍、聚
酯樹脂等)通過利用擠壓機或者筒式形狀的熱熔裝置進行熔融後,將其塗刷至滾筒式部分塗覆機(比如,鞋內底模樣的圖案陰刻而成的滾筒式塗覆機)的表面上。此時,塗刷到所述滾筒式部分塗覆機表面上的熔融樹脂可以利用通常的刮刀即可清除,具體地,可以清除除陰刻形成的圖案以外的部位上沾染的熔融樹脂。
然後,利用轉印方法把塗刷至滾筒式部分塗覆機上的熔融樹脂塗刷到待黏底料(即,布料)表面上,之後再利用熱力和壓力把所述待黏底料和其他布料加以黏合後,使其通過通常的冷卻過程,以此使布料相互貼合。
另外,根據本發明的上述布料貼合方法,本發明通過表1具體提示各個樹脂的黏合方法條件。
所述表1所提示的黏合滾筒是指用於把塗有加以熔融的樹脂的待黏底料和布料利用熱力和壓力進行黏合並貼合的滾筒。
另外,所述表1所提示的黏合條件相當於本發明者通過數次實現而得到的數據,所述黏合條件可根據黏合
樹脂的特性而有所不同,而且也會根據待黏底料(布料)的種類而不同。
另外,顯而易見,本發明所要展現的鞋材布料及工業布料貼合方法不僅只針對2層布料之間的黏合,還可以黏合3層以上的布料。
Claims (3)
- 一種鞋材布料及工業布料的貼合方法,作為貼合鞋材布料及工業布料的方法,其中,包括:塗刷步驟,把加以熔融的黏合樹脂塗刷至形成所需圖案的滾筒式部分塗覆機的表面上;轉印步驟,將塗刷至所述滾筒式部分塗覆機上的熔融樹脂轉印至布料上;貼合步驟,將轉印所述熔融樹脂的布料和其他布料進行貼合。
- 如請求項1之鞋材布料及工業布料的貼合方法,其中,所述黏合樹脂為聚氨酯類、EVA、尼龍、聚酯樹脂當中的任意一個。
- 如請求項1之鞋材布料及工業布料的貼合方法,其中,所述滾筒式部分塗覆機上形成的圖案是以陰刻模樣形成。
