Abstract

Lastik bilesenleri için silika takviyeli kauçuk bilesimlerinde ve böyle terkiplerden yapilan lastiklerde kullanilan triazol, örnegin benzotriazol ve toliltriazol bilesimleri temin edilmistir. Bu bilesimler, histerezisi olumsuz etkilemeden yüksek sertlesme hizi, sertlesme etkinligi, sertlik, statik ve dinamik modüller temin eder. Triazol, pirinç tozu ve toz karbon kullanarak silika takviyeli lastik özelliklerini optimuma yükseltme yöntemleri de temin edilmistir. Tipik lastik bilesimleri, her 100 kisim kauçukta yaklasik 2 ila 35 kisim, tercihen yaklasik 2 ila 6 kisim triazol ihtiva eder. Bazi kauçuk bilesimlerinde triazolle birlesim halinde pirinç tozu ve iletken toz karbon da kullanilir.
