Demountable grill from bar for cooking on barbecue consists of rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal planks, fixed in two rectangular perforated plates, having round and rectangular holes, using handles with thread and wing nuts. Frame is a structure comprising two perforated plates, in rectangular openings of which are clamped removable planks having closer to ends of cone-shaped flat areas with smaller width than the entire plank, which allows passing narrowed cone-shaped end of plank into rectangular hole of perforated plate, having slightly smaller size than width of entire plate, and this prevents its through passage into rectangular holes of perforated plate, wherein during assembly all ends of planks pass into rectangular holes of plates, after which are tightened by at least two I-shaped handles with thread on ends and flattened sections of handle rods, which are located at a distance, which allows clamping planks in plates, and wherein handle is arranged in round holes of plates on edges of structure and is fixed by means of fixing elements made in form of wing nuts, and sections of planks with size greater than width of rectangular openings of plates, abut on plates, which enables to fix all planks at one distance from rectangular perforated plates in assembled state and retain the entire grate by at least two I-shaped handles.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a structure with a large area of protection from direct fire planks and possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the grill, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction of dimensions for storage and transportation.1 cl, 7 dwg

Description

The invention relates to household items, namely to the preparation of meat, fish, vegetable products on fire or charcoal when placed on a grill using a barbecue. The grills currently used in everyday life and catering are usually made by welding and are non-separable.

In various patents, various barbecue grill designs are widely known.

In the patent of the Russian Federation 2290052, the disadvantage of this technical solution is that although the lattice is collapsible, it consists of round skewers and a rectangular frame of four planks and corners, which increases the weight of the product and labor costs in manufacturing.

The closest to the claimed technical is patent RU 2673350 but in the claimed grid round bars are used that give a large area of contact with the fire of the cooked product and there is no handle for moving the grill.

The problem to which this invention is directed is to reduce the area of contact with the fire of the cooked product and the convenience of using a collapsible grating, consisting of removable slats.

The technical result is that the proposed lattice has a large area that protects against direct fire strips and is collapsible, which allows it to be stored in a compact form, quickly assemble before use, quickly disassemble after, with access to each part separately from others - this significantly facilitates washing, cleaning, sanitation and reduces the size of the product for storage and transportation.

This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that a collapsible grill of grills for cooking on the grill consisting of a rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal strips fixed in two rectangular perforated plates having round and rectangular openings, using handles with threaded nuts and wing nuts, characterized in that the frame is a structure containing two perforated plates, in the rectangular openings of which are clamped strips, having cone-shaped flat sections closer to the ends with a smaller width than the entire strip, which allows the narrowed cone-shaped end to pass strips into the rectangular hole of the perforated plate having a slightly smaller size than the width of the entire strip, and this prevents it from passing through the rectangular holes of the perforated plate, and during assembly, all ends of the strips go into the rectangular holes of the plates and then are pulled together at least two “I” shaped handles with threads at the ends and flattened sections of the handle rods that are located at a distance that allows clamping of the straps in the plates and the handle is placed in the round holes of the plates along the edges of the structure and is fixed with fixing elements made in the form of wing nuts, and sections of strips with a size larger than the width of the rectangular holes of the plates abut against the plates, which makes it possible to fix all the strips at the same distance from the rectangular perforated plates in the assembled state and hold the entire lattice with at least two "I" shaped handles, which allows you to create a construction with a large area of strips protecting against direct fire and the possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the grill, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction of size for storage and transportation.

The technical result, which provides the given set of characteristics presented, is that the proposed grate has a large area that protects against direct fire strips and solves problems with washing, cleaning and sanitizing the grate and reduces the dimensions of the product when disassembled.

The lattice consists of two rectangular perforated plates (1) with a width of 5 to 100 mm with rectangular holes from 1 mm to 40 mm in height and 10 mm to 50 mm in width, and the holes in the plates are slightly larger than the size of the holes passing through them the flat ends of the strips (1) or (2) the distance between the holes should be the same in increments of 5 mm to 100 mm, the length of the plates is up to 1500 mm, the purpose of the plates is to keep the strips and handles in the rectangular holes in the round holes of the plates with a diameter of 2 mm to 50 mm, the fixation of which is carried out by creating a clamping force due to the tightening of the wing nuts (6) at the ends of the “I” rods of the shaped handles.

The strips are made from a strip with a width of 10 mm to 60 mm, and to reduce weight and save metal, a strip of smaller thickness can be used, but to increase rigidity, longitudinally bend in the middle at an obtuse or right angle, after which a cone-shaped section of the strip at a distance of 10 mm to 300 mm from the ends are bent back to a flat geometric shape, leaving the rest of the curved, with a stiffener. This allows both conical ends of the strip to go into the rectangular hole of the plates, and the emphasis of the sections of the strip with a size larger than the holes in the plates allows you to fix all the strips at the same distance from the plates in the assembled state.

On the handles, the bars are flattened on one side on the bars. During assembly, all the slats go into the holes of the plates (1) and then are pulled together with the “I” rods of threaded handles with threaded nuts and wing nuts (6), and the entire grate is held in a static position by the clamping force created by screw handles and wing nuts .

For the manufacture of gratings with a minimum distance between the slats, the distance between the rectangular holes of the plates decreases, the acute angle of the conical ends of the slats increases, and the width of the slats increases. When using such grilles, it is possible to use not coals, but firewood or another source of open fire. The minimum gap between the slats does not allow the meat or other product to be carbonized during cooking, which speeds up the cooking process and there is no need to constantly monitor and fill the fire, as in the case of using coal. The taste and aroma of the cooked product remains the same as on charcoal. An example of such a grating is shown in FIG. 6.

When assembling the lattice, all the flat ends of the strips are inserted into the rectangular holes of one of the plates all the way to the stop, then the other ends are inserted into the other plate alternately to the stop and tighten the structure by inserting shaped handles into the round holes of both plates “I” and fixing the clamp with nuts lamb screwed onto the threaded ends of the handles. Dismantling of the grate is performed in the reverse order, the fixing elements (6) are unscrewed and the strips are removed from the plates. Further, the structural details can be sanitized, after which they are compactly packed and put away for storage.

On the “I” shaped handles for convenience, you can install a heat-insulating handle, such as a wooden one.

All the components of the gratings are made of corrosion-resistant metals or of food-coated steels - nickel, chrome-nickel or cast iron.

Collapsible grill of grills for cooking on the grill, consisting of a rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal bars fixed in two rectangular perforated plates having round and rectangular holes, using handles with thread and wing nuts, characterized in that the frame is a structure containing two perforated plates, in the rectangular openings of which are removable strips clamped having cone-shaped flat sections closer to the ends with a smaller width than the entire strip, which allows the narrowed conical end of the strip to go into the rectangular hole of the perforated plate having a slightly smaller size than the width of the entire strip, and this prevents its through passage into the rectangular holes of the perforated plate, and during assembly, all the ends of the strips go into the rectangular holes of the plates, after which they are pulled together by at least two I-shaped handles with threads at the ends and flattened sections and rods of the handle, which are located at a distance that allows you to clamp the strips in the plates, and the handle is placed in round holes of the plates along the edges of the structure and secured with fixing elements made in the form of wing nuts, and sections of the strips with a size larger than the width rectangular holes of the plates, abut against the plates, which allows you to fix all the strips at the same distance from the rectangular perforated plates in the assembled state and hold the entire grid with at least two I-shaped handles, which allows you to create a design with a large area of the strips protecting against direct fire and the possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the grill, accessibility to each part during washing and downsizing for storage and transportation.
