Abstract
一種光源,包括發光二極體封裝結構,所述光源還包括與所述發光二極體封裝結構耦合連接的光纖,所述光纖末端形成集光部,所述集光部中包含有螢光粉,所述發光二極體封裝結構出射的光經光纖傳導至所述集光部,並激發所述集光部中的螢光粉混合後形成白光。本發明還涉及一種具有該光源的發光二極體車燈。
Description
本發明是涉及一種光源及具有該光源的發光二極體燈具,特別是涉及一種光源及具有該光源的發光二極體汽車燈頭結構。
發光二極體(LED)係一種可將電流轉換成特定波長範圍的光的半導體元件,憑藉其發光效率高、體積小、重量輕、環保等優點,已被廣泛地應用到當前的各個領域當中。
利用LED作為發光體的車燈結構一般包括一LED光源、反射罩體、遮光部及投射透鏡。LED光源包括LED晶片及覆蓋該LED晶片並含有螢光粉的封裝層,該LED晶片發出的藍光經封裝層中黃色螢光粉的激發轉換成白光,白光經反射罩體反射後彙聚經遮光部調整為一預設光型,進而藉由投射透鏡修正散發至外界。由於LED光源出射的藍光沿角度分佈,且位於不同角度對應出射光線的強度不同,同時封裝層中的螢光粉受到LED光源散發熱量的衝擊,穩定性不佳,導致轉換後的白光色度不均勻,進而使得自投射透鏡散發至外界的光線局部偏黃,影響車燈的出光效果。故,需進一步改進。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種出射光線色度均勻的發光二極體車燈。
一種光源,包括發光二極體封裝結構,所述光源還包括與所述發光二極體封裝結構耦合連接的光纖,所述光纖末端形成集光部,所述集光部中包含有螢光粉,所述發光二極體封裝結構出射的光經光纖傳導至所述集光部,並激發所述集光部中的螢光粉混合後形成白光。
一種發光二極體車燈,包括光源、遮光部及投射透鏡,遮光部位於光源與投射透鏡之間,所述光源包括發光二極體封裝結構和與所述發光二極體封裝結構耦合連接的光纖,所述光纖末端形成一集光部,所述集光部包含有螢光粉,所述發光二極體封裝結構出射的光經光纖傳導至所述集光部,並激發所述導光部中的螢光粉混合後形成白光,穿設所述集光部後混合形成的白光經所述遮光部調整為預設光型,進而由所述投射透鏡修正出射。
與習知技術相比,本發明發光二極體車燈將原本包含在發光二極體封裝結構中的螢光粉轉移至集光部中,避免將螢光粉填充在發光二極體封裝結構中而受到發光二極體封裝結構散發熱量的衝擊,故該螢光粉的穩定性更佳,所述發光二極體封裝結構出射的光經光纖傳導至該集光部激發集光部中的螢光粉混合形成白光,使LED車燈的出射光線色度均勻。
如圖1所示為本發明LED車燈100的一個較佳實施例,該LED車燈包括光源10、反射罩體20、遮光部30及投射透鏡40。
請參閱圖2和圖3,所述光源10包括LED封裝結構11、與該LED封裝結構11耦合連接的光纖12及設於光纖12末端的集光部13。
所述LED封裝結構11包括一電路板14,分別設置於該電路板14相對表面的至少一LED封裝體15和複數散熱片16。
該電路板14呈規則的平板狀,其包括下表面141和與該下表面141相對的上表面142。該複數散熱片16自該下表面141向下延伸設置,相鄰散熱片16相互間隔,該複數散熱片16用於散發該至少一LED封裝體15發光產生的熱量。該至少一LED封裝體15藉由焊錫17固定在該上表面142並與該電路板14形成電性連接。
本實施方式中,該LED封裝體15的數量為兩個。每一LED封裝體15包括基板151、設置在基板151上的電極152、設於電極152邊緣的引腳153、設於電極152上的LED晶片154和反射杯155,及覆蓋LED晶片154的封裝層156。
具體的,所述基板151呈平板狀,其包括第一表面1511和第二表面1512。本實施例中,所述基板151為絕緣基板,可由如下材料中的一種或多種製成:矽(Si)、砷化鎵(GaAs)、氧化鋅(ZnO)及磷化銦(InP)等。
所述電極152包括間隔設置的第一電極1521和第二電極1522。所述第一電極1521和第二電極1522分別自基板151的第一表面1511延伸至第二表面1512。所述引腳153自第一電極1521、第二電極1522的側部邊緣豎直向下延伸分別形成第一引腳1531和第二引腳1532。所述引腳153和電極152可採用一體成型製成,也可先形成電極152,再在電極152的下表面形成第一引腳1531和第二引腳1532。在本實施方式中,引腳153是在形成電極152之後再形成於電極152上。
所述LED晶片154設置在該第一電極1521上,並藉由打線的方式分別與第一電極1521和第二電極1522形成電性連接,在本實施例中,所述LED晶片154發出藍光。所述反射杯155圍設所述LED晶片154並形成一凹陷1551。可以理解的,該LED晶片154可進行相關的結構調整使得藍光集中均勻出射。
所述封裝層156填充於該凹陷1551中並覆蓋該LED晶片154,該封裝層156由透明材料製成,其可以由矽樹脂或其他樹脂,或者其他混合材料製作而成。該封裝層156中不含螢光粉,該封裝層156的上表面形成一出光面1561,該出光面1561與該反射杯155的頂部端面齊平。
