Abstract

Термообрабатываемое стекло, покрытое распылением, обладающее высокими эксплуатационными характеристиками и долговечностью, которое после термообработки демонстрирует приблизительно 76% или более пропускаемости видимой части света, полусферическое излучение (Еh) приблизительно 0,16 или менее, и нормальное излучение (Еn) приблизительно 0,12 или менее, формуется путем покрытия системы слоев распылением на основание стекла, которая включает нижний и верхний слой из SiN, слой из серебра и два слоя из никеля и никрома на противоположной стороне слоя из серебра, при этом нижний слой на никелевой основе является приблизительно в три раза толще, чем другой слой на никелевой основе. Увеличенная толщина нижнего слоя на никелевой основе позволяет изделию из покрытого стекла обладать как термообрабатываемостью, так и "низким-Е" после термообработки. Это позволяет осуществлять выравнивание с другими известными стеклами, однородными по компонентам слоев, путем процесса термообработки. Использованная система слоев позволяет, даже если она не выравнивается с другим стеклом, для осуществления процесса покрытия распылением включать другие однородные элементы для покрытия без изменения катодов и эффективно использовать катоды установки для покрытия, которые существуют при минимальных технологических изменениях в процессе производства.

Claims (1)

  1. Термообрабатываемое стекло, покрытое распылением, обладающее высокими эксплуатационными характеристиками и долговечностью, которое после термообработки демонстрирует приблизительно 76% или более пропускаемости видимой части света, полусферическое излучение (Еh) приблизительно 0,16 или менее, и нормальное излучение (Еn) приблизительно 0,12 или менее, формуется путем покрытия системы слоев распылением на основание стекла, которая включает нижний и верхний слой из Si3N4, слой из серебра и два слоя из никеля и никрома на противоположной стороне слоя из серебра, при этом нижний слой на никелевой основе является приблизительно в три раза толще, чем другой слой на никелевой основе. Увеличенная толщина нижнего слоя на никелевой основе позволяет изделию из покрытого стекла обладать как термообрабатываемостью, так и "низким-Е" после термообработки. Это позволяет осуществлять выравнивание с другими известными стеклами, однородными по компонентам слоев, путем процесса термообработки. Использованная система слоев позволяет, даже если она не выравнивается с другим стеклом, для осуществления процесса покрытия распылением включать другие однородные элементы для покрытия без изменения катодов и эффективно использовать катоды установки для покрытия, которые существуют при минимальных технологических изменениях в процессе производства.
