Description

The invention relates to household items, namely to the preparation of meat, fish, vegetable products on fire or coals when placed on a wire rack or on skewers using a barbecue. The grilles currently used in everyday life and catering are usually made by welding and are non-separable.

Various designs of grills and barbecue skewers are widely known in various patents.

In the patent of the Russian Federation 2290052 the disadvantage of this technical solution is that although the lattice is collapsible, it consists of a rectangular frame of four slats and corners, which increases the weight of the product and labor costs during manufacture.

The closest to the claimed technical one is patent RU 2673350, but in the declared lattice round rods are used, which are unsuitable for use as skewers due to the absence of sharpened sharp ends, and a plane to keep the meat strung on them from spinning around the axis and the absence of a handle for moving the lattice ...

The problem to be solved by this invention is the convenience in the universal use of separately flat skewers and, if necessary, combining them into a collapsible grid. The technical result consists in the fact that the proposed grate is collapsible, which allows you to quickly assemble it before use, quickly disassemble after and use each skewer separately, allows access to each part separately from the others - this greatly facilitates washing, cleaning, sanitizing and reduces the size of the product for storage and transportation.

This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the collapsible grill grate made of flat skewers for cooking on the grill, consisting of a rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal skewers fixed in two perforated strips with the help of threaded handles and wing nuts, differing the fact that the frame is a structure containing two perforated strips, in the rectangular holes of which, instead of rods, flat skewers are clamped, having a sharply sharpened end on one side, on the other hand, a curved "C" -shaped handle allowing the skewer to pass into the rectangular hole of the strip, and having deformations closer to the ends, by means of blind dents or rivets, changing the flat geometry of the skewer, which prevents the skewers from passing through the rectangular holes of the perforated bar, and during assembly, all the ends of the skewers pass into the rectangular holes of the strips and then pull together at least one "U" - figurative handle or at least two "I" -shaped handles with threads at the ends and flattened sections of the handle bars, which are located at a distance that allows you to grip the skewer in the slats and at the same time the handle is placed in the round holes of the perforated bars in the middle or along the edges of the structure and secured with fixing elements made in the form of wing nuts, and areas of the skewers with dents or rivets rest against the strips, which allows them to be fixed at the same distance from the strips in the assembled state and to hold the entire grate with at least one "U" -shaped handle or as at least two "I" -shaped handles, which allows you to create a structure with the possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the grate and the use of each skewer separately, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction of dimensions for storage and transportation.

The technical result, providing the given set of the presented features, is the use of the grate and each skewer separately, solving problems with washing, cleaning and sanitizing the grate and reducing the disassembled product dimensions.

The grill consists of two slats (1) with a width of 5 to 100 mm with rectangular holes from 1 mm to 40 mm in height and 10 mm to 50 mm in width, and the holes in the slats are made slightly larger than the size of the flat skewers passing through them (2), (3), the distances between the holes should be the same with a step from 5 mm to 100 mm, the length of the strips is up to 1500 mm, the purpose of the strips is to hold skewers and handles in the rectangular holes in round holes with a diameter of 2 mm to 50 mm, the fixation of which is carried out by creating a clamping force by tightening the wing nuts (6) at the ends of the rods with the thread "U" - or "I" -shaped handles. The skewers (2), (3) are made with a slightly smaller size allowing free passage into the rectangular holes of the strips (1), and the restriction of the through passage of the skewers through the holes is provided by plastic deformation that changes the geometry of the skewer. To change the geometry of a flat skewer at a distance of 10 mm to 200 mm from the ends, blind dents are pushed or riveted, which allows all the skewers to be fixed at the same distance from the slats in the assembled state. This allows both ends of the skewer to pass into the rectangular opening of the bar, and the stop on the bar of areas with dents or rivets allows all the skewers to be fixed at the same distance from the bars when assembled.

On the handles, the bars are flattened on only one side on both bars. When assembling, all skewers (2) or (3) pass into the holes of the slats (1) and after that they are pulled together with "U" or "I" -shaped handles with threads and wing nuts (6), and the entire grid is held in a static position with the help of the clamping force created by the screw connections of the handles and the wing nuts.

When assembling the lattice, first insert all the "C" -shaped flat ends into the rectangular holes of one of the planks until they stop, the areas with dents or rivets into the plank, after which the sharp ends of the skewers are inserted all the way into the other plank and tighten the structure by inserting into the round holes of both planks "U" - or "I" -shaped handles and fixing the clamp by means of wing nuts screwed on the threaded ends of the handles. The grate is disassembled in the reverse order, the fixing elements (6) are unscrewed and the handles and skewers are removed from the slats. Further, the details of the structure can be sanitized, after which they can be compactly packaged and stored.

If necessary, you can use the skewers for their intended purpose, without collecting them in the wire rack.

On the "I" - and "U" -shaped handles for convenience, you can install a heat-insulating handle, such as a wooden one.

All components of the grilles are made of corrosion-resistant metals or steel with food-grade coating - nickel, chromium-nickel or cast iron.
