真菌病害是重要經濟農作物面對的主要威脅。真菌病害會對植物的產量造成不利影響,例如棉花、咖啡、甘蔗、向日葵、玉米、大豆和小麥。大豆銹病是一種由豆薯層銹菌引起的真菌病害。大豆銹病能大幅減少產量,曾有報道產量減少達80%。大豆銹病會對大豆產量和生產成本產生重大影響。鏈格孢屬(Alternaria)也是一種由鏈格孢菌種(Alternaria species)引起的真菌病害。鏈格孢屬會造成炎熱和潮濕地區的向日葵大幅減產,曾有報道亞熱帶地區的產量減少達90%。因此,要增加植物產量,需持續用殺真菌劑組合物防控真菌病原體。
甲氧基丙烯酸酯類或甲氧基丙烯酸酯型殺真菌劑是有名的殺真菌劑種類,該類殺真菌劑具有廣譜疾病防治的特點。此類殺真菌劑是從一種真菌嗜毬果傘(Strobilurus tenacellus)中提取的。此類殺真菌劑對其他真菌具有抑制效果,因而減少營養競爭;此類殺真菌劑通過抑制線粒體中位於泛醇氧化位點的細胞色素b和細胞色素C1間電子傳遞,來幹擾代謝作用,阻止靶標真菌的生長。例如,甲氧基丙烯酸酯類殺菌劑包括氟嘧菌
酯、mandestrobin、嘧菌酯、吡氟菌酯、丁香菌酯、烯肟菌酯、氟菌螨酯、甲香菌酯、啶氧菌酯、唑菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、唑胺菌酯、氯啶菌酯、醚菌胺、烯肟菌胺、苯氧菌胺、肟醚菌胺、醚菌酯、肟菌酯、噁唑菌酮和咪唑菌酮。
三唑類殺真菌劑是一種內吸性殺真菌劑,能被植物吸收,然後從施藥點擴散至未施藥點或新生部位,消滅已有真菌或保護植物未來不受真菌侵襲。此類殺菌劑的作用機制是幹擾甾醇生物合成或抑制麥角甾醇生物合成。細胞膜形成和起作用需要麥角甾醇,麥角甾醇對真菌形成功能性細胞壁很重要。因此施用三唑類殺真菌劑能使真菌異常生長並最終死亡。例如,三唑類殺真菌劑包括戊環唑、糠菌唑、環丙唑醇、苄氯三唑醇、苯醚甲環、烯唑醇、烯唑醇-M、氟環唑、乙環唑、腈苯唑、氟喹唑、氟矽唑、粉唑醇、呋菌唑、呋醚唑、己唑醇、亞胺唑、種菌唑、葉菌唑、腈菌唑、戊菌唑、丙環唑、丙硫菌唑、喹唑菌酮、矽氟唑、戊唑醇、氟醚唑、三唑酮、三唑醇、滅菌唑、烯效唑、胺基三唑、雙苯三唑醇、氯咪巴唑、克黴唑、三氟苯唑、多效唑、丁三唑和1-(4-氟苯基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)乙酮。
但是全球各地資料顯示,甲氧基丙烯酸酯類殺真菌劑有很大風險會產生具有抗藥性的病原體亞群。據全球報導,有越來越多的作物、水果、蔬菜等的病原體產生抗藥性(Vincelli,P.2002.QoI(Strobilurin)Fungicides:Benefits and Risks.The Plant Health Instructor.DOI:10.1094/PHI-I-2002-0809-02.Updated,2012.)。正如Vincelli,P.2002中所述,將甲氧基丙烯酸酯類殺真菌劑與其他殺真菌劑混合,可以減少抗藥性的藥劑選擇壓力。

