Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε έναν γενικό πολυπεπτιδικό φορέα για στόχευση άμεση ή έμμεση ενός μορίου σε κύτταρα που εκφράζουν Gb3 υποδοχέα και έχει τον ακόλουθο τύπο STxB-Ζ(n)-Cys, όπου:-STxB είναι η Β υπομονάδα της Τοξίνης Shiga ή ενός λειτουργικού ισοδύναμου αυτής, Ζ είναι ένα αμινοξύ χωρίς σουλφυδρυλική ομάδα, το n είναι 0, 1 ή ένα πολυπεπτίδιο, Cys είναι το αμινοξύ Κυστεΐνη και στην χρήση αυτού για ΜΗC τάξης Ι και ΜΗC τάξης II παρουσίαση αντιγόνων.
