Abstract

Настоящая полезная модель относится к области кулинарии, а именно к приспособлениям для удерживания продуктов, таких как мясо, овощи для осуществления их тепловой обработки, например, в духовке, тандыре, мангале и др. Техническим результатом заявляемой полезной модели является создание сборно-разборной конструкции, позволяющей упростить эксплуатацию устройства. Заявленный технический результат достигается за счет того, что держатель для приготовления продуктов содержит стержень, в нижней своей части сборно-разборно прикрепленный к основанию, а в верхней части снабженный стопором, при этом по всей длине стержня между основанием и стопором нанизаны втулки, между которыми расположены и зажаты шампуры.
