Изобретение относится к строи тельству, а именно к листовым многослойным гидроизоляционным материалам.
Цель изобретения - повышение физико-механических свойств. j
На чертеже изображен предлагаемый материал.
Трехслойный гидроизоляционный материал содержит наружные слои 1 и 2 толщиной 0,75 мм из эласто- ю мерной пластмассы на основе тройного полимера, содержащего следующие компоненты, мае. %:

Пропилен 2J 15
Этилиденнорборнен6-8
При этом эластомерная пластмасса, кроме тройного полимера указанного состава, содержащегося в пластмассе в количестве 35-46 мас.%, содержит следующие компоненты, Наполнитель Сажа Алифатические и/или нафтеновые мае.%:
26-31 '19-25 вулканизирующиеся масла 7-12
Стабилизатор и противостаритель 0,1-1,0.
Смазка, например металлическое мыло 0,1-5,0
Кроме того, она дополнительно может содержать в количестве 1,82,3 мас.% средства, улучшающие пере рабатываемость, например сложные эфиры монтановой кислоты, гидрирован ные углеводородные смолы.
Указанная эластомерная пластмасса является частично кристаллической и имеет теплоту расплавления ДН5, определенную при помощи дифферен циальнс-сканирующего калориметра, равную по меньшей мере 10 Дж/г.
В качестве наполнителя применяется предпочтительно кремнезем, т.е. смесь ангидрида кремневой кислоты и каолинита, причем крупность зерен должна составлять менее 20 ммкм, причем 40% зерен должны иметь крупность меньше 2 ммкм· Кроме этого, 2/3 объема кремнезема может быть заменено другими мелкозернистыми наполнителями, например мелом, каолином, тальком, тяжелым шпатом и/или стекловолокном.
Между слоями 1 и 2 расположена арматура 3 из стеклоткани, причем по периметру материала арматура отсутствует. Арматура из стеклоткани имеет массу 30 г/см2, а расстояние между основными и уточными нитями равно 2 мм.
Пример. 40 мас.ч. тройного полимера этилена, пропилена и диена с 67 мас.% этилена, 27 мас.% пропилена и 6 мас.% этилиденнорборнена ( дНд 14 Дж/г) смешивают сперва с 22,5 мас.ч. полуактивной сажи и затем с 27 мас.ч. кремнезема, 8 мас.ч. вулканизирующего масла, 2 мас.ч. углеводородной смолы, 0,3 мас.ч. кальциевого мыла и 0,2 мас.ч. противоокислителя.
Полученную смесь каландрированием переводят в пленки толщиной 0,75 мм. Затем две пленки соединяют в образованной двумя валиками щели, причем между пленками вводят стеклянную ткань массой 30 г/м2, имеющую расстояние между основными и уточными нитями, равное 2 мм. Соединение слоев осуществляется давлением 5 бар.
Полученный трехслойный гидроизоляционный материал еще раз подвергают давлению 6 бар. После охлаждения на поверхность материала наносится порошок для предотвращения склеивания.
