Description

聚乳酸纸板及利用其制成的食品容器 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种纸板, 直特别是有关于一种完全生物可分解的纸板。 背景技术
—般外卖食物用的纸制食品容器, 如杯、盘、碗等。基于成本与功能考虑, 上述纸制食品容器大多以纸板上被覆塑料膜, 经压模或裁切粘合而制成。 由于 纸制品本身无法防水, 因此在纸板上被覆塑料膜来达到防水、 防油的目的, 使 食品容器不会于装载液体时泄漏。 而塑料膜的材质如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (Polyethylene terephthalate, PET), 聚乙烯醇 (Polyvinyl Alcohol, PVA). 乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物 (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, EVA)或低密度聚乙烯 (Low density Polyethylene, LDPE)。
然而随着环境保护的议题日渐受到重视上述纸制食品容器上被覆的塑料 膜于废弃后, 皆无法分解。虽然可以利用焚烧法处理上述食品容器, 但也容易 在燃烧时产生废气因此上述食品容器于使用后容易成为环境的一大污染源。
虽然已有许多生物可分解材料应用于食品容器上取代传统塑料材料,生物 可分解材料如聚乳酸、 淀粉或聚己内酯 (Polycaprolactone, PCL)。 而目前所指 的生物可分解食品容器或纸板中, 聚乳酸的含量为 50%以上, 且部份食品容 器中仍含有非生物可分解性材料, 因而影响食品容器的分解速度。 再者, 非生 物可分解性材料也仍留存于环境中造成污染, 并未完全解决环境污染的问题。 发明公开
综上所述, 本发明的一目的在于提供一种聚乳酸纸板, 具有高纯度的生物 可分解材料, 聚乳酸。 此聚乳酸纸板在使用后能快速于环境中分解, 减少环境 污染。
依据本发明的上述目的, 本发明提出一种聚乳酸纸板, 至少包含纸板与至 少一膜层被覆于纸板上。 膜层具有聚乳酸材料, 而上述聚乳酸材料含量为 97 〜100重量%。
其中上述膜层位于纸板的单侧或双侧。 其中上述膜层具有 3重量%以下的淀粉、聚己内酯或其它生物可分解性材 料。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种食品容器至少包含上述实施例的聚乳酸 纸板。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种聚乳酸纸板至少包含纸板与至少一膜层 以淋膜方式覆盖于纸板上。 膜层具有 100重量%的聚乳酸材料。 附图简要说明

图 1是绘示依照本发明一实施方式的一种聚乳酸纸板的结构示意图; 图 2是绘示依照本发明另一实施方式的一种聚乳酸纸板的结构示意图。 【主要组件符号说明】

图 1是绘示依照本发明一实施方式的一种聚乳酸纸板的结构示意图。聚乳 酸纸板 100具有纸板 110与膜层 120。 膜层 120为以 97〜100重量%聚乳酸材 料利用淋膜、涂布或贴合的方式披覆于纸板 110单侧。 其中, 膜层 120的聚乳 酸含量建议可为 98重量%、 99重量%、 99.5重量%或100重量%。
此外, 膜层 120中也可依照后续不同产品制作要求而添加其它的改质材 料, 例如在膜层 120中混掺 3重量%以下的淀粉、 聚己内酯、 多元醇或其它生 物可分解性材料。 不同的产品制作要求例如: 需经折叠的纸盒, 像是包装盒或 化妆品盒, 或是特定形状的纸器, 如包装用支撑纸架或蛋支撑盒, 又或是聚乳 酸被覆厚度较薄的纸板。
此外, 膜层 120并非限定以单层被覆于纸板 110单侧, 也可为多层被覆于 纸板 110单侧。或者如图 2所示, 图 2是绘示依照本发明另一实施方式的一种 聚乳酸纸板的结构。此实施方式中的聚乳酸纸板 200与前述实施方式相似, 同 样具有纸板 210与膜层 220。 不同处在于膜层 220为利用单层淋膜方式被覆于 纸板 210双侧, 使得纸板 210两侧皆具有防水功能。亦或是, 膜层 220以多层 淋膜方式被覆于纸板 210双侧。
上述聚乳酸纸板可应用于制造各种食品容器, 如水杯、 咖啡杯、餐盘类或 碗类容器。
表一为本发明的聚乳酸纸板, 聚乳酸含量 100%时, 将聚乳酸纸板置于堆 肥环境中, 即温度 56~60°C, 以含饱和水份无二氧化碳的空气通气下, 不同天 数的分解程度。

由表一结果可知本发明的聚乳酸纸板中, 聚乳酸含量为 100%时, 在 30 天内即可分解超过 50%, 而超过 80天后, 即可分解达 90%以上。
由上述本发明实施方式可知, 应用本发明的聚乳酸纸板, 在适当温度、湿 度与非密闭空间下, 聚乳酸纸板可几近完全被分解为水与二氧化碳。而水与二 氧化碳可回归于环境中, 供生物再利用, 减少环境污染。 且以聚乳酸纸板制成 的食品容器使用后, 即使利用焚化方式处理, 产生的热能亦较一般塑料材质 低, 可延长焚化炉的使用寿命。 再者, 由于聚乳酸较一般塑料材质刚性高, 因 此所使用的纸板厚度可较薄, 即纸板基重较小, 可减少纸材的使用量。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭露如上, 然其并非用以限定本发明, 任何熟悉此 技术的人员, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内, 当可作各种的更动与润饰, 因 此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的范围为准。 工业应用性
应用本发明的聚乳酸纸板, 以聚乳酸膜取代传统塑料膜, 不仅仍具有良好 的防水、防油效 且因聚乳酸较一般塑料材质刚性高,使用纸板厚度可较薄, 即纸板基重较小, 可减少纸材的使用量。 另由午聚乳酸为完全生物可分解性, 因此在适当温度、 湿度的非密闭空间中, 聚乳酸纸板可被分解为水与二氧化 碳。而水与二氧化碳可回归于环境中,供生物再循环利用。即使利用焚化方式, 产生的热能亦较一般塑料材质低, 可延长焚化炉的使用寿命。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 至少包含:
一纸板; 以及
至少一膜层, *覆于该纸板上, 该膜层具有一聚乳酸材料, 该聚乳酸材料 含量为 97〜100重量%。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 该膜层位于该纸板 的单侧或双侧。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 该聚乳酸材料含量 为 98重量%、 99重量%或99.5重量%。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 该膜层具有 3重量
%以下的淀粉、 聚己内酯、 多元醇或其它生物可分解性材料。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 该膜层以淋膜、 涂 布或贴合方式被覆于该纸板上。
6、 一种食品容器, 其特征在于, 至少包含如权利要求 1所述的聚乳酸纸 板。
7、 一种聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 至少包含:
一纸板; 以及 '
至少一膜层, 批覆于该纸板上, 该膜层具有一 100重量%的聚乳酸材料。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 该膜层位于该纸板 的单侧或双侧。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的聚乳酸纸板, 其特征在于, 该膜层以淋膜、 涂 布或贴合方式被覆于该纸板上。
