Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к технологии получения масел, содержащих арахидоновую кислоту, которая замещает свободную эйкозапентанеоевую кислоту. Изобретение относится также к композициям, содержащим такие масла в неизмененном виде, и к использованию этих масел. В предпочтительном воплощении Pythium insidiosum культивировали, собирали, масло экстрагировали, восстанавливали и использовали в качестве добавки в детские питательные смеси.