本發明提供的一種增加植物產量的方法,包括以下步驟:(1)在植物或周圍地區施用有效劑量的該組合物,且該組合物至少包含一種甲氧基丙烯酸酯類殺真菌劑組分(A)及至少一種三唑類殺真菌劑組分(B);及(2)培育植物,增加植物產量。
本發明還涉及一種植物,該植物在真菌感染前被施用上文所定義的組合物或真菌感染後被施用以抵抗真菌。
“增加產量”是指植物產量較在相同條件下未施用本發明方法的同類植物產量增加的可計量部分。產量至少可以增加約0.5%、1%、2%、4%、10%、20%、50%、75%、100%、150%或200%。植物產量可以按以下方法計量(包括但不限於):產品產量;植物重量;植物或植物任何部分的鮮重;植物或植物任何部分的乾重;植物的特定成分,包括但不限於含糖量、澱粉量、含油量、蛋白質含量、維他命含量;葉面積;材積;植物高度或任何對於本領域技術人員而言顯而易見的方法。在一些實施例中,植物產量至少增加約0.5%。在其他實施例中,植物產量至少增加約1%。在一些實施例中,植物產量至少增加約2%。在某些實施例中,植物產量至少增加約50%。
“周圍地區”一詞是指植物生長的地區、植物繁殖材料已播種
的地區或植物繁殖材料將播種的地區。
意外發現,對易感染真菌病原體導致真菌病害的植物施加本發明的組合物後,植物產量增加。特較佳植物為棉花、咖啡、甘蔗、向日葵、玉米、大豆和小麥。
按照本發明施用過組合物的植物較未施用組合物的植物產量增加更多。此外,按照本發明施用過組合物的植物甚至較單獨施用一種成分(即單一的甲氧基丙烯酸酯類殺菌劑或單一的三唑類殺菌劑)的植物產量增加更多。
因此,本發明提供了一種增加植物產量,尤其是棉花、咖啡、甘蔗、向日葵、玉米、大豆和小麥的方法。本方法包括對一個位點,例如一種植物的一個或以上部位施加包含(A)至少一種甲氧基丙烯酸酯類殺菌劑及(B)至少一種三唑類殺菌劑的組合成分。成分(A)和(B)可按任何所需順序、任意混合後連續或同時施用。
在本發明所述組合物中,成分(A)甲氧基丙烯酸酯類殺真菌劑可按任何合適的劑量配製,通常劑量為組合物重量比的1%至75%,較佳為組合物重量比的1%至50%,更較佳為組合物重量比的3%至30%。

殺真菌劑組合物還可包含一種或以上聚合物穩定劑。適合在
本發明中使用的聚合物穩定劑包括,但不限於聚丙烯、聚異丁烯、聚異戊二烯、單烯烴和二烯烴、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚氨酯或聚醯胺的共聚物。該技術領域中已知有適合的穩定劑且價格便宜。
一般認為,上文所提到的表面活性劑和聚合物穩定劑能夠讓組合物具有穩定性,從而能配製、儲存、運輸和使用該組合物。
合適的消泡劑可選用所有農化組合物中常用的用途相同的消泡劑。該技術領域中已知有適合的穩定劑且價格便宜。特較佳消泡劑為聚二甲基矽氧烷和全氟烷基次磷酸的混合物,比如可以從GE或Compton獲得矽類消泡劑。
適合的有機溶劑可選用所有能完全溶解所用活性化合物的常用有機溶劑。在該技術領域中也已知有適合活性組分(A)和(B)的有機溶劑。可較佳下述藥劑:N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、環己基-1-吡咯烷酮;或SOLVESSOTM200,或鏈烷烴、異鏈烷烴、環烷烴和芳烴的混合物。適合的溶劑價格便宜。
適合的防腐劑可選用所有此類農化組合物中常用的用途相同的防腐劑,且該技術領域中也已知有適合的防腐劑,比如Bayer AG公司的PREVENTOL®和PROXEL®。
適合的抗氧化劑可選用所有農化組合物中常用的用途相同的抗氧化劑,且該技術領域中已知有適合的抗氧化劑,較佳二丁基羥基甲苯。
適合的增稠劑可選用所有農化組合物中常用的用途相同的增稠劑。比如黃原膠、聚乙烯醇、纖維素和其衍生物、粘土水合矽酸鹽、鎂鋁矽酸鹽或其混合物。同樣,該技術領域中已知此類增稠劑且價格便宜。
該殺真菌劑組合物還可以包含一種或以上的固體粘附劑。該
技術領域中已知此類粘附劑且價格便宜。他們包括有機粘附劑,比如取代纖維素纖維、天然及合成聚合物粉末、顆粒或晶格,及無機粘附劑,比如石膏、矽石或水泥。
此外,因配方不同,本發明組合物還可以包含水。

