Abstract

Mevcut buluş, 3-glisidiloksipropiltri(-2-propilheptoksi)silan türünde yeni bir bileşik ile ilgilidir. Ek olarak, m= 1 veya 2, n= 0 veya 1, p=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 veya 10 şeklindeki genel formül (I)'in veya genel formül (II)'nin uzun zincirli alkoksi gruplarına sahip bir 3-glisidiloksipropiltrialkoksisilanın, özellikle 3--glisidiloksipropiltri(-2-etilheksoksi)silan ve 3-glisidiloksipropiltri(-2-propilheptoksi)silanın üretilmesine yönelik bir yöntem ile de ilgilidir, böylece burada, 3-glisidiloksipropiltrimetoksisilan veya 3-glisidiloksipropiltrietoksisilan, sitokiyometrik olarak veya fazlalık halinde kullanılan, C5- ila C16-alkolleri sırasından uzun zincirli bir alkol oranına sahip şekilde, katalizör olarak titanyum tetrabütanolat varlığında, sürekli karıştırmak suretiyle küçük eşit 225 °C'e sıcaklığa ısıtılır, reaksiyona sokulur, bu reaksiyonu müteakiben, metanol veya etanol ve aşırı ölçüdeki edükt alkol, damıtma vasıtasıyla, tercihen, düşürülmüş basınç altında, ürün karışımından uzaklaştırılır ve ürün elde edilir. Aynı şekilde, mevcut buluş, elde edilecek olan ilgili ürünler veya bileşimler ve aynı zamanda bunların kauçuğun fonksiyonelleştirilmesine yönelik kullanımı ve kauçuğun, araba lastiklerinde, sırt yüzey alanlarında, yuvarlanma direncinin azaltılmasına yönelik olarak kullanımı ile ilgilidir.
