Изобретение отйосится к строительнымэлементам для конструкции стен и перекрытий.-Цель изобретения- улучшение эксплуатационных качествэлемента. Строительный элемент типа сэндвич содержит изолирующую плиту 1 из пенополистирола или полиуретана;наружные металлические листы 2, 3 или один металлический лист, закрепленньй по крайней мере на однойповерхности изолируняцей плиты, и дополнительный изолирующий слой 4, расположенный между наружным листом 2

Изобретение относитс  к строительным элементам дл  конструкций стен и перекрытий.
Цель изобретени  - улучшение эксплуатационных качеств элемента.
На чертеже показан строительньй элемент, поперечное сечение.
Строительный элемент включает изолирующую плиту 1 из пенополистирола или полиуретана, наружные металлические листы 2 и 3 и дополнительный изолирующий слой 4 из древесно-стружечной плиты, расположенный вплотную между наружным листом 2 и изолирукнцей ппитой Г. Элемент, изображенньй на чертеже, может воспринимать наружное огневое воздействие со стороны , показанной стрелкой 5.
Предлагаемый элемент может включать другой дополнительный слой 4 между наружным листом ,3 и изолирующей плитой 1, в результате чего этот элемент може;т противосто ть воздействию огн  с одной или обеих сторон.
При воздействии огн  в направлении стрелки 5 температура наружного металлического листа 2 быстро повышаетс , что вызывает его коробление Тем самым несуща  способность листа 2 существенно снижаетс . Одновременно с этим сильно увеличиваетс  температура дополнительного листа 4. Однако вследствие того, что лист 2 плотно закреплен на наружной поверхности листа 4 и соединени  между различными элементами также выполнены по возможности плотными, загорани  древеснб-стружечной плиты не происходит, а начинаетс  ее обугливание . Обугливание происходит довольно медленно при низком содержании кислорода, поэтому обугленньй слой сохран ет изол ционные свойства . Таким обозом, дополнительный слой 4 может сохран ть свою несущую способность на определенное врем  огневого воздействи .
Благодар  сохранению изол ционных свойЪтв дополнительного сло  4 при его обугливании в услови х недостатка кислорода, температура на поверхности изолирующей плиты 1 не достигает температуры, при которой, например , полистирол становитс  газообразным (около 100 С). Поэтому изолирующа  плита 1 сохран ет свой плотньй контакт с дополнительным листом 4 и наружным листом 2, а элемент в целом сохран ет свою несущую способность на определенное врем .
Толщина дополнительного изолирующего сло , из древесно-стружечной плиты может измен тьс  в зависимости от требуемой величины огнестойкости.

  1. Формула изобретени 
    Строительный элемент типа сэндвич , содержащий изолирующую плиту из
    пенопол стирола или полиуретана, наружный металлический лист, закрепленный по крайней мере на одной поверхности изолирующей плиты, и дополнительный изолирующий слой, расположенньй между наружным листом и изолирующей плитой со стороны воздействи  наружного тепла, отличающийс , , что, с целью улучшени  эксплуатационных качеств, дополнительньм изолирующий слой выполнен из древесно-стружечной плиты.
