Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过超声波熔接机来接合树脂制的第一部件与第二部件的接合方法。
背景技术
作为一例,树脂制散热器罩的阀主体与罩主体分别由树脂成形品形成,将两者嵌合,并通过超声波熔接对该阀主体与罩主体的接合部进行接合。
在第一部件与第二部件分别形成为复杂的形状的情况下,通过以各部件为单位进行成形,并将两部件接合,由此能够完成更复杂的部件。
图6~图8是以往的树脂成形品的熔接方法,图6是该第一部件1的俯视图,图7是该第一部件1的纵剖视图。
在通过注塑成形来形成上述那样的环状的第一部件1的情况下,如图7所示,从成形用模具的中心向内部注入熔融的树脂7,如图6所示,经由多个架桥部8向半径方向外侧引导该熔融的树脂7。
发明要解决的课题
然而,在经由多个架桥部8向环状部供给熔融的树脂7时,有时在其端面1a的表面形成有微小的凸部1b。该凸部1b的高度例如为0.02mm(参照图3)左右,极其微小。
然而,当超声波熔接机的焊头4(或也称为换能器)与该第一部件1的端面1a抵接而施加超声波振动时,微小的凸部1b被按压至平坦,如图8所示,凸部1b的端部作为熔融部5而附着在端面1a的外周。因此,第一部件1的外周变得不美观,并且该熔融部5有可能分离而附着在部件的各部分。
采用在上述那样的成形品的内部具有阀单元的散热器罩的情况下,在分离的熔融部5侵入到部件内部时,因该分离的熔融部5的侵入而导致设于罩内的阀单元动作不良,有可能损害散热器罩的密封性。
发明内容
对此,本发明的课题在于,提供一种即使在端面1a的表面形成有这样的凸部1b也不会使其在超声波振动时向外部飞溅从而外观良好并且不易产生熔接不良的成形品。
用于解决课题的方案
技术方案1所记载的本发明涉及一种树脂成形品的熔接方法,在该熔接方法中,通过超声波熔接机将分别由树脂成形品构成的第一部件(1)与第二部件(2)相互接合,其中,
第一部件(1)的端面(1a)形成为大致环状的平面,并且在该平面上存在有微小的凸部(1b),
所述树脂成形品的熔接方法包括如下工序:
预先在该第一部件(1)的端面(1a)的外周或者内周的至少一方形成台阶部(3);以及
使该第一部件(1)与第二部件(2)接触,使熔接机的焊头(4)与第一部件(1)的所述端面(1a)抵接,对该第一部件(1)给予超声波振动,一边按压微小的所述凸部(1b)一边使其形成为与平面共面,并且将该凸部(1b)的端部熔接于所述台阶部(3),从而不会使凸部(1b)的端部从第一部件(1)的端面(1a)的外周或者内周的至少一方朝半径方向的外侧或者内侧的至少一方突出。
技术方案2所记载的本发明在技术方案1所记载的树脂成形品的熔接方法的基础上,预先在端面(1a)的外周缘以及内周缘形成环状的所述台阶部(3)。
发明效果
根据本发明的树脂成形品的熔接方法,当供焊头4抵接的第一部件的端面1a的凸部1b熔接时,其端部收纳于台阶部3,从而防止将该凸部1b的端部向部件的外周挤出,形成外观良好的树脂成形品。即,在熔接工序中,在第一部件1的端面1a的凸部1b形成为与端面1a共面时,该凸部1b的端部熔接在设于周缘的台阶部3,从而不会向外部飞溅。另外,在像这样凸部1b的端部熔接于台阶部3的情况下,能够防止该凸部1b的端部分离而侵入部件的内部,因此,能够提供一种不易产生熔接不良的树脂成形品。
作为一例,在散热器罩的情况下,能够防止从凸部1b的端部产生的熔融部5侵入内部,因此能够有效地防止其密封性受损。
根据技术方案2所记载的树脂成形品的熔接方法,由于预先在端面1b的外周缘以及内周缘形成环状的台阶部3,因此能够使凸部1b的端部可靠地熔接在设于周缘的台阶部3。

具体实施方式
接下来,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
本实施例中,作为一例,对装卸自如地装配在散热器等的接管嘴部且由一对分割体构成的散热器罩进行说明。
图1是借助未图示的超声波熔接机来接合作为第一部件1的散热器的阀主体与作为第二部件2的散热器罩主体的说明图。
首先,将第一部件1与第二部件2嵌合。在它们之间预先夹设有阀单元。如图1所示,该阀单元的负压阀与正压阀隔着环状的阀座进行对置,这些阀被负压弹簧与正压弹簧施力。此时,第一部件1与第二部件2没有固定。
在该第一部件1的端面1a的表面沿放射方向形成有多个凸部1b。如图3所示,该凸部1b的高度例如为0.02mm左右,极其微小。
接下来,在本发明中,如图1以及图2所示,在第一部件1的端面1a的外周以及内周形成有微小的台阶即台阶部3。然后,将未图示的超声波熔接机的焊头4与第一部件1的端面1a抵接,向第一部件1以及第二部件2之间施加超声波振动。
所述的微小的凸部1b在该振动的作用下向端面1a的平面内压入而形成为平坦。与此同时,如图4或者图5所示,从该凸部1b的两端部产生的熔融部5在台阶部3熔接,在该处保持熔融部5。因此,在超声波振动时向第一部件1的内周侧以及外周侧流出的熔融部5不会从该处向外部飞溅。由此,进行外观良好的熔接。并且,由于能够防止熔融部5侵入散热器罩的内部,因此不会对阀单元的动作造成影响。
此时,在图1中,第一部件1的下端部形成为环状的凸部,第二部件2的上端部形成为环状的槽部,两者按照该图的方式嵌合。然后,通过超声波振动使两者的嵌合部熔接。由此,使第一部件1与第二部件2一体化。
另外,如图1所示,第一部件1的端面1a的位置设为与供负弹簧载置的弹簧座的端面和架桥部8的端面的位置错开高度(在该图中,端面1a的位置从弹簧座的端面向上方呈环状突出)。与之相对,在现有技术的图7中,端面1a、弹簧座以及架桥部8形成为大致共面。
在设为这样的构造的情况下,供焊头4抵接的面仅为端面1a,因此,只要在端面1a进行台阶部3的加工即可,从而使树脂制散热器罩的制造变得容易,并且,能够使从凸部1b的端部产生的熔融部5可靠地熔接于台阶部3。

Claims (2)
1.一种树脂成形品的熔接方法,在该熔接方法中,通过超声波熔接机将分别由树脂成形品构成的第一部件(1)与第二部件(2)相互接合,其中,
第一部件(1)的端面(1a)形成为大致环状的平面,并且在该平面上存在有微小的凸部(1b),
所述树脂成形品的熔接方法包括如下工序:
预先在该第一部件(1)的端面(1a)的外周或者内周的至少一方形成台阶部(3);以及
使该第一部件(1)与第二部件(2)接触,使熔接机的焊头(4)与第一部件(1)的所述端面(1a)抵接,对该第一部件(1)给予超声波振动,一边按压微小的所述凸部(1b),一边使其形成为与平面共面,并且将该凸部(1b)的端部熔接于所述台阶部(3),从而不会使凸部(1b)的端部从第一部件(1)的端面(1a)的外周或者内周的至少一方朝半径方向的外侧或者内侧的至少一方突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂成形品的熔接方法,其特征在于,
预先在端面(1a)的外周缘以及内周缘形成环状的所述台阶部(3)。
