Abstract

Bu bulus yeni dimerik bilesimler, bunlarin hazirlanmasi için yöntemler, bunlarin farmasötik formülasyonlari ve bunlarin anti-viral (virüse karsi) maddeler olarak kullanimlari ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle bir ayirma ya da birlestirme grubuna bagli iki nöraminidaz baglama molekülünden meydana gelen bir dimerik bilesim saglar. Dimerik molekül tercihen iki nöraminidaza baglanan nöraminik asit (sialik asit) ya da ortak bir ayirma grubuna kovalan biçimde bagli siklopentil ya da siklohegzinil karboksilik asit türevlerinden meydana gelir. Farmasötik kompozisyonlar ve tedavi, profilaksi ve teshis yöntemleri tarif ve talep edilmistir.
