Description

樹脂成形品之熔黏方法
本發明係關於一種藉由超音波熔黏機而將樹脂製之第1零件與第2零件加以接合之接合方法。
作為一例,樹脂製散熱器蓋係構成為分別利用樹脂成形品而將閥本體與蓋本體加以形成,將兩者嵌接,並藉由超音波熔黏而將其接合部加以接合。
在第1零件與第2零件為分別具有複雜形狀之情形時,可藉由分別將各零件加以成形,並將兩零件接合,而完成較為複雜之零件。
圖6至圖8係為先前之樹脂成形品之熔黏方法,圖6係為該第1零件1之俯視圖,圖7係為該第1零件1之縱剖面圖。
針對於藉由射出成形而將如上述般之環狀之第1零件1加以形成,如圖7所示般,自成形用模具之中心將已熔融之樹脂7注入至內部,如圖6所示般,經由複數個交聯部8而將其導向至半徑方向外側。
此時,在經由複數個交聯部8而將熔融之樹脂7供給至環狀部時,有在其端面1a之表面上形成有微小之凸部1b之情 況。該凸部1b之高度係作為一例為0.02mm(參照圖3)左右而極微小。
然而,若對該第1零件1之端面1a抵接超音波熔黏機之焊頭4(或亦稱為擴大錘(cone))而施加超音波振動,則微小之凸部1b被按壓為平坦,如圖8般,凸部1b之端部當作為熔融部5而附著於端面1a之外周。因此,第1零件1之外周變得外觀不良,並且有該熔融部5產生分離而附著於零件各部之虞。
在如上述之成形品於內部具有閥單元之散熱器蓋之情形下,於產生分離之熔融部5滲入至零件內部時,被設置在蓋內之閥單元會因該產生分離之熔融部5之滲入而引起動作不良,而有損害散熱器蓋之密封性之虞。
因此,本發明之課題在於,即使在端面1a之表面形成有此種凸部1b,在超音波振動時亦使其不會凸出至外部,而提供外觀良好且難以產生熔黏不良之成形品。
第1發明所記載係一種樹脂成形品之熔黏方法,其係藉由超音波熔黏機將分別由樹脂成形品所形成之第1零件(1)與第2零件(2)相互接合之方法,並且包括有如下之步驟:將第1零件(1)之端面(1a)形成為近似環狀之平面,在該平面上存在微小之凸部(1b),且在該端面(1a)之外周或內周之至少一者預先形成階部(3);使該第1零件(1)與第2零件(2)接觸,將熔黏機之焊頭(4)抵接至第1零件(1)之上述端面(1a),對該第1零件(1)施加超音波振動,一邊按壓上述微小之凸部(1b),一邊將其形成為與平面為同一面, 並且將該凸部(1b)之端部熔黏至上述階部(3),而使凸部(1b)之端部不會自第1零件(1)之端面(1a)之外周或內周之至少一者突出至半徑方向之外側或內側之至少一側。
第2發明所記載係如第1發明所記載之樹脂成形品之熔黏方法,其特徵在於:在端面(1a)之外周緣及內周緣,將上述階部(3)預先形成為環狀。
根據本發明之樹脂成形品之熔黏方法,在焊頭4所抵接之第1零件之端面1a之凸部1b被加以熔黏時,其端部被收納至階部3,而防止該凸部1b之端部被擠出至零件之外周,從而形成外觀良好之樹脂成形品。即,在熔黏步驟中,於將第1零件1之端面1a之凸部1b形成為與端面1a為同一面時,該凸部1b之端部被熔黏至設置在周緣之階部3,而使該端部不會凸出至外部。又,在如此將凸部1b之端部熔黏至階部3之情形下,由於可防止該凸部1b之端部產生分離並滲入至零件之內部,故而可提供難以產生熔黏不良之樹脂成形品。
作為一例,在散熱器蓋之情形下,由於可防止會自凸部1b之端部所產生之熔融部5滲入至內部,故而可有效地防止其密封性被受損之情況。
