Abstract

Остаточный газ подвергают обработке, состоящей из фазы гидрирования и гидролиза (1), чтобы подать сернистые соединения только в форме HS, охлаждению (4, 10) до температуры в интервале от θ до 180C, θ является точкой росы воды в газовом потоке, образующемся из фазы гидрирования и гидролиза, и селективному каталитическому окислению (2а) HS в серу при температурах в интервале от θ до 180C, приводящему к осаждению образовавшейся серы на катализаторе и периодически регенерируют катализатор, заполненный серой (2b), потом охлаждают регенерированный катализатор до температуры в интервале от θ до 180C, чтобы повторно использовать в фазе каталитического окисления.

Claims (1)

  1. Остаточный газ подвергают обработке, состоящей из фазы гидрирования и гидролиза (1), чтобы подать сернистые соединения только в форме H2S, охлаждению (4, 10) до температуры в интервале от θ до 180°C, θ является точкой росы воды в газовом потоке, образующемся из фазы гидрирования и гидролиза, и селективному каталитическому окислению (2а) H>2S в серу при температурах в интервале от θ до 180°C, приводящему к осаждению образовавшейся серы на катализаторе и периодически регенерируют катализатор, заполненный серой (2b), потом охлаждают регенерированный катализатор до температуры в интервале от θ до 180°C, чтобы повторно использовать в фазе каталитического окисления.
