201031524 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 * 本發明是有關於一種紙板,且特別是有關於一種完全 '生物可分解的紙板。 【先前技術】 一般外賣食物用的紙製食品容器,如杯、盤、碗等。 • 基於成本與功能考量,上述紙製食品容器大多以紙板上被 覆塑膠膜,經壓模或裁切黏合而製成。由於紙製品本身無 法防水,因此於紙板上被覆塑膠膜來達到防水、防油之目 的,使食品容器不會於裝載液體時洩漏。而塑膠膜的材質 如聚對苯二曱酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、 聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcoho卜PVA)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate,EVA)或低密度聚乙烯(Low density Polyethylene,LDPE)。 ❹ 然而隨著環境保護的議題日漸受到重視,上述紙製食 品容器上被覆的塑膠膜於廢棄後,皆無法分解。雖然可以 利用焚燒法處理上述食品容器,但也容易於燃燒時產生廢 氣。因此,上述食品容器於使用後容易成為環境的一大污 染源。 雖然已有許多生物可分解材料應用於食品容器上取代 傳統塑膠材料,生物可分解材料如聚乳酸、澱粉或聚己内 醋(Polycaprolactone,PCL)。而目前所指之生物可分解食品 容器或紙板中,聚乳酸之含量為50%以上’且部份食品容 3 201031524 器中仍含有非生物可分解性材料,因而影響食品容器之分 解速度。再者’非生物可分解性材料也仍留存於環境中造 成污染,並未完全解決環境污染之問題。 【發明内容】 綜上所述’本發明之一態樣是在提供一種聚乳酸紙 板’具有高純度之生物可分解材料,聚乳酸。此聚乳酸紙 • 板在使用後能快速於環境中分解,減少環境污染。 依據本發明之上述態樣,提出一種聚乳酸紙板至少包 含紙板與至少一膜層被覆於紙板上《膜層具有聚乳酸材 料,而上述聚乳酸材料含量為97〜1〇〇重量%。 其中上述膜層位於紙板之單側或雙側。 其中上述膜層具有3重量%以下之殿粉、聚己内酯或 其他生物可分解性材料。 本發明之另一態樣是在提供一種食品容器,至少包含 φ 上述實施例之聚乳酸紙板。 本發明之又一態樣是在提供一種聚乳酸紙板至少包含 紙板與至少一膜層以淋膜方式覆蓋於紙板上^膜層具有100 重量%之聚乳酸材料。 應用本發明之5^乳酸紙板,以聚乳酸膜取代傳統塑耀· 膜’不僅仍具有良好之防水、防油效果,且因聚乳酸較一 般塑膠材質剛性南’使用紙板厚度可較薄,即紙板基重較 小,可減少紙材的使用量。另由於聚乳酸為完全生物可分 解性,因此於適當溫度、濕度的非密閉空間中,聚乳酸紙 201031524 板可被分解為水與二氧化碳。而水與二氧化碳可回歸於環 境中,供生物再循環利用。即使利用焚化方式,產生的熱 能亦較一般塑膠材質低,可延長焚化爐的使用壽命。、 【實施方式】 第1圖係繪示依照本發明一實施方式的一種聚乳酸紙 板之結構示意圖。聚乳酸紙板100具有紙板110與膜層 Φ I20。膜層U0為以97〜1〇〇重量%聚乳酸材料利用淋膜、 塗佈或貼合之方式彼覆於紙板110單側。其中,犋層120 之聚乳酸含量建議可為98重量%、99重量%、99.5重量γ 或1〇〇重量%。 此外,膜層120中也可依照後續不同產品製作要求而 添加其它的改質材料,例如於膜層120中混掺3重量%以 下之澱粉、聚己内酯、多元醇或其他生物可分解性材料。 不同之產品製作要求例如:需經摺疊的紙盒,像是包裝盒 φ 或化妝品盒,或是特定形狀的紙器,如包裝用支撐紙架^ 蛋支標盒’又或是聚乳酸被覆厚度較薄的紙板。 