Claims (1)
- Способ отбора из популяции клеток генетически трансформированных клеток, в которые введена требуемая последовательность нуклеотидов, отличается тем, что в трансформированных клетках требуемая последовательность нуклеотидов или совместно введенная последовательность нуклеотидов индуцирует или усиливает положительное воздействие соединения или питательного вещества, поступающего в популяцию клеток, что и позволяет идентифицировать трансформированные клетки и отделить их от нетрансформированных клеток, например, при получении генетически трансформированных растений, не содержащих в качестве маркера селекции несобственную последовательность нуклеотидов, кодирующую устойчивость к действию токсина, антибиотика или гербицида, а также новые глюкуронидные соединения, включающие глюкуронидные соединения цитокининов, для использования в указанном способе.
