Abstract

Tek zincirli agonistler ve/veya glikoprotein hormonlarinin antagonistleri açiklanmaktadir. Bu proteinler su formüllere sahiptir: (1) beta1-(baglayici1)m-alfa-(baglayici2)n-beta2; ya da (2) beta1-(baglayici1)m-beta2-(baglayici2)n-alfa; ya da 3 alfa-(baglayici1)m-beta1-(baglayici2)n-beta2, burada beta1 ve beta2'nin her biri bir omurgali glikoprotein hormonunun ya da onun bir varyantinin beta alt biriminin amino asit sirasina sahiptir; "alfa", bir omurgali glikoprotein hormonu ya da onun bir varyantinin alfa alt birimini temsil eder; "baglayici", beta1 ve beta2 alt birimlerini sözü edilen aktiviteyi tutmak üzere alfa alt biriminden birbirlerinden mesafeli olarak tutan bir kovalent bagli parça anlamina gelir ve m ve n'in her biri bagimsiz olarak 0 ya da 1'dir.
