(54) POSTOPEK IZDELAVE SUROVEGA IZKOVKA OJ NICE

Claims (18)

1. Postopek izdelave kovane ojnice, ki obsega prvo glavo, steblo in drugo glavo značilen po tem, da postopek obsega korake:
- kovanje surovega izkovka ojnice brez stranske brade in vključujoč vsaj en nastavek za izvrtino na prvi in drugi glavi; in
- volumensko kalibriranje surovega izkovka ojnice s sploščanjem omenjenega surovega izkovka ojnice med prvim in drugim vložkom znotraj utopa z namenom doseči kalibriran surov izkovek ojnice.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1 značilen po tem, da obsega nadaljnje korake:
- fiksiranje relativnega položaja med utopom in prvim vložkom;
- gibanje drugega vložka glede na utop; in
- določanje položaja drugega vložka ob koncu kalibriranja neodvisno od volumna kovine surovega izkovka ojnice.
3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, značilen po tem, da utop in prvi vložek ležita na podpornem bloku stiskalnice in da drugi vložek drsi znotraj utopa ter vključuje mejnik, ki ob koncu kalibriranja naleže na utop, tako da natančno fiksira relativni položaj prvega in drugega vložka.
4. Postopek po zahtevku 3, značilen po tem, da sklop, ki obsega utop in prvi in drugi vložek, vključuje vsaj eno sredstvo za sprejem odvečne kovine surovega izkovka ojnice ne da bi to vplivalo na oblikovno natančnost kalibriranega surovega izkovka ojnice.
5. Postopek po zahtevku 4, značilen po tem, da vsaj eno sredstvo za sprejemanje odvečne kovine surovega izkovka ojnice obsega vsaj eno votlino nameščeno bodisi v steni utopa ali v gravuri v vsaj enem omenjenem prvem ali drugem vložku v področjih, ki ne vplivajo na geometrijsko natančnost kalibriranega surovega izkovka ojnice.
6. Postopek po zahtevku 4 značilen po tem, da vsaj eno sredstvo za sprejem odvečne kovine surovega izkovka ojnice obsega vsaj eno ustje nameščeno v steni utopa in odprto navzven.
7. Postopek po zahtevku 1 značilen po tem, da je prva glava večja od druge glave, da postopek obsega nadaljnji korak kalibriranja vsaj izvrtine v prvi glavi pri čemer se uporabi surovi izkovek ojnice, od katere se je predhodno odstranilo vsaj prvo tanko steno prve glave.
8. Postopek po zahtevku 1 značilen po tem, da obsega nadaljnji korak kalibriranja izvrtine v drugi glavi, pri čemer se uporabi surovi izkovek ojnice, od katere se je predhodno odstranilo vsaj drugo tanko steno druge glave.
9. Postopek po zahtevku 8 značilen po tem, da se zato, da bi se kalibriralo izvrtino v vsaj eni od prve ali druge glave, v izvrtino v vsaj eno od prve ali druge glave surovega izkovka ojnice namesti trn, ki lahko zdrsne v luknje, izdelane v prvem in drugem vložku in ležeče vzdolž osi izvrtine v vsaj eni od prve ali druge glave, nato pa se lahko izvede kalibriranje.
10. Postopek po zahtevku 1 značilen po tem, daje nadaljnji korak toplotna obdelava kalibriranega surovega izkovka ojnice.
11. Postopek po zahtevku 10 značilen po tem, daje ojnica izdelana iz jekla, katerega kemična sestava obsega, v masnih %, manj kot 10% legimih elementov, da je surov izkovek vroče kovan pri temperaturi nad 1050°C in da se kalibriranje izvede medtem, ko je surov izkovek še vedno vroč od kovanja.
12. Postopek po zahtevku 11 značilen po tem, daje temperatura ob koncu kalibriranja nad temperaturo jekla Ar3 in se toplotno obdelavo izvede medtem, ko je kalibriran surov izkovek se vedno vroč od kalibriranja.