本發明組合物的施用(使用)率可能因不同的使用方式、作物種類、混合物中具體地活性組分而變化,但都能使組合物中的活性組分達到理想的(如防控病害或害蟲)藥用劑量。一定條件下組合物的施用率可通過試驗確定。
組合物的有效劑量可介於50-600g/ha,尤其是50-150g/ha、100-500g/ha、250-500g/ha、250-300g/ha或300-500g/ha。在一些實施例中,組合物的有效劑量介於50-150g/ha。在某些實施例中,組合物的有效劑量介於250-500g/ha。較佳施用率可為10-500g/ha組分(A);及5-350g/ha組分(B)。
可施用和使用純淨形式的組分(A)及(B)及任何其他殺蟲劑,如具體顆粒尺寸的固體活性化合物,或較佳添加至少一種藥劑技術中常用的助劑組分,如填充劑,例如溶劑或固體載體,或表面活性化合物(表
面活性劑),正如上文中所詳述的助劑。通常,組分(A)和(B)與一種或以上上述常用藥劑助劑組成藥劑組合物。
如上文所述,本發明還提供一種增加植物產量的方法,在該方法中,活性組分(A)和(B)分別施加於整個植物、植物的一處或多處部位(如葉片或種子),或其周圍地區。可在需要防控的周圍地區同時或短間隔(如同日內)連續施用活性組分(A)和(B)。活性組分(A)和(B)可按任何上文所述的適合形式施用。通常,活性組分會以藥劑形式施用,即組合物包含一種或以上的活性組分連同其他製劑技術中常用的載體、表面活性劑或其他促進藥效的助劑。
組分(A)和(B)可以任何順序在整個植物、植物的一處或多處部位(如葉片或種子),或周圍地區施用。每種化合物僅能施用一次或多次。較佳組分(A)和(B)都施用多次,特別是2-5次,更較佳為3次。
組分(A)和(B)可按照上述相對於彼此的劑量施用,以得到增強或具協同增效作用的組合。具體而言,在整個植物、植物一處或多處部位(如葉片或種子)或周圍地區施用化合物的相對劑量如上文所述,較佳組分(A)和(B)的比例範圍是25:1-1:25、20:1-1:20及15:1-1:15,更較佳為10:1-1:10、5:1-1:5或2.5:1-1:2.5。

組分(A)和(B),及選擇性加入的其他殺蟲劑,及選擇性加入一種或以上的常用製劑助劑的組合物;該組合物形態可為桶混製劑或預混合組合物。
通常,桶混製劑含0.1-20%,尤其是0.1-15%的活性組分,及99.9%-80%,尤其是99.9-85%的一種或以上固體或液體助劑(包括如一種水溶劑),其中根據桶混製劑配方,助劑可為一種表面活性劑,劑量為0-20%,尤其是0.1-15%。
預混合製劑一般含有0.1-99.9%,尤其是1-95%的活性組分,及99.9-0.1%,尤其是99-5%的一種固體或液體助劑(包括如一種水溶劑),其中根據預混合製劑配方,助劑可為一種表面活性劑,劑量為0-50%,尤其是0.5-40%。

通過噴灑、澆灌或浸泡方式,直接(未稀釋)使用或使用適合溶劑(特別是水)稀釋後的該製劑,可防治和保護植物和地區免受病原體等的傷害。
在一些實施例中,增加大豆產量的方法包括以下步驟:(1)在易受Phakopsora pachyrhizi大豆銹病感染的大豆上施用250-500g/ha含組分(A)嘧菌酯和(B)環唑醇的組合物,組分(A)相對(B)的重量比為2.5:1;及(2)培育大豆,大豆產量至少增加約0.5%。