此外’膜層120並非限定以單層被覆於紙板no單侧, 也可為多層被覆於紙板110單側。或者如第2圖所示,第2 圖係繪示依照本發明另一實施方式的一種聚乳酸紙板之結 構。此實施方式中之聚乳酸紙板200與前述實施方式相似, 同樣具有紙板210與膜層220。不同處在於膜層220為利用 單層淋臈方式被覆於紙板210雙側,使得紙板210兩側皆 具有防水功能。亦或是,膜層220以多層淋膜方式被覆於 5 201031524 紙板210雙側。 上述聚乳酸紙板可應用於製造各種食品容器,如水 杯、咖啡杯、餐盤類或碗類容器。 表一為本發明之聚乳酸紙板,聚乳酸含量100%時,將 聚乳酸紙板置於堆肥環境中,即溫度56〜60°C,以含飽和水 份無二氧化碳之空氣通氣下,不同天數之分解程度。 \^乳酸含量 100% 天數^ 分解程度 DAY 5 1.07% DAY 10 3.64% DAY 20 17.84% DAY 30 54.42% DAY 40 61.86% DAY 80 91.43% DAY 88 95.37% 由表一結果可知本發明之聚乳酸紙板中,聚乳酸含量 為100%時,於30天内即可分解超過50%,而超過80天 後,即可分解達90%以上。 由上述本發明實施方式可知,應用本發明之聚乳酸紙 板,於適當溫度、濕度與非密閉空間下,聚乳酸紙板可幾 6 201031524 近完全被分解為水與二氧化碳。而水與二氧化碳可回歸於 環境中,供生物再利用,減少環境污染。且以聚乳酸紙板 製成之食品容器使用後,即使利用焚化方式處理,產生的 熱能亦較一般塑膠材質低,可延長焚化爐的使用壽命。再 者,由於聚乳酸較一般塑膠材質剛性高,因此所使用之紙 板厚度可較薄,即紙板基重較小,可減少紙材的使用量。 雖然本發明已以實施方式揭露如上,然其並非用以限 定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和 • 範圍内,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範 圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。 【圖式簡單說明】 為讓本發明之上述和其他目的、特徵、優點與實施例 能更明顯易懂,所附圖式之說明如下: 第1圖係繪示依照本發明一實施方式的一種聚乳酸紙 板之結構示意圖。 第2圖係繪示依照本發明另一實施方式的一種聚乳酸 紙板之結構示意圖。 110、210 :紙板 【主要元件符號說明】 100、200 :聚乳酸紙板 120、220 :膜層

- 201031524 七、申請專利範圍: I一種聚乳酸紙板,至少包含: 一紙板;以及 至少一膜層,被覆於該紙板上,該膜層具有一聚乳酸 材料,該聚乳酸材料含量為97〜100重量%。 2·如請求項1所述之聚乳酸紙板,其中該膜層位於該紙 • 板之單側或雙侧。 3·如請求項1所述之聚乳酸紙板,其中該聚乳酸材料含 量為98重量%、99重量%或99.5重量%。 4.如請求項丨所述之聚乳酸紙板’其中該膜層具有3 重量%以下之搬粉、聚己内酯、多元醇或其他生物可分解 性材料。 m 5·如請求項丨所述之聚乳酸紙板,其中該膜層以淋膜、 塗佈或貼合方式被覆於該紙板上。 6·一種食品容H,炱少包含如请求項1所述之聚乳酸紙 板。 7. 一種聚乳酸紙板,至少包含: 201031524 一紙板;以及 至少一膜層,批覆於該紙板上,該膜層具有一 100重 量%之聚乳酸材料。 8. 如請求項7所述之聚乳酸紙板,其中該膜層位於該紙 板之單側或雙侧。 9. 如請求項7所述之聚乳酸紙板,其中該膜層以淋膜、 塗佈或貼合方式被覆於該紙板上。
