Demountable grill from skewers with stiffeners for food preparation on barbecue consists of rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal skewers, fixed in two planks, having rectangular holes, using handles with thread and wing nuts, wherein the frame is a structure comprising two perforated planks, in rectangular openings of which instead of the rods are clamped skewers with a stiffener, having closer to the ends of the flat areas with sharpened end on one side, on the other side flat curved C-shaped handle allowing skewer to pass into rectangular opening of the plank, wherein flat sections further smoothly change over into sections with stiffness ribs, changing the flat geometry of the ends of the skewer, which prevents through passage of skewers into rectangular holes of the perforated plank, and during assembly all ends of the skewers pass into the rectangular holes of the planks and are then tightened by at least one U-shaped handle or at least two I-shaped handles with threaded ends and flattened sections of the handle rods, which are located at a distance, allowing to squeeze the skewers in the planks, and the handle is placed in the round holes of the planks in the middle or along the edges of the structure and is fixed by means of fixing elements made in the form of wing nuts, and portions of the skewers with a modified stiffness rib rest with the geometry resting against the planks, which allows them to be fixed all at one distance from the planks in the assembled state and retain the whole grate by means of at least one U-shaped handle or at least two I-shaped handles.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a structure with possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of grate and usage of each skewer separately, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction of dimensions for storage and transportation.1 cl, 6 dwg

Description

The invention relates to household items, namely to the preparation of meat, fish, vegetable products on fire or charcoal when placed on a grill or on skewers using a barbecue. The grills currently used in everyday life and catering are usually made by welding and are non-separable.

In various patents, various designs of grills and skewers for barbecues are widely known.

In the patent of the Russian Federation 2290052, the disadvantage of this technical solution is that although the lattice is collapsible, it consists of a rectangular frame of four planks and corners, which increases the weight of the product and labor costs in the manufacture.

The closest to the claimed technical is patent RU 2673350, but the claimed grill uses round rods that are unsuitable for use as skewers due to the absence of sharpened sharp ends, and a plane to prevent the meat strung on them from scrolling around the axis and the lack of a handle to move lattice.

The problem to which this invention is directed is the convenience in the universal use of separately skewers with a stiffener and, if necessary, combining them into a collapsible grating.

The technical result is that the proposed lattice is collapsible, which allows it to be stored in a compact form, quickly assembled before use, quickly disassemble after use each skewer separately, with access to each part separately from others - this greatly facilitates washing, cleaning, sanitizing and reduces the size of the product for storage and transportation.

This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that a collapsible grill of skewers with stiffeners for cooking on the grill consisting of a rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal skewers fixed in two slats having rectangular openings with handles with thread and nuts - wing, characterized in that the frame is a structure containing two perforated strips, in the rectangular holes of which instead of rods are clamped skewers with a stiffening rib having flat sections closer to the ends with sharpened end on one side, and on the other hand a flat curved "C A "-shaped handle allows skewers to pass into the rectangular hole of the plank, and the flat sections further smoothly pass into sections with stiffening ribs changing the flat geometry of the ends of the skewer, which impede the through passage of skewers into the rectangular holes of the perforated strip, and during assembly all ends of the skewers pass they are put into the rectangular holes of the strips and then pulled together by at least one “U” -shaped handle or at least two “I” -shaped handles with threads at the ends and flattened sections of the handle rods that are located at a distance that allows you to clamp the skewer into the strips and the handle placed in the round holes of the slats in the middle or along the edges of the structure and secured with fixing elements made in the form of wing nuts, and sections of skewers with a modified geometry of stiffness rest against the slats, which allows you to fix them all at the same distance from the slats in the assembled state and hold the entire grate with at least one “U” -shaped handle or at least two “I” -shaped handles, which allows you to create a design with the possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the grate and the use of each skewer separately, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction sizes for storage and transportation.