所述光纖12的數量與該LED封裝體15的數量相等。該光纖12的一端與該封裝層156的出光面1561耦合連接,使該LED封裝體15出射的所有光線經光纖12傳導至該集光部13。
所述集光部13設於該光纖12的末端,當光纖12的數量為多個時,所述集光部13與該多根光纖12的末端相連以收集光線進而出射。所述集光部13由透明材料製成。該集光部13中包含螢光粉。所述LED晶片154發出的光經光纖12傳導後彙聚至該集光部13,在穿射該集光部13時激發螢光粉混合形成白光。本實施例中,所述螢光粉為黃色螢光粉。可以理解的,該集光部13中還可包含其他一種或多種螢光粉,如同時包含紅色螢光粉和綠色螢光粉以增強轉換後白光的演色性。
所述反射罩體20與該集光部13相對設置。該反射罩體20為一凹曲面,該反射罩體20的凹曲面可塗布高反射材料將自集光部13出射的白光反射彙聚至的所述遮光部30,所述集光部13位於反射罩體20與遮光部30之間。
所述遮光部30設於反射罩體20和投射透鏡40之間。所述遮光部30的形狀依照車頭燈法規規定光型而設計,該遮光部30作為明暗截止線將自反射罩體20反射彙聚的光線調整為預設光型,進而傳至該投射透鏡40進行修正散發至外界。
所述投射透鏡40為一凸透鏡,其包括一光入射面41及與該光入射面41相對的光出射面42。該光入射面41與該遮光部30間隔一適當距離。所述光出射面42為一球面。經遮光部30調整的白光自該光入射面41進入該投射透鏡40並經該光出射面42散發至外界。可以理解的,該投射透鏡40可為一非球面透鏡。
與習知技術相比,本發明將原本包含在光源10封裝層156中的螢光粉轉移至光纖12末端的集光部13中,避免將螢光粉填充在LED封裝體15中而受到LED封裝體15散發熱量的衝擊,故該螢光粉的穩定性更佳,所述LED封裝體15出射的光經光纖12傳導至該集光部13,激發集光部13中的螢光粉混合形成白光,所述白光經反射罩體20反射彙聚至該遮光部30調整為預設光型,進而由投射透鏡40修正後散發至外界,使LED車燈100的出射光線色度均勻。同時,由於光纖12與該LED封裝體15耦合連接,使得所述LED封裝結構11可與LED車燈100的其他部件隔離設置,靈活性及適應性大大增強,在增加LED封裝結構11散熱效果的同時可縮小LED車燈100的體積。
可以理解的,在其他實施例中,所述LED車燈100也可不包括反射罩體20,所述集光部13直接朝向所述遮光部30,所述LED封裝結構11經相關設置使得LED封裝體15的出射光線經出光面1561集中出射傳導至集光部13進而射向所述遮光部30即可。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種光源,包括發光二極體封裝結構,其改良在於:所述光源還包括與所述發光二極體封裝結構耦合連接的光纖,所述光纖末端形成集光部,所述集光部中包含有螢光粉,所述發光二極體封裝結構出射的光經光纖傳導至所述集光部,並激發所述集光部中的螢光粉混合後形成白光。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的光源,其中,所述發光二極體封裝結構包括一發光二極體晶片及覆蓋所述發光二極體晶片的封裝層,所述封裝層由透明材料製成,所述封裝層中不包含螢光粉。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的光源,其中,所述封裝層的表面形成出光面,所述光纖與所述出光面耦合用於傳導出光面出射的所有光。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的光源,其中,所述發光二極體晶片自所述出光面出射藍光,所述螢光粉包含黃色螢光粉。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的光源,其中,所述發光二極體晶片自所述出光面出射藍光,所述螢光粉包含紅色螢光粉和綠色螢光粉。
- 一種發光二極體車燈,包括光源、遮光部及投射透鏡,遮光部位於光源與投射透鏡之間,其改良在於:所述光源為權利要求1至5任意一項所述的光源,穿設所述集光部後混合形成的白光經所述遮光部調整為預設光型,進而由所述投射透鏡修正出射。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的發光二極體車燈,其中,所述遮光部位於所述集光部與投射透鏡之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的發光二極體車燈,其中,還包括一反射罩體,所述反射罩體為凹曲面,所述集光部位於遮光部與所述反射罩體之間,所述集光部朝向所述反射罩體,穿設所述集光部後混合形成的白光經所述反射罩體反射後到達所述遮光部。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的發光二極體車燈,其中,所述投射透鏡為凸透鏡,其包括光入射面及與該光入射面相對的光出射面,經遮光部調整後的白光自所述光入射面進入所述透鏡,並由所述光出射面散發至外界。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的發光二極體車燈,其中,所述投射透鏡為非球面透鏡。
