Claims (15)
- Postopek za pripravo beljakovin, izpeljanih iz rastlin Patentni zahtevki1. Postopek za pripravo beljakovin, izpeljanih iz rastlin ali beljakovinske suprastrukture, ki obsega: a. pridobivanje rastline ali rastlinskega materiala, ki obsega beljakovine, lokalizirane na apoplastu, ali suprastrukturne beljakovine; pri čemer rastlinski material sestoji iz celotnih rastlin, rastlinskih listov, stebel, sadežev, korenin ali kombinacije le-teh; b. proizvodnjo protoplastne/sferoplastne frakcije in apoplastne frakcije z obdelavo rastline ali rastlinskega materiala z večkomponentno encimsko zmesjo, ki razgradi celično steno in ki sestoji iz celulaze, ali z večkomponentno encimsko zmesjo, ki razgradi celično steno in obsega eno ali več kot eno celulazo in pektinazo, pri čemer je razmerje celulaze proti pektinazi od 1 :1 do 1 : 0,25; in c. pridobivanje apoplastne frakcije, pri čemer apoplastna frakcija obsega beljakovine, izpeljane iz rastlin, ali suprastrukturne beljakovine, pri čemer imajo beljakovinske suprastrukture molekulsko maso od 75 do 1500 kDa.
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri čemer je razmerje celulaze proti pektinazi od 1:1,1: 0,75, 1 : 0,5 ali 1 : 0,25.
