Abstract
The glaze of the proposed composition mainly contains (95-97%) raw materials
35±1%.components that do not require pretreatment and 3-5% frit. The components are weighed according to the recipe and subjected to wet grinding in a ball mill until the residue on the sieve 006 0.05-0.10%. The density of the glazing suspension is 1.70-1.75 g / cm (by hydrometer), the humidity is 35 ± 1%.
The consumption of glaze 35-40 g per tile size mm. After drying the layer of glaze on its surface can be applied. Single or multi-color pattern by screen printing. Next, a single firing is performed in a roller oven at 1060–1130 ° C for 35–72 min. To increase the stability of the glaze slurry to settling and improve the adhesion of the glaze layer to the crock above 100%, 0.25% CMC (carboxymethylcellulose) is introduced into the glaze slurry and 0.05% electrolyte is thinned.
