Abstract

The brazier is collapsible, including side and end walls, bottom and legs, designed for heat treatment of food. It is mainly used in the open air. The technical task to which the claimed utility model is directed is to expand the arsenal of technical means in this area, to develop a design of a collapsible barbecue that improves operational safety, ease of assembly and disassembly. The technical problem is solved as follows. In a collapsible brazier, including side walls with fixing elements at the ends, used to connect with the end walls, end walls with vertical grooves for connection with the side walls and a rectangular bottom mounted on the inner flanging of the lower edges of the walls, blocking devices are used, placed next to the connecting nodes formed by the fixing elements of the side walls and vertical grooves in the end walls, in the closed position eliminating the inadvertent separation of the sides The developed design eliminates the possibility of unintentional separation of parts during operation, which increases the safety of using the barbecue, and also does not require the use of tools and additional elements for assembling and disassembling the barbecue, which increases ease of use.

The brazier is collapsible, including side and end walls, bottom and legs, designed for heat treatment of food, cooking various dishes of meat, fish, vegetables and other products on an open fire or charcoal using skewers, skewers, grills. It is used mainly in the open air.

Known collapsible brazier containing end walls with bends of the upper and lateral edges, side walls with fixation elements and the bottom with bends of the edges along the perimeter, inserted between the walls on the internal bends of the lower edges of the walls, while the fixation elements are hooks located on the ends side walls and included in the vertical grooves made in the end walls. Communicating holes are made in the end walls and in the bends of the bottom edges, while in the bends of the bottom edges the holes are threaded, and the walls and bottom are fastened with screws (utility model patent RU 149035 U1, published on December 20, 2014).

The disadvantage of this design is that the absence of the risk of spontaneous dismantling of the barbecue due to the release of the side wall retainers from the grooves when externally exposed (push, hit) or when installed on an uneven surface is achieved only by using a threaded end wall flange connection. However, the thread cut in the flanging wall of the bottom is subjected to periodic high temperatures and, as a result, wears out relatively quickly, making reliable fastening of parts impossible, which reduces the safety of using the barbecue. In addition, the user must have the skills to install threaded elements and spend time on each operation during this operation, which reduces the comfort of use of the product. Also, there is a high probability of accidental loss of screws for assembly.

The technical problem, the solution of which is claimed by the claimed utility model, is to expand the arsenal of technical means in this area, to develop the design of a collapsible brazier, which increases operational safety, ease of assembly and disassembly.

The technical problem is solved as follows. In a collapsible brazier, including side walls with an internal flanging of the lower edge and fixation elements at the ends, which are L-shaped protrusions, used to connect with the end walls, end walls with an internal flanging of the lower edge and vertical grooves for connection with the side walls and a rectangular bottom mounted on the inner flanging of the lower edges of the walls, blocking devices are used, located next to the connecting nodes formed by the lateral fixation elements walls and vertical grooves in the end walls, in the closed position eliminating the inadvertent separation of the side and end walls.

The collapsible brazier constructively consists of end walls 1, side walls 2, bottom 3 and legs 4. Walls 1 and 2 have flanges of the lower edge directed inside the brazier, on which bottom 3 is mounted on top. Legs 4 are rigidly connected to end walls 1 by welding, riveting or otherwise. The side walls 2 have L-shaped fixation elements at their ends 5. The end walls have vertical cut-outs 6. Near the connecting nodes formed by the L-shaped fixation elements 5 and vertical cut-outs 6, locking devices are installed, in particular, consisting of a locking element 7 installed on the axis 8, mounted on the surface of the wall, using, for example, eyelets welded to the base. The blocking element 7 has the ability to freely rotate on the axis 8.

Blocking devices operate as follows. When assembling the brazier, L-shaped fixing elements 5 of the side wall 2 are inserted into the vertical cutouts 6 of the end walls 1, as shown in FIG. 2. In this case, the blocking element 7 is in the "open" position. Then, the side wall 2 slides vertically down to the stop, and the blocking element 7 is moved to the closed position, as shown in FIG. 3. In this state, the blocking element 7 overlaps the upper part of the vertical cutout 6 and prevents the movement of the side wall 2 relative to the end wall 1 along the cutout 6, forming a reliable connection. A similar operation is performed with the remaining three connecting nodes. To disassemble the brazier, the blocking element 7 is manually moved to the "open" position, the side wall 2 is moved along the cutout 6 up to the stop and is removed from the end wall 1. A similar operation is performed with the remaining three connecting nodes.

To assemble and disassemble the barbecue, no tool or any additional elements are required.

All parts of the barbecue can be manufactured industrially from commercially available profile and sheet metal alloys.

Thus, the brazier is designed as collapsible, assembled having a design that excludes the possibility of unintentional separation of parts during operation, which increases the safety of using the brazier, and does not require the use of tools and additional elements for assembling and disassembling the brazier, which increases ease of use.
