Abstract

The present disassemblable cooking grill can be used for grilling meat, fish and vegetables over an open fire or coals. The grill consists of not less than two perforated slats and a variable number of bars inserted into holes in said perforated slats and arranged parallel to one another, said bars having flattened regions close to the ends thereof. The grill is additionally equipped with at least one handle in the form of a bent bar having a thread on the ends of the respective arms thereof and having flattened regions close to the bend of the handle, wherein the handle is placed in holes in the perforated slats and is secured by fastening elements, for example wing nuts. The grill is user-friendly and can be quickly assembled and disassembled, allowing access to each part for washing, which facilitates cleaning and sanitization.

Description

Collapsible grill for cooking.

The invention relates to household items, in particular to grates for cooking, such as meat and meat products, fish, vegetable products, on an open fire or on coals, preferably using a barbecue.

Various designs of cooking grates are widely known in the art.

US Pat. No. 6,546,851 (publ. 04/15/2003) discloses a portable, collapsible cooking grate having a plurality of transverse rods and a pair of rectangular side retaining elements, each of which has horizontal and vertical holes at either end, and a plurality of equally spaced holes inwardly along one side of the side retaining member. The two side retaining member assembly and the plurality of transverse rods are secured in place with two tie rods, the threaded ends of which align and pass through opposite horizontal holes in the side retaining member and are secured in place with threaded fasteners. This design is not suitable for frying all types of food, and sanitization is difficult at the point where the rods are attached.

The closest to the claimed technical solution is the grill grate according to the patent RU 2673350 (publ. 11/26/2018), which is a rectangular frame with longitudinal bars. The frame is a structure of two perforated strips, in the holes of which the rods are clamped. The diameter of the holes is slightly larger than the diameter of the rods. Closer to the end of each bar, deformation is made on both sides - flattening, necessary so that the bars do not pass into the holes of the planks. One end of the rods is bent in the form of a hook, which, when assembled, is inserted into the hole of one of the strips, and into the hole of the other bar insert the other flattened end of the rods. Threaded rods are inserted into the extreme holes of the strips and the wing nuts are screwed on them until a force is created that holds all the rods between the strips in a static state. The main disadvantage of this design is the shape of the rods used, which are crocheted on one side, which complicates the process of manufacturing and sanitizing the lattice. In addition, the grate is inconvenient to use when placed over a fire for cooking and taking it off the heat.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the ease of use of the grill for cooking and reduce the complexity of the process of sanitizing the grill while simplifying the structure of the grill.

The technical result of the invention lies in the ease of use of the grate, in the accessibility to every part for washing, simplification of cleaning and sanitization.

This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the collapsible grid for cooking, consists of at least two perforated strips and a different number of rods, which are inserted into the holes of the perforated strips and are located parallel to each other, the rods are closer to the ends flattened areas. The lattice is equipped with at least one handle in the form of a bent bar with threads at the ends of the formed sides and with flattened sections that are located closer to the bend of the handle, while the handle is placed in the holes of the perforated strips and fixed with fixing elements. The fixing elements can be made in the form of wing nuts.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings.

The collapsible grill for cooking consists of at least two perforated strips (3) and a different number of rods (1). The strips are made with rounded ends up to 3000 mm long, 5 to 100 mm wide, with holes from 0.5 to 50 mm in diameter, and the holes in the strips are made of a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the bars passing through them. The distance between the holes must be the same in increments from 5 mm to 100 mm. Perforated strips are designed to hold bars in the holes.

Bars (1) can be from 0.5 to 50 mm in diameter, and the restriction of the through passage of the bars (1) through the holes of the perforated strips (3) provides flattened areas located on both sides at a distance of 10 mm to 200 mm from the ends of the bar and allows fixing they are all at the same distance from the perforated strips in the assembled state.

The fixing of the rods (1) in the perforated strips (3) is carried out by creating a pressing force due to the location of the fixing elements (4), at the threaded ends of the sides of the handle (2). For example, wing nuts can be used as fixing elements. For small grilles, one handle is sufficient, and for larger sizes, the number of handles can be increased to increase the rigidity of the structure.