The technical result that provides the above set of features is the use of the lattice and each skewer separately, solving problems with washing, cleaning and sanitizing the lattice and reducing the dimensions of the product when disassembled.

The grill consists of two strips (1) with a width of 5 to 100 mm with rectangular holes from 1 mm to 40 mm in height and 10 mm to 50 mm in width, and the holes in the strips make a slightly larger size than the size of the flat ends passing through them skewers (5), the distance between the holes should be the same in increments from 5 mm to 100 mm, the length of the strips is up to 1500 mm, the purpose of the strips is to keep skewers and handles in rectangular holes in round holes with a diameter of 2 mm to 50 mm, which are fixed by creating a clamping force by tightening the wing nuts (6) at the ends of the rods with the thread of “U” or “I” -shaped handles.

The skewers are made from a strip with a width of 10 mm to 60 mm, and to increase rigidity, longitudinally bend in the middle at an obtuse or right angle, after which the section of the skewer at a distance of 10 mm to 300 mm from the ends is bent back to a flat geometric shape, leaving the rest with with a curved stiffener. One flat end is sharpened sharply, and the other flat end is bent into a “C” -shaped shape. This allows both ends of the skewer to go into the rectangular hole of the plank, and the emphasis of the sections with stiffeners in the planks allows you to fix all the skewers at the same distance from the planks in the assembled state. The manufacture of skewers with a stiffener allows you to increase strength and use thinner metal, which gives significant savings.

On the handles, the bars are flattened on only one side on both bars. When assembling, all the skewers (3) pass into the holes of the slats (1) and are then pulled together with rods of “U” - or “I” -shaped handles with thread and nuts - wing (8), and the entire lattice is held in a static position by pressing efforts created by screw connections of handles and nuts - lamb.

When assembling the grill, first insert all “C” -shaped flat ends into the rectangular holes of one of the strips until the stop of the sections with the stiffening rib into the bar, then alternately flat sharp ends of the skewers are inserted into the other bar all the way and tighten the structure by inserting both strips into the round holes “U” - or “I” -shaped handles and fixing the clamp with the wing nuts screwed on the threaded ends of the handles. Dismantling of the grate is carried out in the reverse order, fixing elements (6) are unscrewed and handles and skewers (5) are removed from the slats. Further, the structural details can be sanitized, after which they are compactly packed and put away for storage.

If necessary, you can use skewers for their intended purpose, without collecting them in a wire rack.

For "I" - and "U" -shaped handles for convenience, you can install a heat-insulating handle, such as a wooden one.

All the components of the gratings are made of corrosion-resistant metals or of food-coated steels - nickel, chrome-nickel or cast iron.

Collapsible grill of skewers with stiffening ribs for cooking on the grill, consisting of a rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal skewers fixed in two slats having rectangular openings, using handles with thread and wing nuts, characterized in that the frame represents a structure containing two perforated strips, in the rectangular openings of which skewers with a stiffener are clamped instead of rods, having flat sections closer to the ends with a sharpened end on one side, and on the other hand a flat curved “C” -shaped handle that allows skewers to pass through a rectangular opening of the strip, and the flat sections further smoothly go into sections with stiffeners that change the flat geometry of the ends of the skewer, which prevents the skewers from passing through the rectangular holes of the perforated strip, and during assembly, all ends of the skewers go into the rectangular holes of the strips and then are pulled together at least od a new “U” -shaped handle or at least two “I” -shaped handles with threads at the ends and flattened sections of the handle rods, which are located at a distance that allows you to clamp the skewers in the strips and the handle is placed in the round holes of the strips in the middle or at the edges structures and fixed with fixing elements made in the form of wing nuts, and sections of skewers with a modified stiffening geometry rest against the trims, which allows them to be fixed at the same distance from the trims in the assembled state and to hold the entire grill with at least one U ”-shaped handles or at least two“ I ”-shaped handles, which allows you to create a design with the possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the grill and the use of each skewer separately, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction of size for storage and transportation.
