Abstract

Mevcut buluş, endüstriyel maya üretimi ile uyumlu bir çoğalma hızı ve oranına sahip en az bir C5 şeker içeren bir altlık üzerinde çoğalmaya uygun olan yeni Saccharomyces cerevisiae maya suşları ile ilgilidir. Buluş aynı zamanda kültürün bir uygulama etkinliğine, başka bir ifadeyle tatmin edici bir etkinliğe sahip olan mayaların elde edilmesine olanak sağladığı yeni suşlar ve bunların ekmek yapımı, biyokütle üretimi, aroma üretimi, ikincil metabolitlerin üretimi, protein üretimi, etanol üretimi, bira yapımı, şarap yapım veya maya özütü üretimi gibi endüstriyel bir uygulamada kullanımları ile ilgilidir.
