Abstract
Memba ve meyve suyu özlü gıda buzu"olarak ifade edilen buluş; kuru sistemde termokink fırında imal edilen,memba ve mevsimine göre meşrubat sınıfına ait meyve sularının hazır özlerinden, laboratuar ortamında el değmeden hazırlanıp,33'er granüllük naylon ambalajlarda tek tek olarak da rahatlıkla servis edilebilen kurutulmuş saf buz imalatıdır.Buluş tüm özellikleri nedeniyle; 1-Standart buz ile soğutulan meşrubatlarda görülen lezzet değişikliğini önlemekte,2-Ambalaj şekli sayesinde buzların yapışmasını onleyıp,firesiz kulanım sağlamakta,3-Kolay,el değmede servisi ve üretimde kullanılan sistem sayesinde hijyen koşullarını yerine getirmekte,4-Yüksek performansta soğutucu çalıştırılması gerekmediği için maddi/ekonomik kazanç sağlamaktadır.Buluşa ait üretimin imalat safhasında tamamen sıhhi sistemde laboratuar ortamında 13 yılık konuya ilişkin teknik tecrübeyle,gıda mühendisi nezaretinde yapılacak imalatta,donmayı tam istenen derecede gerçekleştirip buzun istenilen buluşta tasarlanan kalitede üretimi gerçekleştirilecektir.
