Description

Предмет изобретени Электрофотографический способ образовани скрытого электростатического изображеии на фоточувствительном материале, содержащем диэлектрический и фотополуцроводниковый слои, включающий стадию первичного равномерного зар жени диэлектрического сло и стадию одновременного экспонировани и зар жени или разр жени диэлектрического сло , отличающийс тем, что, с целью повыщени скорости копировани и увеличени резкости изображени , зар жение или разр жение диэлектрического сло осуществл ют с помощью жидкости, которую привод т в контакт с этим слоем, и подают на нее напр жение.
