Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к электротехнике и может быть применено, в частности, при изготовлении фольгированных диэлектриков. Цель изобретени  - повышение диэлектрических свойств при высокой температуре и влажности. Изготовл ют листы на основе полиэтилена высокой плотности путем экструдировани  в нити композиции, включающей 100 мас.ч. полиэтилена высокой плотности, 0,1 - 0,2 мас. ч. радикального инициатора, имеющего период полураспада при температуре 140° 6 мин и менее, силана общей формулы RR 1S
Y 2, где R - одновалентна  олефинова  ненасыщенна  группа, св занна  с атомом кремни  посредством кремниево-углеродной св зи и содержаща  углерод, водород и, если необходимо, кислород, R 1 - гидролизуема  гидроуглеродна  группа, Y - гидролизуема  органическа  группа, в количестве 1,5 - 2,0 мас.ч. Осуществл ют рубку нитей в гранулы и обработку гранул пнеформованием или шприцеванием, а подложку выполн ют из бумаги или ткани, содержащей 5 - 35% эпоксидной смолы от массы всей бумаги или ткани и оловоорганический катализатор в количестве 3,5 - 9,0 мас.ч. на 100 мас.ч. эпоксидной смолы или эпоксидную смолу и оловоорганический катализатор в количестве 0,5 - 10,0% в расчете на массу бумаги или ткани. После изготовлени  листов осуществл ют стопирование по меньшей мере двух упом нутых листов, между листами располагают упом нутую подложку, с одной стороны на лист полиэтилена накладывают тонкую пластину металлической фольги, после чего полученный пакет формуют при температуре 160°С давлением 60 кг/см 2 в течение 120 мин. 1 табл.

Изобретение относитс  к электротех нике и может быть применено, в частности, при изготовлении фолъгиро- ванных диэлектриков.
Цель изобретени  - повышение диэлектрических свонсть при высокой температуре и влажности .
Пример 1. К 100 мае.ч. полиэтилена высокой плотности добавл етс  2 мае.ч. винилтриметоксисила- на, 0,2 мае.ч. дикумил перекиси и необходимое количество антиоксиданта. После перемешивани  полученна  масса была выдавлена в виде пучка при помощи шприцмашины и порезана дл  гранул ции . Полученные таким образом гранулы были превращены в лист- толщиной 200 мкм пневмоформованием.
Пример 2. К 170 мае.ч. полиэтилена низкой плотности добавл етс  1,5 мае,ч. винилтриэпоксисилана 0,1 мае.ч. дикумил перекиси, 20 мае.ч. галогенсодержащего пламе- замедлител , 10 мае.ч. окиси сурьмы и необходимое количество антиоксиданта . После перемешивани  полученна  смесь была выдавлена в виде пучка при помощи шприцмашины и гранулирована . Полученные таким образом гранулы были отформованы в лист толщиной 200 мкм шприцеванием.
Дл  приготовлени  препрега эпоксидной смолы или тканевой подложки используетс  композици , приведенна  в таблице.
Дл  получени  фольгированного металлом слоистого материала берут два листа полиэтилена, приготовленных по указанной методике, между которыми располагают подложку, полученную из композиций, представленных в таблице. Затем, по меньшей мере, с одной стороны накладывают тонкую пластину металлической фольги, после чего полученный пакет формуют при температуре 160°С давлением 60 кг/см в течение 120 мин. Claims (2)

  1. Формула изобретени  Способ получени  фольгированного металлом слоистого материала, при котором осуществл ют стопирование по меньшей мере двух листов на основе полиэтилена высокой плотности, модифицированного силаном общей формулы

    где R - одновалентна  олефинова  ненасыщенна  группа, св занна  с атомом кремни  посредством кремниево-углеродной св зи и содержаща  углерод, водород и, если необходимо, кислород; R1 - гидролизуема  гидроуглеродна 
    группа; Y - гидролизуема  органическа 
    группа,
    между указанными листами располагают подложку, содержащую эпоксидную смолу и оловоорганический катализатор, а по меньшей мере с одной стороны на лист полиэтилена накладывают тонкую пластину металлической фольги, после чего полученный пакет формуют при температуре 160°С давлением 60 кг/см2 в течение 120 мин, отлйч а ю - щ и и с   тем, что, с целью повышени  диэлектрических свойств при высокой температуре и влажности, изготовление листов на основе полиэтилена осуществл ют путем экструдировани  в эс нити композиции, включающей 100 мае.ч полиэтилена высокой плотности, 0,1-0,2 мае.ч. радикального инициатора , имеющего период полураспада при температуре 140°С 6 мин и менее, си- 40 лана общей формулы (I) в количестве 1,5-2,0 мае.ч., рубку нитей в гранулы и.обработку гранул пнеформованием или шприцеванием, а подложку выполн ют из бумаги или ткани, содержащей

    свойствами, в частности величина тан- 45 5-35% эпоксидной смолы по массе всей генса угла диэлектрических потерь бумаги или ткани, и оловоорганический составл ет 20-10, диэлектрическа  катализатор в ко личестве 3,5- проницаемость 2,9-3,0, дрейф электростатической емкости находитс  в пре9 ,0 мае.ч. на 100 мае.ч. эпоксидной смолы или эпоксидную смолу и оловоорделах 0,9-1,0%, абсорбци  воды 0,02-0,03%, усилие отслаивани  1,7- 2,2 кг/сЯ.
