Claims (10)

1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Strupena vaba za zatiranje škodljivcev, npr. insektov, ki vsebuje hidratirano sredstvo in aktivno snov, označena s tem, da vsebuje kot osnovno snov želimo sredstvo za hidratacijo in vsebuje kot aktivno snov spojino s splošno formulo (I):
(D v kateri: Rj predstavlja radikal CN ali metil ali atom halogena; R2 predstavlja S(0)nR3 ali radikal 4,5-dicianoimidazol-2-il ali haloalkil; R3 predstavlja radikal alkil ali haloalkil; R4 predstavlja vodik ali atom halogena ali radikal izbran izmed naslednjih radikalov: NR5R6, S(0)mR7, C(0)R7, C(0)0R?, alkila, haloalkila, ORg in N=C(R9)(R10); R5 in R6 predstavljata neodvisno drug od drugega atom vodika ali radikal alkil, haloalkil, C(0)alkil; alkoksikarbonil ali C(0)rCF3; ali lahko R5 in R6 skupaj tvorita dvovalentni alkilenski radikal, ki je lahko prekinjen z enim ali dvema dvovalentnima heteroatomoma, kot je kisik ali žveplo; R? predstavlja radikal alkil ali haloalkil; Rg predstavlja radikal alkil ali haloalkil ali atom vodika; R9 predstavlja radikal alkil ali atom vodika; R10 predstavlja radikal fenil ali heteroaril, ki je lahko v danem primeru nesubstituiran ali substituiran z enim ali več atomi halogena ali z enim radikalom izbranim izmed naslednjih radikalov: -OH, -O-alkila, -S-alkila, ciano in alkila; Rn in R12 predstavljata neodvisno drug od drugega vodik ali atom halogena ali radikal CN ali NOz, R13 predstavlja atom halogena ali radikal haloalkil, haloalkoksi, S(0)qCF3 ali SF5; X predstavlja atom trivalentnega dušika ali radikal C-R12, druge tri valence ogljikovega atoma pa tvorijo del aromatskega obroča; m, n, q in r predstavljajo neodvisno drug od drugega celo število enako 0,1 ali 2; pod pogojem, da kadar predstavlja radikal metil, potem ali R3 predstavlja 2 radikal haloalkil, R4 predstavlja NH^ Rn predstavlja Cl, R13 predstavlja CF3 in X predstavlja N; ali pa R2 predstavlja radikal 4,5-dicianoimidazol-2-il, R4 predstavlja Cl, Rn predstavlja Cl, R13 predstavlja CF3 in X predstavlja =C-C1.
2. Vaba po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da: Rj predstavlja CN; R3 predstavlja radikal haloalkil; R4 predstavlja NH2; X predstavlja C-R12; Rn in R12 predstavljata neodvisno drug od drugega atom halogena in R13 predstavlja radikal haloalkil.
3. Vaba po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da je spojina s splošno formulo (I) 5-amino-l-[2,6-dikloro-4-(trifluoro-metil)fenil]-4-[(trifluorometil)sulfinil]-lH-pirazol-3-karbonitril.
4. Vaba po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da so škodljivci insekti.
5. Vaba po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da je želimo sredstvo gelan gumi.
6. Vaba po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da je v oblikovani obliki.
7. Vaba po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označena s tem, daje razmerje med želirnim sredstvom in vodo med 0,001:99,999 in 50:50 m/m.

9. Postopek za pripravo strupene vabe po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da obsega pripravo tekočega sestavka, ki vsebuje želimo sredstvo, vodo in spojino (I) in strjevanje tekočega sestavka, da dobimo gel.
