Abstract
Mevcut bulus; bitki çapraz korumasi için faydali olan, rekombinant potivirüs bulastirici bir nükleik asit, tercihen cDNA veya RNA yapisi ile ilgili olup, bahsedilen yapi; HC-Pro geni korunan FRNK kutusu dizisinin, bir substitüsyonu, tercihen Arg'nin bir substitüsyonunu içermesiyle karakterize edilen tam uzunlukta bir klondan olusmaktadir. Tercihen, bahsedilen yapi; ayrica, afid transmissibilitesini etkili olarak durduran bir substitüsyon içermektedir. Bunun yaninda, mevcut bulus; yukarida bahsedilen yapidan faydalanarak, potivirüsün ilimli bir türünün üretimi için bir metot ve viral enfeksiyondan bitkileri korumak için ve bahsedilen yapiyi kullanarak, bitkilerde, yabanci nükleik asit (genlerinin) kisa süreli verilmesi için bir metot ile ilgilidir. Tercihen mevcut bulus; ZYMV enfeksiyonuna karsi, curcurbitlerin çapraz korunmasi için bir metot ile ilgilidir.
