Claims (7)
2. Производное дифенилметиленпиперидина по п. 1, в котором оба атома фтора находятся в пара-положении бензольных колец.
4. Производное дифенилметиленпиперидина по любому из пп. 1-3 для применения в терапии, в особенности для применения в качестве антагониста допамина для лечения или профилактики психотических расстройств.
5. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая производное дифенилметиленпиперидина по любому из пп. 1-3 и фармацевтически приемлемые добавки.
6. Способ получения производного дифенилметиленпиперидина по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором проводят конденсацию 4-бис(2-, 3- или 4-фторфенил)метиленпиперидина или его соли с 1-(4-гало-1-оксобутил)пирролидином (n = 1) или с 1-(4-гало-1-оксобутил)пиперидином (n = 2), где гало представляет подходящий атом галогена, такой как хлор, бром или иод, после чего полученное соединение необязательно превращают в фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
7. Применение производного дифенилметиленпиперидина по любому из пп. 1-3 для производства медикамента для лечения или профилактики психотических расстройств.
