Снабжение интерферометра оптической деталью, выполненный в виде половинки концентрического мениска, позвол ет повысить точность контрол благодар тому, что лучи света отражаютс от контролируемой поверхности не два, а четыре раза, крометого, позвол ет контролировать гиперболические и вогнутые эллиптические поверхности .The invention relates to a measurement technique and is intended to control the quality of optical surfaces. The interferometer for monitoring optical surfaces is known, which contains an illumination system, a beam splitter, objects sequentially in the course of the rays, an appli cation meniscus, and an interference pattern recorder. The disadvantages of the known interferometer are low accuracy of the monitor, due to the fact that the light rays are reflected from the controllable surface only once, as well as the relatively high labor intensity of the control, due to the fact that the interference pattern is extremely sensitive to the interferometer relative to the interferometer. According to the main author. St. The interferometer for controlling concave spherical surfaces, containing the illumination system., Located successively along the beam divider, objects, aplanatic meniscus, flat mirror with aperture, and the recorder of the interference pattern, is known. The disadvantage of this interferometer is the comparatively low control accuracy, due to the fact that the rays of light are reflected from the test surface only two times. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of control. This goal is achieved by the fact that the interferometer is equipped with an optical part made in the form of a half concentric meniscus, the first along the rays of which the surface is enlightened, and the second mirror set behind the aplanatic meniscus so that the common center of curvature of the concentric meniscus surfaces is aligned with the focus of the 3 s interferometer, A flat lateral surface of a half of a concentric meniscus passes through the optical axis of the interferometer. In addition, in order to control also hyperbolic and concave elliptic surfaces, the curvature radius of the mirror surface of the concentric meniscus is equal to the distance between the geometric foci of the surface being monitored, and the flat mirror is installed with the possibility of removing the rays from the path. FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the proposed interferometer when monitoring a spherical surface; in fig. 2 - the course of a ray with controlling a hyperbolic surface; in fig. 3 - ray path in the control of an elliptical surface, the Interferometer (Fig. 1) contains a laser 1 arranged successively, along the ert) rays of microobjects 2, a beam splitter 3, a lens k, an aplastic meniscus 5 WITH a beam-splitting coating 6, an optical part in the form of concentric meniscus halves 7 with a mirror coating 8, a flat mirror 9 with a hole, installed in the focus of the interferometer with a reflective coating to the spherical surface 10 being monitored, and an interference pattern recorder 11. The center of the hole in the mirror 9 and the common center of curvature of the surfaces of the half of the 7 concentric meniscus are aligned with the focus of the interferometer. The flat side surface of half of a concentric meniscus 7 passes through the optical axis of the interferometer. The center of curvature, controlled by the surface 10, is displaced perpendicular to the optical axis of the interferometer by an amount greater than or equal to I / if of the diameter of the aperture of the flat mirror 9-. The interferometer works as follows. The laser radiation 1 passes through a micro-lens 2, a beam splitter 3, the volume C, and is separated by a beam-splitting coating 6 of the aplanatic meniscus 5 into two beams. The beam reflected from the beam-splitting coating 6 is the reference one and the transmitted beam is working, the working beam goes through a hole in the flat mirror 9 and enters the working branch, where it is reflected sequentially from the test surface 10, the flat mirror 9 again from the test surface 10, passes through the hole in the mirror 9, is reflected from the mirror coating 8 halves 7 of the concentric meniscus, passes the working branch of the interferometer in the opposite direction and interferes with the reference wave front on the beam splitting surface. and, 6 aplanatic meniscus 5 The resulting interference pattern is investigated using recorder 11. Simultaneously, an interference pattern occurs in the field of view of the recorder 11 resulting from the interaction of the wave front reflected from the mirror coating 8 of the half 7 concentric meniscus from the glass side, with a reference wave front, which allows to judge about the correctness of the installation of the halves 7 of the concentric meniscus in the interferometer circuit, in the process of control. When controlling hyperbolic (fig. 2) and concave elliptical (fig, 3) surfaces 12, the radius of curvature of the mirror coating 8 of the halves 7 of the concentric meniscus is equal to the distance between the geometric foci of the test surface 12, the flat mirror 9 is removed from the beam path, and the focus of the interferometer is aligned with one of the geometric foci of the test surface 12. In this case, the working wave front is reflected successively from one half of the test surface 12, from the mirror coating 8 the halves 7 are more concentrated the meniscus at point F, from the other half of the test surface 12, then from the whole mirror coating 8 half 7 concentric meniscus and then passes the working branch of the interferometer in reverse order. Supplying the interferometer with an optical part, made in the form of a half concentric meniscus, improves the accuracy of control because the rays of light are reflected from the test surface not two, but four times, apart, allows you to control hyperbolic and concave elliptical surfaces.
