The claimed invention relates to devices for thermal and/or heat treatment of food products in the open air, namely, to a hearth-oven-barbecue for cooking food, mainly meat, fish or vegetables.

Also, the claimed invention can be used:

for heating and lighting the surrounding area;

as a stove for cooking food in a vessel, for example, in a cauldron, saj, installed over coals or fire in the hole of the nozzle;

as a fire pit for making a fire that is safe for surrounding objects in a landscaped area, when burning dry branches and garden waste.

Analysis of the prior art made it possible to identify previously published Russian and foreign patents, the closest of which are the analogue and prototype below.

The closest analogue, taken as a prototype, is a folding barbecue, containing side walls, end walls, a grill for storing fuel, legs, handles for carrying, the barbecue is V-shaped, the side walls of which are connected by an axis and equipped with flanges located along the inner perimeter side walls, and the legs are installed on the side walls and form with them a folding mechanism in the form of a hinged parallelogram, while the grill is equipped with retractable handles for carrying, located in the flanging of the side walls (RF utility model patent No. 97609, publication date: 09/20/2010) .

This utility model is distinguished by the absence of:

The objective of the claimed invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the analogue and prototype.

The technical result of the claimed invention is versatility and expansion of functionality, compactness, low material consumption, simplicity, and speed of assembly and disassembly.

Brief description of the essence of the claimed invention.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the hearth-oven-barbecue contains a body consisting of four walls, two opposite of which are made with two legs and shaped cutouts for skewers, and a bottom, interconnected to form a firebox between them, a removable nozzle .

The invention proposed for patenting has the “novelty” criterion, since the entire set of features of the formula is not known from the previous level of technology given in the corresponding section of the description.

It has the criterion of “inventive step”, since for a specialist it does not clearly follow from the level of technology.

It is also industrially applicable, since testing of a sample confirmed the possibility of its use in a hearth-oven-barbecue.
