Abstract

Se divulgan bebidas de jugo de frutas que comprenden bacterias probióticas y fructooligosacáridos que se pueden utilizar para promover el crecimiento de bacterias benéficas en los intestinos. También se divulgan métodos para preparar las bebidas de jugo de frutas. Los métodos pueden lograr una vida de anaquel prolongada mientras que mantienen altos de niveles de viabilidad bacteriana. Las bacterias probióticas se pueden adicionar a la bebida en por ejemplo, forma deshidratada por congelación o congeladas.
