Abstract
Bulus, Z-3-[1-(4-klorofenil)-1-(4-metilsülfonilfenil) metilen]dihidrofuran-2-on veya [R-(R*; R*)]-4-[2,4-diflorofenil-2-hidroksi-1-metil-3 (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-il)propil-4-tiazolil] benzonitril gibi bir farmasötik bilesik ve dimetil sülfoksit gibi bir çözücü içeren bir sivi jet akisi (12) ile su gibi bir anti-çözücü içeren diger bir sivi jet akisinin (14) mekanik bir karistiriciyla (18) donatilan bir kristalizör içinde bahsedilen sivi akislarinin mikro karisimini gerçeklestirmek üzere yeterli bir hizda çarpismasi ile farmasötik bilesiklerin kristalizasyonu saglamak için bir proses ile ilgilidir. Sivilarin bahsedilen mikro-karisimi, %95'i bir mikrondan daha küçük bir çapa sahip olan küçük kristallerin üretimini artirmak amaciyla ultrasonik enerjiyle (24) tabi tutulmaktadir.
