The invention relates to household items, namely to the preparation of meat, fish, vegetable products and sandwiches on fire when they are placed on a grill motionless lying on the grill. It’s very difficult to clean them and therefore in the cafe and barbecue you can see dirty and sooty grills lying on the grills

Closest to the claimed technical one is RF patent 2290052, the disadvantage of this technical solution is that although the lattice is collapsible, it uses skewers on which not every product can be strung.

The problem to which this invention is directed is the ease of use of a collapsible grill grill for barbecue. The technical result is that the proposed grill is a collapsible, which allows you to store it in a compact form, quickly assemble before use, and quickly disassemble after that allows you to access each part separately from others - this greatly facilitates washing, cleaning and sanitization.

This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the collapsible grill for the grill consists of a rectangular frame with longitudinal wire rods, and the frame is a structure of two perforated strips, in the holes of which rods are clamped with deformations closer to the ends by flattening, which prevents the passage of the rod into the holes of the perforated strip, and to facilitate assembly, one end of each rod is bent by a hook, allowing you to enter the holes the brackets and hold there, during assembly, all the rods go into the holes of the brackets and then are pulled together by other rods with thread and nut nuts located at the edges of the grill, and the flattened parts of the rods allow them to be fixedly fixed at the same distance from the strips in the assembled state, and hold the entire grate with at least two threaded rods and wing nuts; for small grate sizes, two threaded rods along the edges are sufficient, and for large sizes the number of threaded rods can be increased for increasing the rigidity of the structure, and the possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the lattice makes it possible to wash, clean and completely sanitize each individual structural element.

The technical result, providing the above set of the presented features is to solve problems with washing, cleaning and sanitizing the grate and reducing the dimensions of the product in a disassembled form.
