Abstract

Заявленная полезная модель относится к сборно-разборному устройству для тепловой обработки пищи на открытом воздухе, а именно к мангалам для приготовления пищи, например, мяса, рыбы, овощей и т.д. на огне, углях. Сборно-разборное устройство для тепловой обработки пищи содержит рабочую камеру в виде ящика прямоугольной формы, состоящего из четырехугольного дна, боковых стенок с вырезами для шампуров, торцевых стенок и ножек, выполненных из металла, соединенных между собой. Боковые и торцевые стенки имеют горизонтальные ребра жесткости, а также загиб по нижней кромке. Дно состоит из двух половин, каждая из которых имеет по ребру жесткости с возможностью укладывания одно поверх другого при установке дна. На боковых стенках выполнены вертикальные прорези. Замковое соединение представляет собой крючки стрелообразной формы, выполненные с возможностью фиксации в отверстиях, предохранители, имеющие продольную форму, установлены в отверстия и/или вырезы, расположенные в сопрягающихся стенках и объединяющих их ножках.