根據第2發明所記載之樹脂成形品之熔黏方法,由於將階部3在端面1b之外周緣及內周緣預先形成為環狀,故而可將凸部1b之端部確實地熔黏至設置在周緣之階部3。

其次,根據圖式而對本發明之實施形態進行說明。
本實施例係作為一例,針對以裝卸自如之方式被安裝在散熱器等之填注頸部且由一對分割體所形成之散熱器蓋來進行說明。
圖1係為經由未圖示之超音波熔黏機而將作為第1零件1之散熱器的閥本體與作為第2零件2的散熱器之蓋本體加以接合之說明圖。
首先,將第1零件1與第2零件2嵌接。在該等之間預先介裝有閥單元。該閥單元係如圖1所示,負壓閥與正壓閥為經由環狀之閥座而相對向,該等之閥係藉由負壓彈簧與正壓彈簧而被 施力。於該時間點,第1零件1與第2零件2係尚未被固定。
在該第1零件1之端面1a的表面,沿著放射方向形成有複數個凸部1b。該凸部1b係如圖3所示,作為其高度之一例,為0.02mm左右而極微小。
其次,在此發明中,於第1零件1之端面1a的外周及內周,如圖1及圖2所示般形成有微小之階差即階部3。而且,將未圖示之超音波熔黏機之焊頭4抵接至第1零件1之端面1a,而對第1零件1及第2零件2之間施加超音波振動。
上述微小之凸部1b係藉由該振動而被壓入至端面1a之平面內而形成為平坦狀。與此同時,如圖4或圖5般,會自該凸部1b之兩端部所產生之熔融部5係熔黏至階部3,並在該處保持有熔融部5。因此,於超音波振動時所流出至第1零件1之內周側及外周側的熔融部5係不會自該處而凸出至外部。藉此,進行外觀為良好之熔黏。進而,由於可防止熔融部5滲入至散熱器蓋之內部,故而不會對閥單元之動作產生影響。
此時,於圖1中,第1零件1之下端部係形成為環狀之凸部,第2零件2之上端部係形成為環狀之槽部,兩者係如圖1般嵌接著。而且,藉由超音波振動,而兩者之嵌接部產生熔黏。藉此,第1零件1與第2零件2被一體化。
進而,如圖1所記載般,第1零件1之端面1a的位置係以自載置有負彈簧之彈簧座之端面與交聯部8之端面之位置而錯開高度之方式加以設置(在該圖中,端面1a之位置係自彈簧座之端面而向上方突出為環狀)。相對於此,在先前技術之圖7中,端面1a與彈簧座與交聯部8係形成為大致同一面。
在採用此種構造之情形下,由於焊頭4所抵接之面僅為端面1a,故而對端面1a進行階部3之加工即可,而樹脂製散熱器蓋的製造變得容易,且能夠將自凸部1b之端部所會產生之熔融部5確實地熔黏至階部3。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種樹脂成形品之熔黏方法,其係藉由超音波熔黏機將分別由樹脂成形品所形成之第1零件(1)與第2零件(2)相互接合之方法,並且包括有如下之步驟:將第1零件(1)之端面(1a)形成為近似環狀之平面,在該平面上存在微小之凸部(1b),且在該端面(1a)之外周或內周之至少一者預先形成階部(3);使該第1零件(1)與第2零件(2)接觸,將熔黏機之焊頭(4)抵接至第1零件(1)之上述端面(1a),對該第1零件(1)施加超音波振動,一邊按壓上述微小之凸部(1b),一邊將其形成為與平面為同一面,並且將該凸部(1b)之端部熔黏至上述階部(3),而使凸部(1b)之端部不會自第1零件(1)之端面(1a)之外周或內周之至少一者突出至半徑方向之外側或內側之至少一側。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂成形品之熔黏方法,其中,在端面(1a)之外周緣及內周緣,將上述階部(3)預先形成為環狀。