The handle (2) is made in the form of a bent bar, for example, "P" -shaped, with threads at the ends of the formed sides and with flattened areas that are located closer to the bend of the handle and serve as a limiter for the perforated strip (3) located on the handle. Since when assembling the lattice, difficulties may arise when both sides of the handle enter the holes of the perforated strip (3) at the same time, when making the handle, one side of the handle with a thread at the end is made slightly shorter than the other. When assembling, the longer side first passes into the bar, which makes it easier for the other, shorter side to enter the hole.

The grating is disassembled in the reverse order, the fixing elements (4) are unscrewed and the handle (2) and rods (1) can be easily removed from the perforated strips (3). The grille is disassembled into separate parts that are easy to sanitize. Further, the parts of the grill can be compactly packed and removed before the next assembly of the grill for cooking. The compactness of the disassembled grid is convenient for storage.

All components of the grill are made of corrosion-resistant metals or food-grade steel - nickel, chromium-nickel or cast iron.

Thus, the implementation of structural elements of a collapsible lattice in the form of perforated strips, rods with flattened sections and a handle in the form of a bent rod with threads at the ends of the formed sides and flattened sections near the bend of the handle, allows you to quickly fix the entire structure of the lattice using fasteners screwing at the ends of the sides of the handle, and also quickly disassemble the grille into individual structural elements. The use of the handle in the grill increases the convenience of its use when preparing food. Consequently, the entire set of these design features implements the specified technical result, which consists in providing convenience the use of a grid, in accessibility to every part for washing, simplifying cleaning and sanitizing.

An example of making a lattice.

Example 1 - Making a grate with one handle:

To assemble the lattice, take 15 rods with a diameter of 5 mm, a length of 350 mm, which have flattening areas of 12 mm at a distance of 30 mm from the ends of the rod, two perforated strips 360 mm long, 14 mm wide, 3 mm thick with holes 7 mm in diameter located with with a step of 20 mm and a "P" -shaped handle 480 mm long, made of a bent bar with a diameter of 5 mm with a distance between the sides of 40 mm. At the ends of the sides of the handle, a thread is cut not more than 10 mm. On the sides of the handle, flattened areas of 12 mm are located at a distance of 170 mm from the top of the handle. A perforated strip is put on the handle so that the handle is located in the middle of the strip, and the rods are inserted alternately into the holes of the strip. A second perforated strip is put on the opposite ends of the bars and the sides of the handle and the whole structure is fixed with wing nuts at the ends of the sides of the handle. The assembled collapsible grate is placed on the grill over the coals, after which piita (separate pieces of meat, fish or sausage products) is spread on the rods. After cooking and cooling the grill, it is removed from the barbecue, the lamb nuts are unscrewed, the handle is removed, the slats are removed and all parts are washed, cleaned, and sanitized. After cleaning, all structural parts can be compactly folded and packed. The structure in this assembly is quite rigid and stable, the grill is quickly assembled, with the help of the handle it can be easily placed on the grill and after frying the products, the grill is quickly disassembled, washed and compactly packed.

Example 2 - Making a grate with two handles: To assemble the lattice, take 30 rods with a diameter of 5 mm, a length of 350 mm, which have flattening of 12 mm at a distance of 30 mm from the ends of the rod, two perforated strips 700 mm long, 14 mm wide, 3 mm thick with holes 7 mm in diameter, located with a pitch in 20 mm and two handles "P" -shaped 480 mm long, made of a bent bar with a diameter of 5 mm with a distance between the sides of 40 mm. At the ends of the sides of the handle, a thread is cut not more than 10 mm. On the sides of the handles, flattened areas of 12 mm are located at a distance of 170 mm from the top of the handle. Handles are inserted into the perforated strip closer to its rounded ends, rods are inserted alternately into the remaining holes of the strip. A second perforated strip is put on the opposite ends of the bars and the sides of the handles and the whole structure is fixed with wing nuts at the ends of the sides of the handles. The result is a sturdy, stable and convenient grate design, designed to cook large quantities of food. At the same time, the grill is quickly assembled, with the help of handles it can be easily placed on the grill and after frying the food, the grill is quickly disassembled, washed and compactly packed.

Collapsible grid for cooking, consisting of at least two perforated strips and rods, which are inserted into the holes of the perforated strips and are located parallel to each other, the rods closer to the ends have flattened sections, characterized in that the grid is equipped with at least one handle in the form of a bent rod with threads at the ends of the formed sides and with flattened sections that are located closer to the bend of the handle, while the handle is placed in the holes of the perforated strips and secured with fixing elements.
