Abstract

The invention relates to household appliances, in particular, to devices for the heat treatment of food products, in particular to devices for cooking on open fires, coal or glowing sawdust, preferably outdoors. The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality. The device for the heat treatment of foodstuffs comprises a frame 1 with folding supports 2, on which a removable shelf 3 and a grid 4 are placed, under which is installed a figure 5 for fuel 5. The device is equipped with a hinge mounted on the frame 1 in the middle part across its element, made in the form of a tank 6, serving as a lid when smoked, located above the tray 5 removable box 7 and placed inside it baking sheet. The device can be equipped with a grate 9 installed in the pallet 5. In the end wall of the pallet 5 there is an opening for loading fuel with a door 11 hinged on its frame 1. On the frame 1 in its side surfaces there are slots 12 in which the skewers are placed for roasting. The side walls of the pallet 5 have holes 13 that serve to supply air and are placed at the level between the bottom of the pallet 5 and the grille 9. Description

The invention relates to household appliances, in particular, to devices for the heat treatment of food products, in particular, to devices for preparing food on an open fire, coal or glowing sawdust, preferably outdoors.

The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality.

The device for the heat treatment of food products comprises a frame 1 with folding supports 2, on which a removable shelf 3 and a grid 4 are placed, under which a pallet 5 for fuel is installed. The device is hinged on frame 1 in the middle part across its element, made in the form of container b, serving as a lid when smoking, located above the tray 5 by a removable box 7 and placed inside it by a tray 8. The device can be equipped with a tray 5 by the grate 9. In the end wall of the pallet 5, a hole 10 can be made for fuel loading with a door 11 hinged on its frame 1. On the frame 1 in its side surfaces there are slots 12 in which the skewers are placed for frying. The side walls of the pallet 5 have openings 13 serving for supplying air and placed at the level between the bottom of the pallet 5 to the grill 9. Folding supports 2 are hingedly attached to the frame 1 with the fingers 14. Subshell 5 is fixed on the suspension 15.

The proposed device can be used in three basic modes.

Under the brazier mode, in the pallet 5 with the box 7 installed, firewood or coal is placed on the grid 9 and the fire is made. In the slot 12 of the frame 1, the skewers are laid and the skewers are prepared. Instead of skewers, you can use the grid 4.

In the grill mode, after dilution of the fire in the pan 5, a grid 4 is installed and the products to be roasted are placed on it and prepared. In the same position on the grid 4

In the smokehouse mode in the pallet 5, the fire is set, the box 7 is installed, a baking sheet 8 is put into it, sawdust is poured on it, the grate is put in place and the products to be smoked are put on it (fish, cc). Cover rack 4 with food cover. Sawdust, ate, produces smoke, which, in combination with the heat coming from tray 5, smokes products on the grate 4. The fire in the tray 5 is adjusted through hole 10.

In any mode of use of the device, the holes 13 improve the process of burning wood, providing air flow from the bottom and increased thrust through the pallet.

The proposed device allows you to expand the possibilities of its use in cooking by using it in the smokehouse mode. The device is compact, allows you to easily and quickly disassemble it for transportation to a new place and reassemble. Expansion of the functionality of the device is achieved without increasing its size and deteriorating the appearance.
