Abstract

İçerisinde yer alan etken maddelerin salınım özelliklerini etkileyen geometrik bir konfıgürasyona sahip farmasötik bir formülasyon ve bununla ilişkili yöntemler temin edilmektedir. Buluşun bir yönüne göre, yavaş salınımlı bir oral dozaj farmasötik tableti (10) birinci bir etken maddeyi içeren birinci bir tabakaya (12) yer verebilmekte ve burada birinci tabaka (12) komşu iki kontrollü salınım tabakasının (14) arasına yerleştirilmekte ve komşu tabakalardan (14) en az biri, en az bir tane ikinci etken maddeyi barındırmaktadır, iki komşu tabaka (14), birinci tabakanın (12) bir parçasını örtecek biçimde düzenlenmektedir.
