Description

The invention relates to household items, namely, grills for cooking, for example meat and meat products, fish, vegetable products, on an open fire or on charcoal, preferably using a barbecue.

Various designs of cooking grates are widely known in the art.

US Pat. No. 6,546,851 (published April 15, 2003) discloses a portable, collapsible cooking grill having a plurality of transverse rods and a pair of rectangular lateral holding elements, each of which has horizontal and vertical openings at either end, and a plurality of openings arranged uniformly inside along one side of the side holding member. A knot of two lateral retaining elements and a plurality of transverse rods are fixed in place with two coupling rods, the threaded ends of which are aligned and pass through opposite horizontal holes in the lateral retaining element and are fixed in place using threaded fasteners. This design is not suitable for frying all types of food, and sanitation is difficult at the point where the rods are attached.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is the grill according to patent RU 2673350 (published on November 26, 2018), which is a rectangular frame with longitudinal rods. The frame is a structure of two perforated strips, in the holes of which rods are clamped. The diameter of the holes is slightly larger than the diameter of the rods. Toward the end of each bar, deformation is made on both sides - flattening, necessary so that the bars do not pass into the holes of the slats. One end of the rods is curved in the form of a hook, which during assembly is inserted into the hole of one of the strips, and the other flattened end of the rods is inserted into the hole of the other strip. Threaded rods are inserted into the extreme holes of the bars and the wing nuts are screwed on them until a force is created that keeps all the bars between the bars in a static state. The main disadvantage of this design is the shape of the rods used, which are hooked on one side, which complicates the process of manufacturing and sanitizing the grill. In addition, the grill is inconvenient to use when placed above the fire for cooking and removing it from the fire.

The problem to which this invention is directed is to increase the usability of the grill for cooking and reduce the complexity of the process of sanitary processing of the grill while simplifying the design of the grill.

The technical result of the invention is the ease of use of the lattice, the accessibility to each part for washing, simplification of cleaning and sanitization.

This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the collapsible grid for cooking consists of at least two perforated plates and a different number of rods that are inserted into the holes of the perforated plates and are parallel to each other, the bars closer to the ends flattened areas. The grill is equipped with at least one handle in the form of a bent rod with a thread at the ends of the formed sides and with flattened sections that are closer to the bend of the handle, while the handle is placed in the holes of the perforated strips and secured with fixing elements. The locking elements can be made in the form of wing nuts.

A collapsible cooking grid consists of at least two perforated slats (3) and a different number of rods (1). The strips are made with rounded ends up to 3000 mm long, from 5 to 100 mm wide, with holes from 0.5 to 50 mm in diameter, and the holes in the strips make a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the rods passing through them. The distance between the holes should be the same in increments of 5 mm to 100 mm. Perforated strips are designed to hold in the holes of the rods.

The rods (1) can be from 0.5 to 50 mm in diameter, and the restriction of the through passage of the rods (1) through the holes of the perforated strips (3) provides for flattened sections located on both sides at a distance of 10 mm to 200 mm from the ends of the rod and allow fixing they are all at the same distance from the perforated planks in assembled condition.

The rods (1) are fixed in the perforated strips (3) by creating a clamping force due to the location of the fixing elements (4) on the threaded ends of the sides of the handle (2). As fixing elements, for example, wing nuts can be used. With small sizes of the grill, one handle is enough, and with large sizes the number of handles can be increased to increase the rigidity of the structure.

The handle (2) is made in the form of a bent rod, for example, “P” - shaped, with a thread on the ends of the formed sides and with flattened sections that are located closer to the handle bend and serve as a limiter for the perforated plate (3) placed on the handle. Since it can be difficult to assemble the grill when the perforated plate (3) enters the holes simultaneously with both sides of the handle, one of the handle sides with a thread at the end is made a little shorter than the other when manufacturing the handle. When assembling, the longer side first passes into the bar, which makes it easier for another shorter side to enter the hole.

Dismantling of the grate is performed in the reverse order, the fixing elements (4) are unscrewed and the handle (2) and rods (1) are easily removed from the perforated strips (3). The grill is disassembled into individual parts that are easy to sanitize. Further, the details of the grill can be compactly packed and removed until the next assembly of the grill for cooking. The compactness of the disassembled grate is convenient for storage.

All components of the grate are made of corrosion-resistant metals or of food-coated steels - nickel, chromium-nickel or cast iron.

Thus, the implementation of structural elements of a collapsible lattice in the form of perforated strips, rods with flattened sections and handles in the form of a bent rod with threads at the ends of the formed sides and flattened sections near the handle bend, allows you to quickly fix the entire lattice design using fasteners screwed on at the ends of the sides of the handle, and also quickly disassemble the grill into individual structural elements. The use of the handle in the grill increases the convenience of its use during cooking. Therefore, the totality of these design features implements the specified technical result, which consists in ensuring ease of use of the lattice, accessibility to each part for washing, simplification of cleaning and sanitization.

An example of manufacturing a grill.

Example 1 - manufacturing a grill with one handle:

To assemble the lattice, take 15 rods of 5 mm diameter, 350 mm long, which have flattening sections of 12 mm at a distance of 30 mm from the ends of the bar, two perforated strips 360 mm long, 14 mm wide, 3 mm thick with holes 7 mm in diameter, located with a pitch of 20 mm and a “P” -shaped handle with a length of 480 mm made of a bent rod with a diameter of 5 mm with a distance between the sides of 40 mm. At the ends of the sides of the handle, a thread of not more than 10 mm is cut. On the sides of the handle, flattened sections of 12 mm are located at a distance of 170 mm from the top of the handle. A perforated strip is put on the handle so that the handle is located in the middle of the strip, and the rods are inserted into the holes of the strip in turn. A second perforated plate is put on the opposite ends of the rods and sides of the handle and the whole structure is fixed with the wing nuts at the ends of the sides of the handle. The collapsible lattice in assembled form is located on the grill above the coals, after which food (individual pieces of meat, fish or sausages) is laid out on the rods. After cooking and cooling the lattice, it is removed from the grill, the wing nuts are unscrewed, the handle is removed, the strips are removed, and all parts are washed, cleaned, and sanitized. After cleaning, all structural parts can be compactly folded and packaged. The design in this assembly is quite rigid and stable, the lattice is quickly assembled, easily placed on the grill with the handle and after frying products the lattice is quickly disassembled, washed and compactly packed.

Example 2 - manufacturing a grill with two handles:

To assemble the lattice, 30 rods with a diameter of 5 mm, 350 mm long are taken, which have flattened 12 mm at a distance of 30 mm from the ends of the bar, two perforated strips 700 mm long, 14 mm wide, 3 mm thick with 7 mm openings arranged in increments 20 mm and two handles of "P" -shaped shape with a length of 480 mm, made of a bent rod with a diameter of 5 mm with a distance between the sides of 40 mm. At the ends of the sides of the handle, a thread of not more than 10 mm is cut. On the sides of the handles, flattened sections of 12 mm are located at a distance from the top of the handle of 170 mm. Handles are inserted into the perforated strip closer to its rounded ends, and rods are inserted into the remaining holes of the strip in turn. A second perforated plate is put on the opposite ends of the rods and the sides of the handles and the whole structure is fixed with the wing nuts at the ends of the sides of the handles. It turns out a solid, stable and convenient lattice design, designed to prepare a large amount of product. At the same time, the lattice is quickly assembled, it easily fits on the grill with handles, and after frying products, the lattice is quickly disassembled, washed and compactly packed.
